Abstract

The development of State Administration Law is a prerequisite for constitutional development in realising good governance. From the perspective of national administration, administrative reform is a revision of several legal policies related to structure, process, and management in the areas of finance, supervision, staffing, accountability and transparency, and political decision-making processes and their implementation. Political decision-making process and its implementation. State administration reform also means reform in the field of state administration law. As one of the efforts to use the Islamic Law approach, one of which is the principle of maslahah mursalah, which prioritises the benefit of the people. So what if this principle is applied to policy making by State Administrative Officials. This study aims to determine the application of the principle of maslahah mursalah to State Administrative Decisions. The method used is normative legal research method, using deductive analysis method. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to provide an overview of the role of the maslahah mursalah principle in efforts to realise State Administrative Decisions based on good values, as well as providing a sense of justice and prioritising benefits and avoiding mischief.

Abstract

Cyberbullying atau intimidasi dalam dunia maya, telah menjadi fenomena yang semakin meresahkan dalam era digital saat ini. Dengan semakin meluasnya akses ke platform online, tindakan ini mengancam kesejahteraan emosional individu terutama anak muda. Penelitian ini mengulas dampak negatif cyberbullying terhadap kesehatan mental korban, seperti stres, kecemasan, depresi, dan bahkan potensi bunuh diri. Faktor-faktor seperti anonimitas dan jangkauan luasnya internet memperumit upaya pencegahan. Oleh karena itu, perlunya kerjasama antara orangtua, pendidik, dan platform online dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan mendidik bagi para pengguna, serta implementasi regulasi yang lebih ketat untuk melindungi individu dari dampak buruk cyberbullying. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi terkait cyberbullying. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei lapangan, sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran hukum sosialisasi tentang cyberbullying di pesantren merupakan langkah penting untuk membekali santri dengan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi dunia maya dengan bijaksana dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Good Governance is a fundamental concept in public Good Governance is a fundamental concept in public sector management that emphasizes the importance of transparency, integrity, responsibility, fairness, trust, balance, clarity, honesty, consistency, rule of law, vision, and mission in the public sector. In Indonesia, the government administration system is recognized as a crucial element in ensuring national progress and development. Thus, the concept of Good Governance is viewed as an important element in reforming the public sector and transforming it into a system that reflects accountability, responsibility, and transparency in its operations. To achieve the goals of Good Governance, it is essential to establish a strong and effective system of government administration. Such a system must prioritize the application of Good Governance principles in the planning, implementation, and accountability processes. The relationship between the attitudes of state administration and public service delivery is also critical in achieving Good Governance. The attitudes of state administration play a crucial role in shaping the foundation for Good Governance. It is important to note that Good Governance cannot be achieved solely through the implementation of policies and regulations.
