Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia is now faced with a moral crisis that could impede future development and sustainability. The moral crisis occurs throughout longevity and almost everywhere in Indonesia. Therefore, the study is done to reflect in good nation character creation through the implementation of civics education values. The method used in doing this study is a qualitative approach using a library study method. Data sources are derived from journals and expert opinions. Based on analysis, (1) many character education values are integrated into more advanced civic education (2) development of good citizen can be achieved through education by shaping the character of a highly educated, skill-wise, ethical and social participation. Key words: character education, education, character Abstrak: Indonesia saat ini mulai dihadapkan pada persoalan krisis moral yang dapat menghambat pembangunan dan keberlangsungan bangsa di masa yang akan datang. Krisis moral terjadi diseluruh jenjang usia dan hampir diseluruh penjuru daerah di Indonesia. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dalam pembentukan karakter bangsa yang baik melalui implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Sumber data diperoleh dari jurnal dan pendapat-pendapat para ahli. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan (1) nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter banyak terintegrasi didalam pendidikan terlebih pendidikan kewarganegaraan (2) pengembangan good citizen dapat dicapai melalui pendidikan dengan membentuk karakter bangsa yang berilmu tinggi, memiliki keterampilan, etika dan partisipasi yang baik dimasyarakat. Abstract

The use of technology in learning needs to be realized in real terms, because this is related to the progress of Indonesian education. However, it is very unfortunate that many learning activities in schools still seem monotonous and have not made the most of technology. One way to utilize technology in learning is to use it as media. By using digital media, it will make it easier for teachers and students to interact in class, especially on social studies learning material which has its own level of understanding and difficulty because it is social. In this study the authors used google earth media to help students understand the map material and see how students respond in learning assisted by google earth media. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative method with a case study approach. Sources of data obtained from journals and opinions of experts. The conclusion obtained from this research is that it is hoped that the use of Google Earth media can become one of the innovative and interesting media which can later motivate and improve student learning outcomes, especially in learning maps in Social Sciences subjects.

Abstract

The scope of technology today is very broad, including the world of education. In the world of education, there is an integration of technology that is applied to the learning process. In particular, elementary school teachers who must have teaching skills. One of them is Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). This study aims to find out about the teaching skills of teachers in elementary schools by applying Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) to improve student learning outcomes. The integration of TPACK can change the class atmosphere to be fun, such as showing pictures, videos, and material that is poured on PowerPoint. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in each subject by applying TPACK. However, it is not effectively used during distance learning due to several constraints, such as inadequate internet network, mobile phone memory that fills up quickly, and quotas run out quickly. In addition, there are several teachers who are less proficient in technology so that in implementing TPACK in learning it is not optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan revolusi karakter bangsa melalui pendidikan untuk mengembangkan warga negara yang baik. Konteks penelitian ada dalam situasi Indonesia yang mulai dihadapkan pada persoalan krisis moral yang dapat menghambat pembangunan dan keberlangsungan bangsa di masa yang akan datang. Krisis moral terjadi di seluruh jenjang usia dan hampir di seluruh penjuru daerah di Indonesia. Gambaran dalam pembentukan karakter bangsa yang baik diimplementasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Sumber data diperoleh dari jurnal dan pendapat-pendapat para ahli. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan yaitu: pertama, nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter banyak terintegrasi di dalam pendidikan terlebih pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Hasil yang kedua, pengembangan good citizen dapat dicapai melalui pendidikan dengan membentuk karakter bangsa yang berilmu tinggi, memiliki keterampilan, etika dan partisipasi yang baik di masyarakat. Rekomendasi penelitian yaitu pendidikan karakter hendaknya mulai dipatuhi dan diimplementasikan terutama para pelajar dan mahasiswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk perubahan menuju arah yang lebih baik.
