Abstract

Early ambulation is policy to guide the patients out of their bed and guide to walk as son as possible. Early ambulation able to avoid blood flow obstruction. The blood flow obstruction able to cause interior thrombosis vena and able to cause infection. Early ambulation is external factor beside injury treatment. While the internal factor is eat pattern or consumption pattern. Also influence the recovery sped of perineum injury. The research aimed at knowing the early mobilization 2-4 hours and 6-8 hours with recovery speed of perineum injury of post partum mother in the work areas of Singosari local clinic of Malang Regency. The research method was comparative design with cohort approach. Samples were selected by purposive sampling of 16 respondents of post partum mother with perineum injury of grade 2 and independent variable that were measured was early ambulation and dependent variable was recovery speed of perineum injury. Data analysis by fisher. The results showed that significant value of 1,000 that higher than alfa = 0,05. From data analysis it can be concluded that it means no differences between early mobilization 2-4 hours with 6-8 hours.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara stres kerja dan mekanisme koping terhadap kinerja perawat di Instalasi gawat darurat RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Kab. Blitar dan RSUD Mardi Waluyo Kota Blitar. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 34 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dan lembar observasi. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan antara stres kerja dengan mekanisme koping, adanya hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat, adanya hubungan antara mekanisme koping dengan kinerja perawat serta tidak adanya hubungan antara karakteristik individu dengan kinerja perawat. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat adalah mekanisme koping. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk meneliti faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat seperti peran kepala ruangan, adanya manajemen stres kerja dan mekanisme koping untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat.Kata Kunci : stres kerja, mekanisme koping dan kinerja perawat.ABSTRACTNursing job is an integral part which cannot separate to confirm the service quality to patient. The aim of this research is to identify the correlation between job stress and coping mechanism with job performance of nursing in emergency department RSUD Ngudi Waluyo and RSUD Mardi Waluyo Blitar. This research uses cross sectional design. The number of sample used is 34 respondents using total sampling. The instrument of this research uses questionnaires and observation tool. The result indicated that there was no correlation job stress with coping mechanism, there was correlation job stress with job performance, there was correlation coping mechanism with job performance and no correlation individual characteristics with job performance. The dominant factor that influence of job performance is coping mechanism. It is recommended to research another factor which influences the nursing job performance such as the role of head nurse, the management of job stress and coping mechanism to improve the nursing job.Keywords : job stress, coping mechanism and job performance
