Abstract

Dalam paper ini dikonstruksi suatu ukuran bernilai , dimana adalah koleksi semua fungsi kontinu bernilai real yang terdefinisi pada selang tertutup dan terbatas . Dalam mengkonstruksi ukuran bernilai tersebut, terlebih dahulu dikonstruksi ukuran luar bernilai . Kemudian membangkitkan ukuran melalui ukuran luar tersebut. Beberapa sifat sederhana yang berkaitan dengan ukuran bernilai juga akan dibahas dalam paper ini.

Abstract

Diberikan C[a,b] merupakan koleksi semua fungsi kontinu bernilai real pada selang tertutup [a,b]. C[a,b] merupakan ruang linear atas lapangan real. Dalam tulisan ini dibahas pengertian-pengertian norma, barisan konvergen, terbatas dan monoton, infimum dan supremum dan lain-lain yang semuanya disajikan dalam bahasa fungsi kontinu. Selain itu akan ditunjukkan bahwa barisan yang terbatas dan monoton di dalam ruang fungsi kontinu C[a,b] belum tentu konvergen. Satu sifat yang menjamin sebuah barisan memiliki supremum atau infimum akan dibahas.

Abstract

Chaos game is a game of drawing a number of points in a geometric shape using certain rules that are repeated iteratively. Using those rules, a number of points generated and form some pattern. The original chaos game that apply to three vertices yields Sierpinski triangle pattern. Chaos game can be modified by varying a number of rules, such as compression ratio, vertices location, rotation, and many others. In previous studies, modification of chaos games rules have been made on triangles, pentagons, and -facets. Modifications also made in the rule of random or non-random, vertex choosing, and so forth. In this paper we will discuss the chaos game of quadrilateral that are rotated by using an affine transformation with a predetermined compression ratio. Affine transformation is a transformation that uses a matrix to calculate the position of a new object. The compression ratio r used here is 2. It means that the distance of the formation point is  of the fulcrum, that is  = 1/2. Variations of rotation on a square or a quadrilateral in chaos game are done by using several modifications to random and non-random rules with positive and negative angle variations. Finally, results of the formation points in chaos game will be analyzed whether they form a fractal object or not.

Abstract

The i-Fibonacci Words are words over {0,1}. The i-Fibonacci Word can be associated with a fractal curve by using odd-even drawing rule and L-System methods, then also known as an i-Fibonacci Word fractal. L-System is one of methods that is used to create objects with repetitive self-similiarity. Framework of L-System consists of axiom and rules. L-System is a parallel rewriting system with existing rules. The purpose of this research is to look for the LSystem rules of i-Fibonacci Word special for odd i, then look how its characteristics. The LSystem rules for i-Fibonacci Word odd i are divided into two types, the rules for i=1 and the others odd i. The characteristic of i-Fibonacci Word fractal is the more generation and i value of fractal, then the more segments and archs of fractal curve. Next, the words of i-Fibonacci Word fractal segments number is a subwords of the i-Fibonacci Word digit numbers. It is also known that the fractal curve will be stretched as the decreased angle. Abstract

The beverage bottle consists of several parts. There are mouth, neck, shoulders and body of the beverage bottle. This study aims to modeled the shape of the beverage bottles use Bezier curves with degrees less than or equal to six (n ≤ 6), for obtain a varied and symmetrical shape of the beverage bottles. This research method are divided into several stages. First, modeled the mouth of the beverage bottle. Second, modeled the neck of the beverage bottle. Third, modeled the body of the beverage bottle. Fifth, combined the parts of the beverage bottle. The results of this study was obtained a procedure for modeled varied and symmetrical beverage bottles using Bezier curves with degrees less than or equal to six (n ≤ 6). Abstract

The end cup consists of the crown, head and neck, while the hook consists of a stand and a hook. This study aimed to obtain various of shapes vary. The modeling can be done with deformation techniques such as interpolation and Bezier curves. The method of this study uses three step namely constructing the basic objects of the geometry, arranging these basic objects on one modeling axis, and visualization with Maple 18. This study obtained 160 the models of end cup and 8 models hook consisting of geometric shapes of tube, cone, sphere, the beam, torus, and the octagonal prism.

Abstract

Door handles are one of the important parts of a door that is used as a handle when closing or opening the door. Door handles are divided into three parts, which are the body part, the leg part, and the footgear part. The study was designed to model the shapes of the door handles using the Bezier curve method, dilatation deformation, and translation deformation, so that the shapes of the door handle become more various and symmetrical. The method of this study was divided into several steps. First, the body part, the leg part, and the footgear part of the door handles were modeled. Then, the model of the every part of the door handles from the previous step were combined. The results of this study were modelling the door handles.Keywords: Bezier curve, dilatation, door handle, translation.

Abstract

Minimum Spanning Tree is spanning tree with minimum weigth. There are algorithms was used to get MST, include Kruskal’s Algorithm and Prim’s Algorithm. But all of that just give one solution, although MST problems have many solution. The ways to get all of MST from a simple weighted connected graph G can do by: the first, decide reference MST, is one of MST from G. Then choose all edges of graph G which use in MST. Futhermore decide equivalen class from every edges in graph G is not contained in reference MST with less weight or equal maximum weight in reference MST and decide choosen subset. Combinating choosen subset so getting all of MST from random simple weighted connected graph. There are two special criteria in decision all MST of simple weighted connected graph, are decision all MST with combine choosen edge is not make cycle and decision all MST with combine choosen edge make cycle. The purposes are counting and getting all MST which formed by a random simple weighted connected graph.

Abstract

In general, the wall lamp has a function as lighting. Wall lamps consist of lamp shades, connectors and stands. This study aims to obtain calculation methods for designing more varied lamp shades, connectors and stands. This research method is divided into several stages. First, build some basic objects as components of wall lamps from cone deformation, ten-prism prisms, tubes and beams with Bezier curve. Second, it arranges several basic objects of wall lamp components on the modeling axis. Third, arrange a program. The results of this study obtained calculation methods for designing various forms of constituent components of wall lamps from conical base objects, triangular prisms, tubes and beams. Furthermore, assembling the components of wall light on modeling axis.

Abstract

An even function is a function with a graph that is symmetric with respect to the y-axis or the line x = 0. In this paper, we will introduce a more general function of the even function, we call it as symmetry function with respect to the line x = a, which is a function whose graph is symmetric with respect to the line x = a. This paper discusses the properties of the symmetry function with respect to the line x = a, which is derived from the pre-existing properties of the even function. Some of the results obtained above, the linear combination of the symmetry functions with respect to the line x = a is a symmetry function with respect to the line x = a and the composition of any function with a symmety function with respect to the line x = a is a symmetry function with respect to the line x = a.
