Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kompetensi guru dan motivasi berprestasi siswa terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Usaha Pemasaran kelas X PM di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2015/2016; (2) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Usaha Pemasaran kelas X PM di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2015/2016; dan (3) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi siswa terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Usaha Pemasaran kelas X PM di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2015/2016.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X PM di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan assosiatif kausal. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik angket/kuesioner, dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, uji F, dan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05.Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut ini. Pertama, antara kompetensi guru dan motivasi berprestasi siswa secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Usaha Pemasaran kelas X PM di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2015/2016 (Fab= 24,377 > F0,05;2;69= 3,130) sebesar 39,7%. Kedua, kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Usaha Pemasaran kelas X PM di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2015/2016 (ta= 2,343 > t0,05;1;71= 1,667) sebesar 7,34%. Ketiga, motivasi berprestasi siswa  berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Usaha Pemasaran kelas X PM di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2015/2016 (tb= 5,732 > t0,05;1;71= 1,667) sebesar 32,26%. The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the simultaneous effect of the teacher?s competency and the students? achievement motivation on the learning achievement in Marketing Business Management subject matter; (2) the effect of the teacher?s on the learning achievement in Marketing Business Management subject matter; and (3) the effect of the students? achievement motivation on the learning achievement in Marketing Business Management subject matter of the students in Grade X PM of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2015/2016.This research used the quantitative method with the associative causal approach. Its population was all of the students in Grade X PM of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar. The samples of research were determined by using the total sampling technique. Its data were collected through questionnaire, documentation, observation and interview techniques. The data were analyzed by using the multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test at the significance level of 0.05.The results of research are as follows. Firstly, the teacher?s competency and the students? achievement motivation have a simultaneously positive effect as much as 39.7% on the learning achievement in the Marketing Business Management as indicated by the value of Fab= 24.37 which was greater than that of F0.05;2;69= 3.130. Secondly, the students? achievement motivation has a positive effect as much as 7.34% on the learning achievement in the Marketing Business Management as pointed out by the value of ta= 2.343 which was greater than that of t0.05;1;71= 1.667. Finally, the students? achievement motivation has a positive effect as much as 32.26% on the learning achievement in the Marketing Business Management as indicated by the value of tb= 5.732 which was greater than that of t0.05; 1;71= 1.667.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) positive and significant effect between Entrepreneurship Education and self-efficacy on entrepreneurship interest of students of Economic Education Study Program Year 2014-2016, (2) positive and significant effect of entrepreneurship education on students? entrepreneurship interest of Economic Education Study Program Year 2014-2016, (3) positive and significant effect between self-efficacy on students? entrepreneurship interests of Economic Education Study Program Year 2014-2016.The objects of this research are 124 students of Economic Education Study Program Year 2014-2016 who enroll Entrepreneurship Education. This research uses quantitative method. The sampling data are collected using proportionate stratified random sampling technique with total sample of 124 students. The data are collected using questionnaire and documentation. Questionnaires are used to collect data about entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and entrepreneurship interests, while documentation is used to collect data of tracer study of graduates of Economics Education, data of university-educated unemployment, and data of the number of Economics Education students who have taken Entrepreneurship Education subject. The data are analyzed using multiple regression analysis.The result of this research are: (1) There is a positive and significant effect between entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy to entrepreneurship interest of students of Economic Education Program Year 2014-2016 which is shown by the total of Fcount is bigger than Ftable, that is 12,569 > 3.07. (2) There is a positive and significant effect between entrepreneurship education on students? entrepreneurship interest of Economic Education Study Program Year 2014-2016 which is shown by the total of tcount of entrepreneurship education variable is 4,372> ttable that is 1,979 and total sig. 0,000 <0.05. (3) There is positive and significant effect between self-efficacy on students? entrepreneurship interest of Economic Education Study Program Year 2014-2016 which shown by tcount of self-efficacy, that is 2.031> ttable that is 1,979 and total sig. 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the learning achievement of the subject New Opportunity Finding from Customer of XI Marketing Class 3 in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo 2015/2016 academic year through the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model.      This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The research has done by a collaboration between the researcher and the teacher of the subject New Opportunity Finding from Customer. The subject of this research is the students of XI Marketing 3 Class in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo which consisted of 36 students. The technique of collecting the data has done by using observation, test, documentation, and interview. The research procedures are planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Based on the research which has done, it can be concluded that the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model can improve the students? learning achievement of XI Marketing 3 class. It can be seen in the 1st cycle until the 2nd cycle, the students? learning achievement showed an improvement. Before the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model, the average score of the students? learning achievement in the pre-observation was 80 with the passing grade was 61%. Meanwhile in the 1st cycle, the average score of the students? learning achievement was 82 with the passing grade was 94% and the average score of the students? learning achievement in the 2nd cycle was 90 with the passing grade was 100%.      The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model can improve the learning achievement of the subject New Opportunity Finding from Customer of XI Marketing Class 3 in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo 2015/2016 academic year.Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Menemukan Peluang Baru dari Pelanggan siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 melalui penerapan multimedia kit dan model pembelajaran kontekstual.     Jenis penulisan ini merupakan penulisan tindakan kelas (PTK). Penulisan dilaksanakan secara kolaborasi antara penulis dan guru mata pelajaran Menemukan Peluang Baru dari Pelanggan. Subjek penulisan adalah siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data penulisan adalah observasi, tes, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Prosedur penulisan meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi.     Berdasarkan penulisan yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan multimedia kit dan model pembelajaran kontekstual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 3. Hal ini terbukti pada siklus I sampai siklus II hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Sebelum penerapan multimedia kit dan model pembelajaran kontekstual, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pratindakan adalah 80 dan ketuntasannya sebesar 61%. Sedangkan siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar adalah 82 dan ketuntasannya sebesar 94% dan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siklus II adalah 90 dan ketuntasannya sebesar 100%.     Simpulan penulisan ini adalah penerapan multimedia kit dan model pembelajaran kontekstual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran menemukan peluang baru dari pelanggan kelas XI Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal penilaian mata pelajaran Ekonomi kelas XI di SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017 dalam kaitannya dengan aspek kognitif Taxonomy Bloom. Subjek yang dipilih adalah guru mata pelajaran Ekonomi dan siswa-siswi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017, teknik pengambilan subjek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pusposive sampling. Sementara itu teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel sumber data adalah dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan metode observasi untuk data kegiatan pengembangan tes, metode wawancara untuk data pengembangan tes dan kualitas butir soal dan dokumentasi untuk data kualitas butir soal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Soal yang valid berjumlah 11 butir (36,7%) sedangkan yang tidak valid 19 butir (63,3%). (2) Berdasarkan reliabilitas, termasuk soal yang reliabilitasnya sangat rendah yaitu -0,057. (3) Berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran, termasuk butir soal yang sukar berjumlah 25 butir (83%), sedang 2 butir (7%), dan mudah 3 butir (10%). (4) Berdasarkan daya pembeda, termasuk butir soal yang sangat tidak baik 5 butir (16,7%), tidak baik 5 butir (16,7%), cukup 10 butir (33,3%), baik 8 butir (26,7%), dan baik sekali 2 butir (6,67%). (5) Berdasarkan keefektifan penggunaan distraktor, butir soal yang berfungsi sangat baik 3 butir (10%), berfungsi baik 8 butir (26,7%), berfungsi cukup 10 butir (33,3%), berfungsi kurang baik 5 butir (16,7%), dan berfungsi tidak baik/jelek 4 butir (13,3%). (6) Berdasarkan analisis secara bersama-sama validitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan keefektifan penggunaan distraktor terdapat soal yang berkualitas baik berjumlah 2 soal (6,7%), kurang baik 6 soal (20%), dan tidak baik/jelek 22 soal (73,3%). (7) Berdasarkan keterkaitannya dengan aspek kognitif Taxonomy Bloom, mayoritas butir soal didominasi oleh butir soal dengan kategori C1 yang terdiri dari 13 butir soal (43,3%), kategori C2 berjumlah 11 butir soal (36,7%), kategori C3 berjumlah 3 butir soal (10%) dan butir soal dengan kategori C4 berjumlah 3 butir soal (10%). Keseluruhan soal penilaian mata pelajaran Ekonomi kelas XI di SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 dalam kaitannya dengan aspek kognitif Taxonomy Bloom termasuk soal yang tidak baik. This research aims to identify the quality of items about the assessment of subjects Economics class XI in SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta in the academic year  2016/2017 in relation to cognitive aspects Taxonomy Bloom. The subjects chosen are Economics subject teachers and students of XI IPS class in SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta academic year 2016/2017, the subject taking technique in this study using the posposive sampling. Meanwhile, the technique used in sampling the data source is by using snowball sampling technique. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. Data collection was obtained by observation method for test development activity data, interview method for test development data and quality of item and documentation for data item quality. The results showed that: (1) a valid question a total of 11 items (36.7%) while invalid 19 items (63.3%). (2) Based on the reliability, including the matter of which the reliability is very low, -0.057. (3) Based on the level of difficulty, including difficult level items totaled 25 questions (83%), moderate level 2 questions (7%), and an easy level 3 questions (10%). (4) Based on the distinguishing features, items that includes not very good 5 questions (16.7%), there is a good 5 questions (16.7%), 10 items are good enough (33.3%), 8 points are good (26, 7%), and splendidly questions are 2 points (6.67%). (5) Based on the effectiveness of the use of distractors, items which serve very good 3 point (10%), serves as good 8 points (26.7%), and 10 items as enough (33.3%), less 5 questions (16.7%), and serves no good / bad 4 items (13.3%). (5) Based on the analysis validity, level of difficulty, distinguishing, and the effectiveness of the use of distractors there are good-quality questions amount to 2 questions (6.7%), unfavorable 6 matter (20%), and not good or bad 22 questions (73.3%). Based on the cognitive aspects of Taxonomy Bloom, the majority of items are dominated by items with category C1 consisting of 13 items (43.3%), category C2 amounted to 11 items (36.7%), category C3 amounted to 3 items (10%) and the items with category C4 amounted to 3 items (10%). Overall matter of assessment of subjectsEconomics class XI SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta Academic year 2016/2017 in relation to the cognitive aspects of Taxonomy Bloom including the problem that is not good.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran komunikasi bisnis dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran artikulasi. Bentuk penelitian ini penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar yang berjumlah 41 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu: (1) observasi, (2) dokumentasi, (3) (tes). Validitas yang digunakan adalah triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan teknik statistik deksriptif komparatif dan teknik analisis kritis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran artikulasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan proses pembelajaran pada siswa. Peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari empat aspek yaitu: (1) keaktifan siswa dan bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan, (2) kesungguhan siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas, (3) keaktifan siswa dalam kelompok, dan (4) kedisiplinan siswa. Pada siklus I dan II, rata-rata siswa tergolong aktif dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Sementara untuk hasil belajar pada siklus II presentase jumlah siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM ada 84%. Pada siklus II meningkat mecapai 96%.  The aim of research to improve student learning outcomes and to improve the quality of the learning process of business communication subjects by applying the learning model articulation. This study forms of classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of Class X Marketing 3 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar totaling 41 students. Data collection techniques used, namely: (1) observation, (2) documentation, (3) (a test). The validity of the method used is triangulation and triangulation of data sources. Data analysis technique used is the analysis with comparative descriptive statistical techniques and techniques of critical analysis. The results showed that the application of learning models articulation can improve learning outcomes and learning in students. Improving the quality of the learning process can be viewed from four aspects, namely: (1) active students and ask and answer questions, (2) the seriousness of students in doing the task, (3) involvement of the student in the group, and (4) the discipline of students. In cycle I and II, the average students classified as active in the learning process in the classroom. As for the second cycle of learning outcomes in the percentage of the number of students who achieve 84% KKM there. In the second cycle increased mecapai 96%.

Abstract

This study aims to know about (1) a positive and significant influence between the perceptions of students about the welfare teacher and learning achievement of interest to become economic teacher in the students of Economic Education Studies Program FKIP UNS; (2) The influence of a positive and significant perception students about teacher welfare of interest to be a teacher enonomic on students course of study education economic FKIP UNS; (3) Positive and significant achievement of learning toward the interest of becoming an economics teacher in the students of Economic Education Studies Program FKIP UNS.     The population of the research is students prodi education economy as many as 279 students. The sample selected by proportional random sampling techniquw is 75 students. This research used method of quantitative with the kind of research survey. The data was collected by questionnaire technique for student perception data about teacher welfare and interest to become economics teacher, and documentation technique for learning achievement data. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test with significant level 0,05 data obtained will be processed with the help of SPSS program version 22.     The results of the study are as follows. First, there is a positive and significant influence between student perception variable about teacher welfare and learning achievement toward the interest of becoming an economics teacher on Economics students of FKIP UNS. This is indicated by the value of Farithmetic>Ftable (30,337>3,124) with significance value (0,000<0,05). Secondly, there is a positive and significance influence of student perception on teacher welfare toward student interest in Economic Education FKIP UNS. This is indicated by tarithmetic>ttable (7,337>1,993) with significance value (0,000<0,05). Third there is a positive and significant influence of learning achievement variables on thr interest of becoming an economics teacher on Economics Education students FKIP UNS. This is indicated by value of tarithmetic>ttable (2,943>1,993) with significance value (0,004<0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui hubungan prakarya dengan kewirausahaan, pengaruh langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran, dan soft skills (2) hubungan kewirausahaan dengan prakarya, pengaruh langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran, dan soft skills (3) pengaruh secara langsung proses pembela-jaran terhadap soft skills (4) pengaruh secara tidak langsung prakarya dan kewirau-sahaan terhadap soft skills. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Teknik sampling adalah simple random. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data adalah analisis jalur dengan path analisis.Hasil penelitian (1) prakarya berhubungan dengan kewirausahaan 54%, berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran 17%, dan terhadap soft skills 34% (2) kewirausahaan berhubungan dengan prakarya 54%, berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran 19%, dan terhadap soft skills 10% (3) proses pembelajaran berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap soft skills 3% (4) prakarya berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap soft skills 1% dan kewirau-sahaan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap soft skills 1%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peserta didik maupun pendidik harus mampu untuk melaksanakan learning to do bukan hanya learning to know melalui kegiatan praktek langsung. The purpose of this study were (1) the effect of directly craft towards entrepreneurship, learning, and soft skills (2) the effect of direct entrepreneurship towards craft, learning, and soft skills (3) the effect of directly learning towards soft skills (4) the effect of indirectly craft and entrepreneurship towards soft skills. This research is quantitative descriptive method with correlation studies. Population and sample in this study were students of class X, XI, and XII Marketing Vocational high school 1 Karanganyar. Technique is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis technique used path analysis.The results (1) A craft directly affect entrepreneurship 54%, on learning of 17%, and the soft skills of 34% (2) entrepreneurial directly affect the craft of 54%, on learning of 19%, and the soft skills of 10% (3) the learning process directly affects the soft skills of 3% (4) craft indirect effect on the soft skills of 1% and entrepreneurial indirect effect on the soft skills of 1%. Based on the findings, researchers recommend to learners and educators to be willing and able to learn by doing rather than just learning to know through direct practice.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik kelas XI IPS 1 MAN Karanganyar 2014/2015 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPS 1 MAN Karanganyar Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015  yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis teknik deskriptif komparatif dan analisis kritis. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan  hipotesis telah diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran tipe Think Talk Write (TTW) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik Kelas XI IPS di MAN Karangayar Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Hal ini dibuktikan pada siklus I dan siklus II bahwa keaktifan peserta didik yang ditinjau dari indikator keaktifan meningkat (presentase pra siklus30,02%, siklus I 75,23% dan siklus II 84,37%). Selain itu, hasil belajar peserta didik juga meningat (presentase pra siklus 33% , siklus I 75% dan siklus II 81%) The objevtive of this research is to improve activities and learning outcomes economic of the students in grade XI IPS 1 of MAN In Academic Year Karanganyar 2014/2015 with implementation of Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model. This research used the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were students of class XI IPS 1 of MAN Karanganyar totaling 36 students. Data collection techniques are observation, testing, documentation and interviews. Techniques for the validity of the data used triangulation of data sources and triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive comparative analysis and critical analysis is used for analyzing the data. The results of research shows that the hypothesis are accepted. The results of research shows that through the application of learning model  with  type  Think  Talk  Write  (TTW)  can  improve  activities  and  learning  outcomes economic at Grade XI IPS 1 of MAN Karanganyar In Academic Year 2014/2015. It proved in the first cycle and the second cycle that the students activities that is viewed from the activities indicator is increasing (percentage of pre cycle 30,02%, cycle I 75,23% and cycle II 84,37%). Beside that, the students learning outcomes also increasing (percentage of pre cycle 33%, cycle I75% and cycle II 81%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh kualitas layanan pendidikan yang terdiri dari (1) kurikulum (2)pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan (3) sarana dan prasarana (4) pengelolaan pendidikan (5) biaya pendidikan (6) daya tanggap dan (7) akses ke fasilitas terhadap kepuasan siswa .Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA MTA Surakarta yang berjumlah 600 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik proportionate sratified random sampling. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriftif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik angket untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Dalam analisis data digunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: hasil perhitungan yang digunakan adalah uji F diperoleh nilai probabilitas dalam kolom Sig adalah 0,000, nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05,maka Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa SMA MTA Surakarta (Y) secara simultan. Uji t digunakan untuk memperoleh nilai probabilitas. Dari ketujuh variabel diperoleh nilai lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa SMA MTA Surakarta (Y) secara parsial. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi Y=-8,278 + 0,047 X1+ 0,311 X2 + 0,194 X3 + 0,071 X4 + 0,266 X5 + 0,094 X6 + 0,315 X7 + ?This study aimed to test the influence of the quality of education services consisting of (1) the curriculum (2) teachers and (3) facilities (4) management of education (5) the cost of education (6) responsiveness and (7) access to facilities.The population in this study were students of class X and XI in SMA MTA Surakarta totaling 600 students. The data collection techniques implemented with a questionnaire to determine the level of influence the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction. The results of the study are as follows: the calculation results obtained using the F test probability value in the column Sig is 0,000, the value is less than 0.05. Ho then be rejected, which means a significant difference between the variable quality of educational services to the satisfaction of high school students MTA Surakarta (Y) simultaneously.The result of the calculation using t-test probability values obtained from the seventh variable is less than 0.05 and the value of t is greater than t table then can thus be concluded that Ho rejected, which means a significant difference between the variable quality of educational services to the satisfaction of high school students MTA Surakarta (Y) partially.
