Abstract

Abstract. Learning is not monopoly of teachers (teacher centered). The teacher in charge of teaching and, especially, the students who do learning activities, both have the same right to manage their learning process with its various components. Teachers should have the pedagogic skills makes the students learn. Pedagogical competence of teachers need to be trained to increase their skills, so that teachers are able to create an active learning, innovative, creative, effective and fun for students. Successful training is training that can provide added value to knowledge, attitudes and skills of the participants. Good training is training that suits participants needs and its results can be applied in paraticipants workplace. PAIKEM training which has been implemented successfully contribute to the improvement of pedagogical competence of the participants.Keywords: effective training, relevance, improving the competence of teachersAbstrak. Pembelajaran bukanlah monopoli guru (teacher centered). Guru yang bertugas mengajar dan, terutama, peserta didik yang melakukan kegiatan belajar, keduanya memiliki hak yang sama untuk mengelola proses pembelajaran dengan berbagai komponennya. Untuk itulah guru harus memiliki keterampilan pedagogik membuat siswa belajar. Kompetensi pedagogik guru perlu dilatih agar keterampilannya meningkat, sehingga guru mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan untuk peserta didik. Pelatihan yang berhasil adalah pelatihan yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah pada pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan peserta. Pelatihan yang baik adalah pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta dan hasilnya dapat diterapkan di dunia kerja peserta. Pelatihan PAIKEM yang telah dilaksanakan ini berhasil memberikan sumbangan bagi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik para peserta.Kata Kunci : pelatihan efektif, relevansi, peningkatan kompetensi guru

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to develop online learning program of Curriculum and Instruc-tion Course to enhance effectiveness and efficiency which include tools and management of online learning, system of evaluation, and assessment of effectiveness and efficiency of online learning. The online learning program was conducted to facilitate the high number of classes that should be served. The research method used was design and development, where the program developed was in the form of prototype which was then tested in limited scale. The analysis of the problems re-vealed that students’ competency was influenced by their low motivation because Curriculum and Instruction course was regarded as second level course. An online learning program was devel-oped to enhance students’ competency in studying Curriculum and Instruction course through sev-eral steps consisting of preparation/development, implementation, and evaluation using systemic approach.Keywords: online learning, design and development, higher education institutionAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan program pembelajaran daring pada Mata Kuliah Kurikulum dan Pembelajaran untuk mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan perkuliahan, mengembangkan perangkat dan tatakelola Pembelajaran Daring, dan mengembangkan sistem penilaian dan melakukan penilaian terhadap efektivitas dan efisiensi Pembelajaran Daring pada Mata Kuliah MKDK Kurikulum dan Pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Hal ini didasarkan pada banyaknya kelas yang harus dilayani proses pembelajarannya. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan metode design dan pengembangan, yaitu metode dimana program yang dikem-bangkan baru berbentuk prototype yang kemudian dapat diujicobakan secara terbatas. Hasil dari analisis masalah pada penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya penguasaan kompetensi belajar maha-siswa dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar mahasiswa yang menyebutnya bahwa mata kuliah Kurikulum dan Pembelajaran dianggap sebagai kelompok mata kuliah level kedua. Kemudi-an melalui penelitian ini mengembangkan model pembelajaran daring meningkatkan kompetensi belajar mahasiswa, pada mata kuliah MKDP Kurikulum dan Pembelajaran. Program pembelajaran melalui tahapan persiapan/ pengembangan , pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan menggunakan pen-dekatan sistemik.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran daring, Perancangan dan Pengembangan, Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract

Public awareness of waste management and processing in Indonesia is still very low. Likewise, with students,  warnings are still needed in keeping the environment clean. Environmental education (EE) in schools has started to be widely applied in many schools. Ideally, student awareness in keeping the environment, especially in managing waste, becomes better wherever they are. This study aims to explore students’ perceptions of waste management and processing as one of the implementations of environmental management. It is hoped that Environmental Education can have an impact on students’ perception in managing their daily environment. It also explores students’ pereptions at elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels about: (1) environmental education in a school; (2) waste management and processing as part of environmental education; and (3) waste management and processing by local government. Data collection was carried out randomly to several students taking part in Car Free Day (CFD) activity involving 42 student respondents. and the data was processed using descriptive statistics. It was found that firstly, respondents agreed with the application of environmental education in schools through local content subjects, and the Adiwiyata program itself was felt necessary to add insight and knowledge about managing the environment. Secondly, students’ perceptions of waste management as part of Environmental Education was already good, as shown by their preference to keep the garbage if they couldn’t find a place to throw them. Third, waste management and processing by the local government statistically showed good responses. One example is that many dust bins are placed in public location by grouping waste according to their type.    Lingkungan alam di sekitar kita dan dunia saat ini sedang mengalami kerusakan. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga dan mengelola lingkungan hidup ini. Di Sekolah pendidikan lingkungan hidup (PLH) dilaksanakan sebagai salah satu kurikulum muatan local dengan waktu1 jam pelajaran saja. Tentunya bukan seberapa banyak waktu yang dihabiskan untuk mempelajari kesadaran lingkungan hidup, namun yang paling penting adalah bagaimana mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai upaya membantu menjaga lingkungan hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat tentang implementasi PLH yang diterapkan oleh peserta didik saat di rumah dan di lingkungan sekitarnya. Bukti real mengetahui kesadaran diterapkannya PLH salah satunya terlihat di ruang public, sebagai contohnya saat pelaksanaan Car Free Day (CFD). Tidak sedikit setelah CFD selesai petugas kebersihan harus membersihkan kembali kawasan karena banyaknya sampah yang dibuang masyarakat tidak pada tempatnya. Data diambil kepada 40 orang secara acak terdiri dari anak usia sekolah SD, SMP, dan SMA, serta orang tua.  Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kesadaran masyarakat akan menjaga lingkungan cukup baik. Hanya saja belum ada spesifikasi upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dalam upaya mengurangi, mengolah, dan menggunakan sampah yang ada agar lebih mermanfaat.

Abstract

The aims of implementation of Environment Education is to developing cognitive, affective, and motoric skills concern to environment health and life. Hopefully, student have self belonging to suround natural environment. Now, natural damage has been the global issue that has to looked for its solution. Student as the young generation need to be given the knowledge, attitude, and skills to manage and to concerv environment healt. The aims at research are: 1) developing of curriculum design to encrease student’s collective respect to natural environment. 2) finding the data about evaluation of curriculum design that be developed. Research methode use Design and Development (DD) with ADDIE model.Tujuan pelaksanaan Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup adalah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kognitif, afektif, dan motorik yang peduli terhadap kesehatan dan kehidupan lingkungan. Diharapkan siswa memiliki rasa memiliki terhadap lingkungan alam sekitar. Kini, kerusakan alam telah menjadi isu global yang harus dicari solusinya. Mahasiswa sebagai generasi muda perlu diberikan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan untuk mengelola dan melestarikan kesehatan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) mengembangkan desain kurikulum untuk meningkatkan rasa hormat kolektif siswa terhadap lingkungan alam. 2) mencari data tentang evaluasi desain kurikulum yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian menggunakan Design and Development (DD) dengan model ADDIE.

Abstract

An effective learning process is conducted through planning, management, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to result in feedback. Reflection as a form of evaluation is carried out to provide input in improving the further learning process. This study aims to evaluate learning, especially on the components of the objectives, material, process, learning evaluation, faced obstacles during the learning process, and expectations for the next lecture, one of Educational Basic Learning Course (EBLC) called Curriculum and Instruction course. This process is done as the basis for the development of digital learning in online learning in the future. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 24 lecturers teaching in the curriculum and learning courses. It is a group of compulsory courses that all students are necessary to be included in their study at one of the state universities whose core business is in education. Based on the research data, it is found that 1) the learning achievement has been compiled according to the educational competencies listed in the Semester Lecture Design (RPS) used by all lecturers in carrying out the learning process. 2)  the learning material has been systematically set as stated in the RPS to facilitate the organization of material in learning, 3) the learning implementation by lecturers uses various learning methods focusing on student-centered learning, 4). The evaluation performance is done using Computer Based Test (CBT) with developed questions regarding specified learning outcomes, 5) the obstacles faced by administrators of Curriculum and Instruction course are the number of continuously growing classes and lacking the number of lecturers for each semester. Moreover, it is also essential to improve students' learning motivation to achieve maximum learning outcomes. It is expected that learning innovations can assist them in improving the quality of learning by developing digital learning media and supporting blended learning between face-to-face and online learning using the Learning Management System (LMS)

Abstract

A podcast is a digital audio recording disseminated over the internet that can be transmitted, played, and downloaded directly to consumer media devices, including portable music players, computers, laptops, and smartphones. It can be categorized as an m-learning strategy for teaching and learning. It allows students to learn independently, easy to use, dynamic content meeting to listeners’ needs, and portable. The categories of using podcasts for learning are as sub-constitutional, supplemental, and integrated. Several things need to be considered in designing a podcast for learning covering its course’ objectives, students’ character, goal, type, writer, correlation to other teaching materials, a style used, duration, media, technology and material, sound used, the image included, and music. In designing a good podcast for learning, it is necessary to apply a systematic learning system's systematic procedure. This article discusses how to design podcasts for learning with The Rapid Prototype Model. This model is an instructional design method used to design and develop models with the stages of needs analysis, content analysis, determining objectives, constructing prototypes, utilizing prototypes, and installing and maintaining the system.
