Abstract

Besides being rich in natural resources, Indonesia is also rich in musical diversity, such as traditional music that is unique to Indonesia, namely tambourine, salung, angklung, gamelan and so on. In addition to traditional music, there is also international music, namely pop, jazz, rock and so on. The single organ or keyboard at the present time is already popular in society, so there are many enthusiasts and it is widely used in many areas in West Sumatra, especially in Nagari Lubuk Alung. In accordance with Padang Pariaman Regent Regulation (Perbup) Number 13 of 2016 concerning Management of Single Organs, this is a form of policy that regulates solo organ performances so that they do not conflict with general values and norms. This type of research is semi-qualitative research. This type of research is a descriptive approach. The descriptive method is finding facts with the correct interpretation. Descriptive study of the problems and procedures of society that are applied in society and in certain situations, including human relations, actions, attitudes, perspectives and processes that take place and the consequences of phenomena. The location of the research was in Nagari Lubuk Alung, Lubuk Alung District, Padang Pariaman Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observations.

Abstract

Local wisdom is a way of life, or it can be interpreted as a culture, which is inherent and developing in the local community and can be passed down from generation to generation in the form of an activity. The Hoyak Tabuik tradition is a ceremony to commemorate the death of Saidina Imam Husein, the grandson of the Prophet Muhammad (Saidina Imam Husein), and is carried out by the Pariaman people every 10th of the Hijri calendar by turning Tabuik into a human head and the carcass of a 'Buraq bird'. This study aims to find out the description of the hoyak tabuik tradition and find the cultural and religious values ​​that are transmitted in the hoyak tabuik traditions and rituals. In this study, researchers used a qualitative description method. And the interview method has been used to access various sources when collecting research data. The results of this study explain how the hoyak tabuik tradition exists in the city of Pariaman and the cultural values ​​that we can take from this tradition, namely the values ​​of friendship and mutual cooperation, as well as religious values, namely the expression of gratitude.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the economy. This also causes many customers to have difficulty paying their debts. This study aims to look at the economic policies carried out by the government to be able to carry out debt restructuring during this pandemic. This research was then carried out using an empirical juridical approach. The results of this study then show that many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entrepreneurs experience difficulties in paying their debt obligations. This is because their business has been greatly affected by the existence of the pandemic, either directly or indirectly. The current debt restructuring is going quite well. This policy also then makes credit quality smooth and no longer jammed.
