Abstract

This study aims to to know and to analyze do store the atmosphere influential of the decision purchases inMezzo Coffe& Bistro Kendari. Types of data in this research is primary data.The subject of this research is 20 samples of people are customersMezzo Coffe& Bistro Kendari. Data was gathered using a questionnaire.The data collected is processed using software application spss.This study using simple linear regression analysis and tests partial ( t ). The results of the study in full shows that store the atmosphere have had a positive impact of the decision of purchases inMezzo Coffe& Bistro Kendari." store the atmosphere would increase the purchase decision , with the results of testing based on test as much as thitung>ttabel namely5.479> 1.7340.000 significance and value of .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of compensation on employee performance at the Fialia Farma Pharmacy Kendari. The number of respondents in this study were 7 people. The sampling technique uses census technique. Data analysis techniques were performed using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that compensation influences the performance of employees who work at the Fialia Farma Pharmacy Kendari.

Abstract

Pada era bisnis saat ini, persaingan semakin meningkat. Persaingan ini menuntut para pelaku bisnis untuk mampu memaksimalkan kinerja perusahaannya agar dapat bersaing di pasaran. Perusahaan harus berusaha keras untuk mempelajari dan memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggannya. Perusahaan harus menempatkan orientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan sebagai tujuan utama Persaingan dari pelaku bisnis sendiri juga menjadi sangat tajam, baik dipasar domestik maupun dipasar internasionl. Pelaku bisnis harus mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan, pelayanan produk yang lambat bisa membuat pelanggan tidak puas, walaupun dengan tingkatan yang berbeda. Konsumen memang seharusnya dipuaskan karena mereka merupakan pemain utama dalam dunia bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mini Market Alfa Midi Kecamatan Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penentuan jumlah responden penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling di mana jumlah sampel penelitian ini yaitu 50 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mini Market Alfa Midi Kecamatan Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan.

Abstract

The development of technology in the modern era, especially information technology, makes people easily find information very quickly, both containing positive and negative elements. With internet access within the household, it is definitely very supportive of work to access information, one solution to overcome this is by subscribing to internet without a quota as the primary connection and mobile internet as a secondary connection. This study aims to 1) determine the influence of consumers in deciding to use Indihome services in Kendari City, and 2) determine the variables that have a dominant influence on consumer decisions in deciding to use Indihome services in Kendari City. The research method used is field research (field studies). The sample in this study was taken using the Judgment sampling method and the determination of the number of samples using the population proportion estimation method and the convident level used was 95% so that the number of samples was 100 people. Statistical test using multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results showed that 1) partially the product quality variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Indihome products (Y); 2) the price variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Indihome products (Y); 3) the distribution variable does not have a significant influence on the decision to use Indihome products (Y); 4) the promotion variable does not have a significant influence on the decision to use Indihome products (Y); 5) based on the results of the simultaneous test analysis (F test) it is known that the consumer behavior variables consisting of, product quality (X1), price (X2), distribution (X3), and promotion (X4) together (simultaneously) have an effect on on the decision to use Indihome products in Kendari City (Y); and 6. the product quality variable is the variable that has the strongest influence on the decision to use Indihome PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of profit and feasibility level of AZ Laying Chicken Farming in Talumbinga Village, Sabulakoa District, Konawe Selatan Regency.The results of this study indicate that the AZ Layer Farming Business Income Analysis in Talumbinga Village, Sabulakoa District, South Konawe Regency is profitable and feasible to develop.The farmer's profit generates a net income of IDR 84,715,000 per year or IDR 7,059.583 per month and a B/C-Ratio of 1.44.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Location and Promotion on the Decision to Purchase Ready To Drink Bottled Tea Drinks (RTD) Kedai Three Thai Tea Awunio Village Kolono District Kolono District South Konawe Regency.To achieve this goal, qualitative and quantitative data, data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and custody. The population in the study was a three thai tea shop customer. The sample in this study used analysis with multivariate (correlation or multiple regression), then the number of sample members was at least 10 times the variable studied (independent + dependent). In this study there are 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable (there are 3 variables), then 15 x 10 = 75. So the number of samples in this study is as many as 75 respondents. . The data is collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and using hypothesis tests, i.e. partial t tests and simultaneous F tests. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant and positive influence between location and promotion on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously.
