Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of the marketing mix on customer loyalty at UHO Kendari pharmacy both partially and simultaneously. This research approach is quantitative by using survey method with explanatory survey design. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling method. The type of non-probability sampling used is purposive sampling with judgment sampling with respondent criteria so that the sample in this study is 70 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. In managing data and drawing conclusions, the researchers used the SmartPLS program (Partial Least Square). The results showed that the product had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Place has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. With a high enough R-Square value in influencing the independent variable on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Skin care or skincare has started to become a necessity due to the urge to have a better appearance. One of the cosmetic industries that has been successfully introduced to the wider community and still survives to this day is Viva Cosmetics. Viva cosmetics have a lower price, have a good brand image and are widely used by Indonesian women. Consumers today are very critical in choosing to buy a product. The purchase decision is one of the consumer's choices to determine the choice of something they want. The demand for an increasingly quality product makes every company compete to improve the quality of its products in order to maintain the brand image of the products they produce. Purchase decisions by consumers certainly involve the influence of the price of a product. According to Kotler (2015: 345) Price is the sum of all values provided by customers to benefit from owning or using a product or service. If the price offered is in accordance with the income of consumers, of course consumers will buy the product. Moreover, these products already have a good brand image, so that consumers will no longer doubt the products being marketed. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using SPSS version 24.0 for Windows. Determination of the number of samples through purposive sampling technique, as many as 60 respondents. The results of the analysis prove that brand image and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategy, namely the marketing mix which consists of products, prices, promotions and places applied by UMKM Sederhana, can increase sales of UMKM Sederhana chips products. This type of research is qualitative, namely research that is descriptive and tends to use narrative. Data collection techniques from this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by UMKM Sederhana is to have quality products, the price is in accordance with the quality of the product, the distribution area is easily accessible and the promotions carried out have progressed by utilizing social media in sales which is currently very much needed because of the limited outside activities. outside the home due to the covid-19 pandemic so that many supermarkets are closed and the addition of two chip products from UMKM Sederhana, namely carrot chips and cashew cactus which have not been produced by many other businesses so that they are expected to help increase sales turnover from UMKM Sederhana.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a form of plan that is decomposed in the field of marketing. In order for the company to remain able to compete with other companies that issue substitute products, the company's management must be able to manage the company well. So that existing consumers or customers do not switch to other companies. As a mainstay commodity for Sulawesi Tnggara, cashew has good prospects in the future to fill local, national and international markets. Mete Mubaraq produces various processed cashew nuts which have different flavors and characteristics from other business competitors. In addition to the flavors and characteristics offered, UD.Mete Mubaraq Lombe Kendari also provides guarantees to consumers because every product that is marketed has legality from the government (PIRT) and passes a verification process from the Health Service so that the quality and safety of its products can be guaranteed. In addition to direct sales, UD.Mete Mubaraq Lombe Kendari also made a breakthrough by conducting online marketing. It is known that the sales volume of processed cashew products at UD. Mete Mubaraq Lombe Kendari over the last 5 years has tended to increase. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy at UD. Mete Mubaraq Lombe Kendari. This study uses SWOT analysis as a data analysis consisting of an analysis of internal and external conditions. The research results show that the strategy used by UD. Mete Mubaraq Lombe Kendari, namely by providing various types of products, both their own products and products from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Sulawesi Tenggara Province.
