Abstract

Fokus dari tulisan ini adalah penerapan pendidikan karakter yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai Islam. Pendidikan karakter berdasarkan Islam artinya pendidikan karakter yang mana komponennya mencakup pengetahuan moral,  perasaan tentang moral,  dan perbuatan moral. Moral-moral tersebut dijajaki dan dikembangkan berdasarkan nilai-nilai  Islam.  Penerapan pendidikan karakter ini bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang islami dan  toleran.  Penelitian  ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendidikan karakter membutuhkan  keseriusan, pembiasaan,  dan   pembudayaan tentang nilai-nilai.Kata kunci: pendidikan, karakter, nilai-nilai, Islam, akhlak, IslamiAbstract CHARACTER EDUCATION MODEL BASED ON ISLAMIC VALUES TO  CREATE THE  ISLAMIC AND  TOLERANT STUDENTS’ CHARACTER.  The  focus    of this  writing  is  the implementation  of character education that is based on Islamic values. The implementation  of character education aims to establish an Islamic students’ character and tolerant. This study  uses library research. Abstract

This study aims to: Know the factors that affect farmers in patchouli farming in the Village Lawada Sawerigadi District West Muna. The population in this study is all patchouli farmers in Lawada Village Sawerigadi District West Muna Regency as many as 275 families. The sample in this research use arikunto formula that is simple random sampling with simple error rate 15%. So the overall sample amounted to 35 respondents. The results of this study indicate Factors affecting farmers in patchouli farming include variable land area, capital, advice friends and family, extension of extension, the number of farmers who have patchouli farming and the availability of input simultaneously / jointly significant effect on the production of patchouli. Partially, only the variable of capital, the recommendation of friends and family and the extension agent that significantly influence the production variables while the land area, the number of farmers in patchouli farm and the availability of input have no significant effect on the production veriabel. Then the relationship between production to income that affects income variables include production variables simultaneously / together significant effect on income vareabel and Partially (alone), production variables also have a significant effect on income variable.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the effect of implementation TANDUR towards speaking skills of 5th grade in elementary school. Form of the research used was pre-experimental design with the design of one-group pretest-postest design. The population of the research was the whole 5th grade SD Negeri 05 Pontianak Kota that consist of VA and VB class. Sampling technique that is used is the probability sampling technique and the type of sampling techniques used are simple random sampling. VB class was chosen as the sample of research with 21 students. Data collection tools is a test of speaking skills in the form of reserved essays and commands. Based on statistical calculation, from the average of the results of the experimental class posttest 72.50 obtained thitung of 8.45 and ttabel (α = 5%) amounted to 1.725, it meant that thitung > ttabel (8.45 > 1.725), and Ha is received. So, it can be explained that there is a difference between the students speaking skills before and after given the treatment with TANDUR implementation. From the calculation of effect size, gained 1.76 (high criteria), which means that the TANDUR learning framework is give a high effect towards the speaking skills of 5th grade SD Negeri 05 Pontianak Kota in commenting on the factual problem. Keywords: Implementation, TANDUR, Speaking Skills

Abstract

Introduction: The problem of nutritional status on toddlers is still one of the world’s problems that must continue to be resolved, such as stunting. Stunting, or being too short for one’s age, is defined as below -2 standard deviations from the median height-for-age z-score. Stunting can directly be affected by infectious disease and incomplete immunization such as basic measles immunization. Objectives: This research aims to determine and analyze the correlation between giving basic measles immunization and nutritional status, especially the incidence of stunting on toddlers. Methods: This research was an observational analytic study using a cross-sectional approach with non-probability sampling. The samples were 134 toddlers who were 12-36 months, were not sick, and have the KIA/KMS book. Basic measles immunization and nutritional status were dependent variables whereas stunting prevalence was an independent variable. Data analysis used the Spearman’s Rho correlation test with α = 0.05. Results: The results showed the majority of toddlers experienced nutritional status problems especially stunting (51.5%) and the majority of toddlers had received basic measles immunization (67.9%). Based on the Spearman’s Rho statistical test, obtained p-value = 0.003 (p-value < 0.05) with correlation coefficient (r) = -0.251. Conclusions: There is a significant correlation between basic measles immunization and nutritional status, especially in the incidence of stunting. This finding suggests that the local government should initiate an innovative program of health education focusing on knowledge and prevent the increasing stunting such as by collaborating with the nursing profession which can act as a good educator and caregiver.

Abstract

Problems often faced by students when writing. They often get stuck and seem to have difficulty expressing their ideas in written form. From the assessments carried out by lecturers, students often find many errors in writing chapter reports. Finally, the most common errors are found in content aspects, such as grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, etc. What are the students' difficulties in writing recount texts for the even semester of the Gelobal Nusantara Education Institute for the 2022/2023 academic year?" The aim of this research is to determine students' abilities and to investigate students' difficulties in writing recount texts. In this research, researchers took the second semester as the subject. The second semester class consists of 25 students, in this case the researcher took 3 second semester students for a writing test and interview as an instrument for this research. The results of the research show that the results that can be interpreted are that the difficulties faced by students are still grammatical difficulties, spelling errors, and they have limited vocabulary to choose appropriate diction. It is recommended for lecturers to provide more practice in writing to improve students' vocabulary and grammar in writing recount texts

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan faktor employee engagement dengan kinerja perawat di RS Islam Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan metodologi cross-sectional digunakan dengan uji spearman rank. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 89 responden dengan instrumen penelitian yaitu kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor hubungan rekan kerja dan tim, memiliki korelasi signifikan α= 0,01 (α<0,05) dengan kinerja perawat. Sedangkan faktor lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan tidak terdapat korelasi signifikan (α<0,05). Simpulan ada hubungan faktor hubungan tim dan rekan kerja dengan kinerja perawat, sedangkan faktor lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan tidak terdapat hubungan dengan kinerja perawat. Perawat dan pimpinan diharapkan dapat saling bekerja sama dan manajemen keperawatan dapat melakukan survei terkait komunikasi yang terjalin di rawat inap untuk tercapainya asuhan keperawatan yang maksimal. Kata Kunci: Hubungan Tim dan Rekan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Perawat, Lingkungan Kerja.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the differences and similarities between Arabic and Indonesian in terms of inflectional morphology and derivations. The type of research used is a descriptive qualitative research method with a contrastive synchronic approach. Data collection methods and techniques in this research used listening methods and note-taking techniques. The results obtained from this research are that there are similarities and differences in the inflection and derivation processes in Arabic and Indonesian. The similarity is that in the inflection process both of them get changes in the verb (verb), nominal (noun) and adjective (adjective). Likewise, in the derivation process, both of them receive additions at the beginning, middle and end in order to obtain a specific meaning or goal. The difference between Arabic and Indonesian in the inflection and derivation process is that Arabic is more productive than Indonesian both in terms of inflection and derivation.
