Abstract

Tujuan penilitian adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII IPS SMP 31 Halmahera Barat pada materi hubungan desa dan kota menggunakan model Reciprocal Learning. Peneliti ini merupakan penilitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan dua siklus. Dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII IPS SMP 31 Halmahera Barat yang berjumlah 31 peserta didik. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan tindakan (action), observasi (observation), dan refleksi (reflection). Adapun metode pengumpulan data yaitu lembar observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan model Reciprocal Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dari tiap siklus. Hal ini dapat diketahui bahwa peserta didik yang tuntas pada siklus I yaitu 10 orang dengan persentae 25%. Dan ada juga peserta didik yang tidak tuntas 21 orang dengan persentase 75%. Kemudian mengalami ketuntasan pada siklus II yaitu seluruh peserta didik tuntas dengan persentase 100% maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Reciprocal Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas VII IPS SMP 31 Halmahera Barat materi pokok hubungan desa dan perkotaan. Kata Kunci: Model Reciprocal Learning, Peserta Didik, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

The government's current program tries to deal with the area's problems by offering housing areas with good sanitation (generally in the form of multi- storey houses). Law No. 1 of 2011 concerning Settlements Settlements are diseases that are not suitable for habitation, among others, because they are located on land that is not in accordance with the designation or spatial planning, high building density in a very limited area, social vulnerability and environmental diseases, so that the problem formulated in this article is (1). How to mitigate the growth of settlements in densely populated areas and (2). How the conditions of economic vitality and the status of land ownership and handling priorities affect an area to be implemented. From the deepening of the mitigation literature of Kumu settlement. Therefore, the Central Government has issued various programs and policies to conduct this research. One of the programs launched by the Central Government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is the "City Without Slums" Program or commonly abbreviated as the CWS Program. To conduct this research aims to use criteria. The determination of the area is carried out by considering various aspects or dimensions such as adjusting the location to the spatial plan, land status, location/position of the location, population density level, building density level, physical, social, economic and cultural conditions of the local community.Keywords: Mitigation, Slums, and Densely Populated Areas
