Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat komunikator, yaitu bagaimana komunikator dalam menyampaikan pesan pemasaran kepada calon pelanggan dalam hal inikomunikan tertarik dan berusaha dan pada gilirannya senang menjadi pelanggan dan melaksanakan sesuai kehendak komunikator. Dalam penelitian inipeneliti mengambil mata kuliah yang inti dari penelitian ini tentang bagaimana peran, dan program pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT RifanFinancindo Futures dalam melaksanakan komunikasi pemasaran kepada calon nasabah yang tentunya memerlukan tindakan khusus dengan tujuantertentu yang pada akhirnya mengarah pada peningkatan jumlah pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pengelolaan strategi komunikasi pemasaranmerupakan langkah awal suatu perusahaan dalam rangkaian kegiatan promosi Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin mengetahui kegiatankomunikasi pemasaran terpadu PT Rifan Financindo Futures dalam upayanya menarik calon pelanggan menjadi klien dan pelanggan apakah menjadipelanggan karena kegiatan komunikasi pemasaran berkembang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Yaris secaraparsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif .Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 185  responden  dengan teknik purposivesampling. Pengukuran yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google Form. .Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, ujireliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: walaupun tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, secaraparsial gaya hidup tetap berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan Thitung (7,384) > Ttabel (0,255) , dan secara parsial gaya hidupberpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan Thitung (0,799) > Ttabel (0,018), dan secara simultan dan bersama-sama iklan dan citra merekberpengaruh terhadap minat beli dengan Fhitung (13,314). Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Gaya Hidup, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di satu perguruan tinggi diJakarta. Metode penelitian lapangan dengan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi karyawan 150 orang dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang.Teknik sampling non probability sampling dengan jenis random sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear bergandamenggunakan software SPSS Versi 25. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung rekrutmen terhadap kinerja,terdapat pengaruh signifikan pelatihan terhadap kinerja dan secara simulan rekrutmen dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci : Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, Kinerja, Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the leadership of one-roof school principals is at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and One-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Lama OKU Selatan, as well as what are the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for the effectiveness of the leadership of one-roof school principals at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and One-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Lama OKU Selatan. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. In this study, the informants were the principal, vice principal, and teacher. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. At the same time, the method used in data analysis is data reduction—the presentation of data and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the leadership of the one-roof school principal at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and the one-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Selatan has been running effectively. The point of the principal's leadership is measured by the number of results issued, the level of satisfaction obtained, the creative product, and the intensity to be achieved. As for the inhibiting factors, namely schools that are far from the sub-district, signal difficulties, and a lack of teacher human resources, however, this has begun to be resolved with the strategy carried out by the school principal. The supporting factors are the presence of civil and non-civil servant teachers, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure for the education process.

Abstract

The potential of human resources owned, companies in Indonesia have challenges in managing human resources, especially the millennial generation. The increasing growth and development of companies in Indonesia has a positive impact on society by expanding employment opportunities so that it will reduce the unemployment rate. One of the efforts to retain employees is that companies must pay attention to career development for each of their employees, especially for millennial generation employees who have good performance. There are several problems in the career development process in the company that is the object of research, millennial generation employees who cannot develop their careers in the company where they work, even though employees feel they have done a good job. The research methods in this study were e-learning and interview methods as well as giving questionnaires to research subjects. The research subjects in this study were millennial generation employees at Bank Central Asia (BCA). Learning is both a strategy and a solution for an organization/company as well as individuals to adapt and take effective action to create a competitive advantage. Companies need to improve the performance of their employees in order to excel and be successful in achieving the organization's strategic goals. PT Bank BCA realizes that development and training are efforts to create quality human resources. Thus, e-learning is one of the learning methods used in development and training for the millennial generation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education financing management on the quality of graduates in a private Islamic school in Banten. In this study, there are two variables involved, namely the Education Funding Management variable which is positioned as the independent variable or independent variable and is symbolized by the variable (X). This variable is a variable that is considered to influence or cause the dependent variable or dependent variable to arise. Meanwhile, what is positioned as the dependent variable or the dependent variable in this study is the Quality of Graduates. The dependent variable or dependent variable is considered the variable that is affected or becomes the result because of the existence of the independent variable and is symbolized by (Y). This research uses quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been described previously, it can be put forward a number of findings as follows: education financing management is in the moderate category. This means, the implementation of education financing management is not all good and in terms of education funding budget allocations are managed and implemented effectively. The quality of graduates is in the moderate category, this means that schools have not been able to produce good quality graduates. Only 18% of graduates each year are able to enter public schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of MSME performance on economic growth in Sukabumi Regency. The data used in this study were obtained from 100 respondents consisting of MSME owners or managers in the food sector. This study uses simple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between MSME performance  and economic growth. The results of the study show that the performance of MSMEs has a positive and significant influence on economic growth in Sukabumi Regency. The variation in economic growth in Sukabumi Regency can be explained by the performance of MSMEs. The local government and stakeholders must pay attention to and support the development of MSMEs, especially in the food sector, to encourage economic growth in Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan salah satu instrumen ekonomi suatu negara. Mayoritas pajak sebagai sumber pendapatan nasional melebihi lima puluh persen pendapatan Nasional. Ketika suatu negara memiliki pendapatan pajak yang lebih besar, misalnya, itu dapat menciptakan lebih banyak pekerjaan, mengurangi pengangguran, dan menyediakan pendidikan dan perawatan kesehatan yang lebih baik. Selain instrumen yang cocok untuk distribusi pendapatan. Saat ini dalam perekonomian, masalah yang paling signifikan adalah distribusi pendapatan. Dimana yang kaya semakin kaya dan yang miskin semakin miskin. Ketika pajak menjadi alat untuk mengurangi ketimpangan pendapatan, baik yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat maupun tidak, pemerintah menjalankan berbagai program dan paket stimulus, termasuk perpajakan. Beberapa kebijakan di sektor perpajakan antara lain berupa pemberian insentif bagi pekerja di sektor yang terdampak langsung oleh pandemi melalui fasilitas pajak DTP PPh 21, penurunan tarif PPh Badan, pembebasan PPh 22 Impor, pembebasan pajak impor alat kesehatan dan vaksin. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library research), yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, data informasi dengan menempatkan fasilitas yang ada di perpustakaan seperti buku, majalah, dokumen, internet, Penelitian kepustakaan murni yang terkait dengan obyek penelitian ataupun dalam kaitannya dengan hal ini. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, peran pajak belum menjawab atau memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Misalnya, masih banyak jalan yang rusak dan belum diperbaiki, serta fasilitas jembatan yang masih kurang. Akibatnya, distribusi barang terhambat sehingga menimbulkan ekonomi biaya tinggi.

Abstract

Study this aim to analyze connection experience, partnership programs, and MSME performance in a framework to define an improvement strategy PTPN III assisted MSME performance. Respondents in a study this is perpetrator MSME business assisted by PTPN III. Research results in this conclude that experience and partnership programs take an effect significantly on MSME performance. Partnership program influence significant on MSME Performance. As well as partnership programs mediate connection experience with the performance of SMEs. A strategy that can apply PTPN III allowed the perpetrator business with minimal experience and difficulties to pay credit notes Required to follow training entrepreneurship as well as partnership programs next selecting perpetrator MSME businesses that have enough experience in entrepreneurship. Partnership programs have a role significant in mediating the HR experience of MSMEs performance. Partnership programs take effect significantly on MSMEs per-formance at PTPN Nusantara III.
