Abstract

Mangroves are one of the typical coastal ecosystems that have important functions and roles for the continuation of coastal areas. In the coastal environment, mangrove forests are important natural resources that have three main functions, namely physical functions, biological functions and economic functions. The economic function generated by the mangrove forest is utilized by the Joint Business Group (KUB) of Pantai Rejo, especially the Women's Group. One of them is making dumpling crackers made from mangrove leaves and making syrup made from mangrove fruit seeds. The problems faced by KUB Pantai Rejo are product/business licensing, capital, marketing. The purpose of this study is to provide a strategy for the development of the banyuwangi pine beach household industry. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative using a literature study and field study approach. Providing driving factors as a business development effort, namely the involvement of the government and related parties, easy access to capital, assistance to conduct business legality (PIRT), training and development with marketing strategies and online promotions.Keywords: Business Development Strategy, Cemara Beach, and Mangroves.

Abstract

This study is purposed to analyze the employee performance of Public Service Units Distric Jember such as Department of Population and Civil Registration, Department of Manpower and Transmigration and National Unity and Politics Agency. Job satisfaction and organizational culture are used as the independent variables in order to analyze it. This study is also used organizational commitment as the intervening variabel to measure how high the effect employee performance levels. The population of this study are all the employees such as government employees and honorary employee. The population numbers are 116 employees. The research used Sensus Methode. The collected data used questioners method by giving questions list directly to the respondents. But after retrieval only 106 quetstionnaires were fully loaded. The analysis data technique in this study operated through the program SEM analysis with software IBM SPSS Analisis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Abstract

Batik is the result of a craft that has high artistic value and has become part of Indonesian culture, especially Javanese culture since long. Batik has spread to remote corners of the country in Indonesia not only in cities like Yogyakarta, Solo and Pekalongan famous for its batik industry centers. At the eastern end of the island of Java that is in the city of Jember existing batik industrial center. Shaping the image of batik Jember values is not enough to make and sell batik to the public, but there needs to education and socialization of batik itself. Characteristic of batik Jember developed in the society contains values then in actulization by batik artist that people easily remember and accept that characteristic is not out of cultures in Jember. Segmentation batik Jember also worth noting, remember people Jember identical with the Pandalungan which have diverse characteristics, lifestyle and behaviour, so that  producers need to think about and define marketing strategies, even an active role of local goverments is crucial to encourage batik Jember be one icon in Jember and is recognized and is known nationally and internationally.

Abstract

Various batik industries are emerging and display different competitive advantages, ranging from motifs, raw materials, production processes, marketing strategies and various elements that support them. Godho Batik is increasingly recognized by the wider community through its characteristics. Various achievements, product quality and new product innovations and implemented marketing resulted in an increase in sales at Godho Batik. Innovation can be one of the factors in order to survive in the market by providing value over other batik industries. Sales of an industry above the average of other competitors can be owned if through competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the strategy of differentiation and innovation in competitive advantage to increase sales of Godho Batik products. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results show that image and product are the focus of differentiation strategy in this study, while product innovation and marketing innovation are the focus of innovation in this study. Differentiation and innovation strategies in an effort to increase sales of Godho Batik can be proven from sales turnover data which continues to increase from year to year and can maintain itself in a competitive market position. Abstract

Jumlah mahasiswa aktif Untag Banyuwangi berdasarkan pada tahun genap akademik 2019/2020 sebanyak 4099 mahasiswa. Pada kegiatan PPK tahun 2019 dari 100 mahasiswa yang mendaftar hanya 20 yang didampingi secara intensif dan hanya 5 yang sampai sekarang bisa berhasil. Dari 20 mahasiswa tersebut belum ada yang memiliki business plan, mahasiswa dan alumni hanya sekedar berbisnis tanpa mempunyai perencanaan dalam business plan. Dengan melihat tingginya minat mahasiswa dan alumni yang ingin mengikuti PPK di Untag Banyuwangi, maka perlu dilakukan pendampingan kewirausahaan mahasiswa dan alumni tahun 2020 untuk membuat perencanaan bisnis. Pelaksanaan PPK di Untag Banyuwangi dilaksanakan dengan tahapan campaign program pengembangan kewirausahaan, live instagram cara gampang bikin iklan yang menghasilkan banyak pelanggan, live instagram cara meledakkan omset lewat marketplace, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam beberapa sesi webinar 1 dengan tema “Branding untuk usaha mahasiswa”, webinar 2 dengan tema “Bangun bisnis milyaran, modal recehan”, webinar 3 dengan tema “Jurus Ampuh menguasai bisnis kuliner”, pendampingan strategi bisnis dan pengembangan pembelajaran virtual menggunakan Massive Online Open Course Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan 2020. Dengan pendampingan kewirausahaan melalui PPK tahun 2020 mahasiswa dan alumni memiliki business plan dan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan melakukan bisnis secara tepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many businesses experiencing a slump. The decline occurred because businesses were not ready to adapt to changing consumer preferences. Shops and supermarkets, which are usually crowded with consumers, are now suddenly deserted because consumers prefer to stay at home. Business owners must innovate, especially in terms of marketing to maintain their existence during the pandemic. This activity aims to improve the entrepreneurial skills of students and alumni to survive during the pandemic. The method of implementing this entrepreneurship development program is carried out in the form of a webinar with the theme Branding and Marketing Innovation During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The total number of participants is approximately 80 students and alumni. The results of the activity showed that the webinar activity really helped the participant's business to be able to grow and survive the pandemic. It is hoped that this webinar can increase creativity and bring up participant innovation to become strong entrepreneurs in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya menusia tidak hanya menjadi tanggungjawab dari masing-masing individu. Perlu dukungan dari berbagai elemen seperti pemerintah, orang tua, lembaga pendidikan serta lingkungan sekitar. Banyuwangi Ayo Mengajar atau biasa disingkat BAM merupakan salah satu program dari pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuwangi untuk mendukung percepatan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk dukungan pemerintah kabupaten Banyuwangi untuk masyarakat yang ingin berkontribusi memajukan kualitas SDM di Banyuwangi. Keterlibatan dosen Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Banyuwangi dalam kegiatan yang diselenggarakan di SD Negeri 7 Ketapang ini merupakan salah satu wujud kepedulian terhadap kualitas SDM yang ada di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Melalui kegiatan pemberian motivasi ekstrinsik ini, diharapkan generasi penerus menyadari bahwa pentingnya memiliki cita-cita sebagai pijakan dalam belajar di sekolah. Pemahaman kuat akan pentingnya literasi keuangan juga akan membuat generasi penerus menjadi pribadi yang memiliki karakter berhati-hati dan bijak dalam menyikapi keuangan.

Abstract

Banyuwangi Regency is one of the affected districts, in terms of the economy experiencing a decline due to the Coronavirus Pandemic (Covid-19). The decline in economic growth in Banyuwangi Regency in 2020 is -0.03%. One of the sectors that can be used as a focus for improvement is UMKM. Teman Usaha Rakyat will provide assistance to the perpetrators UMKM overall. Such as improving product quality, marketing innovation, encouraging UMKM go-digital order, permit processing, certificates, good narrative writing, simple design and more. The purpose of the study is to find out whether the strategy of the Teman Usaha Rakyat program already able to raise the class UMKM in Banyuwangi and provide recommendations for program improvement by Amplification Plan Monitoring and Evaluation of mentoring activities for perpetrators UMKM upgrading in Banyuwangi. This research uses the method Research and Development (RnD). The results of the statistical test of the mean difference before and after treatment in the experimental group (perpetrators UMKM) with the help of the program SPSS 19 the mean value of the pre-assistance questionnaire was obtained = 65.66 and post-mentoring questionnaires = 82.00. This means that there is a positive and significant influence on the implementation of the Teman Usaha Rakyat program.

Abstract

Kabupaten Banyuwangi menjadi salah satu kabupaten yang terdampak, dari sisi ekonomi mengalami kemerosotan akibat Pandemi Coronavirus (Covid-19). Kemerosotan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Banyuwangi pada Tahun 2020 sebesar -0,03%. Salah satu sektor yang bisa dijadikan fokus perbaikan yaitu UMKM. Teman Usaha Rakyat akan memberikan pendampingan kepada para pelaku UMKM secara menyeluruh. seperti inovasi pemasaran, peningkatan mutu produk,, mendorong UMKM supaya go-digital, pengurusan izin, sertifika halalt, penulisan narasi yang baik, desain sederhana. Tujuan penelitian yaitu Untuk mengetahui apakah strategi dari program Teman Usaha Rakyat sudah terbilang mampu menaikan kelas UMKM di Banyuwangi dan memberikan rekomendasi penyempurnaan program dengan Amplification Plan Monitoring dan Evaluasi kegiatan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM naik kelas di Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD). Hasil uji statistik perbedaan rerata sebelum dan setelah perlakuanpada kelompok eksperimen (pelaku UMKM) dengan bantuan progam SPSS 19 diperoleh nilai rerata kuisionerpra pendampingan = 65.66 dan kuisioner pasca pendampingan = 82.00. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pelaksanan program Teman Usaha Rakyat
