Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model strategi penjualan produk Fruit Salad Lampung (FSL) menggunakan Soft System Methodology. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik produk Fruit Salad Lampung dan karyawan Fruit Salad Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi peningkatan penjualan produk Fruit Salad Lampung merupakan sejumlah strategi untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas dan kualitas para pemain di perusahaan yang sangat kompetitif khususnya dalam menghadapi persaingan global dan ASEAN. Satu dari pendekatan Soft System Methodology dapat menjelaskan permasalahan dengan baik dan menemukan model konseptual sebagai perumusan strategi peningkatan penjualan Fruit Salad lampung. Melalui pelibatan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, baik pemerintah, swasta maupun lembaga penelitian, direkomendasikan untuk lebih meningkatkan berbagai program pengembangan guna meningkatkan strategi pemasaran produk Fruit Salad Lampung. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan 3 pedoman, pertama adalah menggunakan program pemerintah daerah melalui instansi terkait untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan pasar. Kedua, sistem sertifikasi produk. Ketiga, dalam rangka mempromosikan dan menjamin produknya, inisiatif sendiri akan melibatkan komunitas peminat makanan sehat di tingkat lokal, serta lembaga penelitian, baik universitas maupun pemerintah

Abstract

The Puskesmas is a community health service center, so it requires the performance of employees who carry out health service activities to the community to the maximum. One of the Puskesmas that always prioritizes the performance of its employees, namely the Balik Bukit Lampung West Health Center. The Balik Bukit Health Center is a community health service center that serves public health, especially in the West Lampung Regency area. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to model employee performance development and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the employee performance development model at the Balik Bukit Health Center, West Lampung Regency. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Collecting data using literature, observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research subjects in this study were 52 employees and used 4 informants, namely employees of the Balik Bukit Lampung West Health Center. Based on the results of the study it is known that the employee performance development model at the Balik Bukit Lampung West Health Center is carried out by knowing the quality, efficiency, discipline, initiative, thoroughness, leadership and honesty of employees when carrying out work activities. This employee performance development model will be able to influence the increase in employee performance at the Balik Bukit Lampung West Health Center. Supporting factors in the development of employee performance at the Balik Bukit Lampung West Health Center are conducive working conditions, both physical and non-physical work environments. There is compensation provided by management, work motivation in employees and there is career development in the Balik Bukit Lampung West Health Center. As for the inhibiting factors in the development of employee performance at the Balik Bukit Lampung West Health Center, namely the limited human resources at the Health Center, limited facilities and infrastructure. In addition, employee health is one of the obstacles to creating productive employees. For this reason, employees must maintain their health so that they can work productively so that they can support their performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer preferences on product quality, service quality, product image on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the Merry's Lampung pastry business. The research method used in this research is a purposive random sampling method with 200 customers as respondents and uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. the results of this study note that product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and on customer loyalty, product image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty and then customer satisfaction as an intervening variable has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. The recommendation obtained in this study are Merry's Lampung pastry business managers need to innovate such as making more attractive cake shapes, more unique packaging, ease of payment, adding premium products and improving facilities to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh e-commerce, product review dan influencer marketing baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian masyarakat Kampung Way Agung melalui Marketplace Shopee. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kausal dengan metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan statistik. Analisis data statistik menggunakan regresi linier dengan Program SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan variabel e- commerce, product review dan influencer secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui Marketplace Shopee. Saran yang dapat dikemukakan hendaknya konsumen berhati-hati untuk memilih penjual/seller, hendaknya masyarakat membaca dengan teliti mengenai rekomendasi yang diulas oleh konsumen yang telah membeli produk, hendaknya konsumen harus bijak menyikapi apakah produk yang dipromosikan influencer sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

This article discusses “Business Feasibility Study on Kue Bangkit Kenanga Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Terms of Marketing and Management Aspects”. The primary issue raised by this article is whether or not a qualitative research approach would be appropriate for the Kue Bangkit Kenanga . This research is intensive, in-depth, and comprehensive because it is carried out directly on the object. This study aims to determine whether MSMEs in Kue Bangkit Kenanga are a viable business opportunity. The purpose of this study was to determine the business feasibility of Kue Bangkit Kenanga. The results of this study are seen from the marketing aspect in sales targets and marketing mix, an organized aspect of management with managers planning and executing.

Abstract

The strategy of a business organization or company involves directing the organization's efforts in utilizing the environment and managing the company's internal capabilities to achieve the desired goals and objectives. This research aims to evaluate and develop management strategies implemented by the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Lampung Province in conducting Voluntary Local Review (VLR) to report the achievement of SDGs in Lampung province. The type of research used is qualitative with informants in this study, namely the head of government planning and human development (1 person), young expert planning staff (2 people), and Lampung Province SDGs secretariat staff (2 people). This research seeks to provide an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence the success of the VLR, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced in achieving SDGs targets at the regional level. The originality of the research lies in the application of Soft System Methodology (SSM) as a systemic approach in the context of SDGs reporting at the provincial level and contributes to the understanding of strategic management in supporting sustainable development. Research using Soft System Methodology (SSM) on Lampung Province Bappeda's strategy in implementing Voluntary Local Review (VLR) of SDGs achievements resulted in recommendations, including increased coordination, management capacity, data quality, actor empowerment, and transparency and accountability.
