Abstract

The objective of research and development is to develop a model for crawl swimming for beginners. Additionally, extensive data on the following topics are gathered through research and development: the creation and application of beginner Basic models, in addition to assessing the child's efficiency, attractiveness, and effectiveness. This technique was created through innovative work (R and D) led by Borg and nerve. The research and development subjects are 88 elementary school students. The stages of research and development are as follows: The questionnaire and a crawl swimming test, both instruments used in research and development, are used to collect data rates from primary school-aged children: 1) specifications for the analysis; 2) evaluation by experts (the initial product evaluation); 3) restricted to a small group (testing); and the primary test, which is the fourth one. Determine the crawl level of primary school-aged children prior to administering treatments in the form of models developed to crawl swimming, as well as the crawl level of elementary school-age children following treatment or treatments that crawl swimming model to development, in order to determine the model's effectiveness. After receiving specific treatment in the form of crawl swimming models, primary school students achieved a crawl swimming proficiency of 1387, while those who took the initial tests achieved a crawl swimming proficiency of 901. As a result, crawl swimming is a good way for elementary school students to improve their crawl swimming abilities. The outcomes of the development can be used to draw the following conclusions: 1) Grade young models can be created and used in real-world training to further develop skills. 2) Information about the primary young models that have been created demonstrated their viability and improvement results creep swimming for beginners.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a table tennis refereeing pocket book that specifically discusses table tennis game rules, the functions and duties of the umpire and violations committed by players and coaches in table tennis games based on flipbooks as a guide and guide for the umpire in leading a match. The method used in this study is the ADDIE development model. The sample at the implementation stage consisted of 10 referees who did not have a license and 30 people consisting of referees, players and coaches, including 3 national referees and several national players and coaches. The data collection techniques are interviews, validation and questionnaires. Quantitative descriptive analysis techniques are used to process data in the form of numbers (scores) obtained through questionnaires. The results of the research at the implementation stage were carried out on a small-scale trial of 3.39 and a large-scale trial of 3.51 with a very feasible category. Flipbook-based table tennis refereeing pocket books are included in the very appropriate category, this is based on the assessment of 3 material experts with an average value of 3.73 and 1 media expert with a value of 3.41. Therefore the table tennis refereeing pocket book is very appropriate to use, practical and interesting as a guide for referees in increasing knowledge of table tennis game rules.

Abstract

The results of this study were based on or motivated by the technique of underhand passing in the learning of students at SMP Negeri 3 Bolangitang which were still not optimal or the application of good and correct movements, this was based on the results of observations that it turned out that there were still many students who got results below the KKM score. The output of this study is to identify and identify the effect of the Whole Part learning method on the ability to learn to pass under volleyball in students of SMP Negeri 3 Bolangitang. The research method used is classroom action research. Based on the results of the description of the percentage recapitulation of the initial data before being given action, it can be explained that the majority of students have not shown good learning outcomes, with a learning completeness percentage of 0% of students. As for the percentage in the Low category of 73.33% and 26.67% for the Enough category. For classical value acquisition in the initial observation. Based on the data in table 4, the following results were obtained: on the results of the initial observation assessment on the underhand serve in volleyball games, in the range of values 30-49 in the low category obtained an average score of 44.48 with a total of 11 students with a percentage of 73.33 % and in the range of values 50-69 in the Enough category, the average score is 53.57 with 4 students with a percentage of 26.67%. As for the overall value of the initial observation on the under serve in the volleyball game, a score of 46.90 is in the Low category. in the entire cycle I on the under serve in the volleyball game, in the range of 50-69 in the Fair category, the average score was 65.18 with 8 students with a percentage of 53.33% and in the range of 70-84 in the High category, the average value of 73.98 with a total of 7 students with a percentage of 46.67%. As for the overall value of the first cycle in the underhand serve in the volleyball game, a score of 69.29 was in the Enough category. in the entire cycle II on the under serve in the volleyball game, in the range of 70-84 the high category obtained an average score of 77.50 with a total of 10 students with a percentage of 66.67% and in the range of values 85-100 with the Very High category obtained an average score of 85.71 with a total of 5 students with a percentage of 33.33%. Whereas for the overall value of cycle II on the bottom serve in volleyball games, a score of 80.24 is in the High category. Abstract

Longalo Village has many famous tourist attractions and is visited by many tourists, both nearby tourists, and tourists from outside Longalo Village. Many tourists who visit want to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery of Longalo Village. seeing the development of the current irregular lifestyle, especially in urban areas which are always faced with traffic jams, pollution, and piling up of work, this makes it boring so that it requires activities such as outbound tours that can refresh tourists. The stage of implementing the outbound game socialization service for Botumotolioluwo tourism visitors, Longalo Village, North Bulango District, namely; (1) Surveying to identify environmental conditions in detail, especially for the suitability of implementing program planning socialization; (2) Planning the place for socialization activities; (3) Form a team for the implementation of socialization; (4) Evaluate the results of the socialization of knowledge and safety awareness program planning to tourist visitors. The results of the socialization of outbound games for Botumotolioluwo tourism visitors, Longalo Village, North Bulango District; (1) Planning the socialization program for the implementation of the program; (2) Implementation of the socialization program in the form of outbound games; (3) Evaluation of the outbound game outreach program to visitors.

Abstract

PPK ORMAWA adalah salah satu kegiatan MBKM yang diadakan oleh pemerintahan guna menunjang pendidikan mahasiswa agar bisa langsung tersampaikan kepada masyarakat indonesia melalui mahasiswa. Kegiatan PPK ORMAWA merupakan sebuah kegiatan mempunyai 3 Aspek Program, salah satunya adalah Media Promosi, Pelayanan, Persyaratan Produk Desa Wisata. Desa Lomuli merupakan termasuk desa wisata yang dimana desa ini juga merupakan salah satu desa yang rata-rata masyarakatnya memiliki tingkat kesadaran akan potensi desa wisata yang masih kurang. Sehingga dengan adanya Daya Tarik Wisata Olahraga Pegunungan Sebagai Produk Desa Wisata di Desa Lomuli kini masyarakat dan pokdarwis (kelompok sadar wisata) dapat mengelola atau manajemen wisata dengan baik. Wisata Paralayang menggunakan Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 4 Tahun 2021 tentang Standar Kegiatan Usaha Pada Penyelenggaraan Perizinan berusaha Berbasis Risiko Sektor Pariwisata, yakni standar usaha kawasan pariwisata berisiko tinggi (KEMENPAREKRAF, 2021). Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik pada wisatawan dari lokal maupun mancanegara bahwasanya terdapat Destinasi Wisata di Desa Lomuli. Hasil yang didapat yaitu Tim PPK ORMAWA telah membuat program ini. Dengan adanya program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya tarik pada masyarakat di Desa Lomuli dalam dunia pariwisata. Sehingga dengan adanya program ini dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan daya tarik wisata olahraga pegunungan Desa wisata Lomuli Lemito Pohuwato, khususnya paralayang dan pendakian sebagai produk unggulan desa Wisata.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan metode resiprokal terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar servis bawah dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Kota Gorontalo. Hipotesis tindakan dalam penelitian sebagai berikut: “Jika metode resiprokal diterapkan, maka hasil belajar servis bawah dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo akan meningkat”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui metode resiprokal dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar servis bawah permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan dalam pembelajaran kemampuan servis bawah permainan bola voli. Perolehan nilai rata-rata setelah dilakukan tindakan melalui metode resiprokal pada siklus I sebesar 68,47 dan pada siklus II sebesar 80,05. Setelah menggunakan metode resiprokal sebanyak 10 siswa (33,33%) dalam kategori tuntas dan 20 siswa (66,67%) dalam kategori belum tuntas pada siklus I sedangkan pada siklus II sebanyak 27 siswa (90%) dalam kategori tuntas dan 3 siswa (10%) dalam kategori belum tuntas. Nilai rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan dalam penelitian ini telah sesuai dengan kriteria keberhasilan tindakan yakni untuk pelajaran penjasorkes sebesar ≥75 atau 80% dari jumlah siswa yang hadir sudah melebihi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal.Kata Kunci: Servis Bawah; Permainan Bola voli; Metode ResiprokalABSTRACTThe aim of this research was to determine the application of reciprocal methods to improve the learning outcomes of underhand serves in volleyball games among grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo City. The action hypothesis in the study is as follows: "If the reciprocal method is applied, the learning outcomes of underhand serves in volleyball games for grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo will improve.” Based on the results of the conducted classroom action research, it can be concluded that the reciprocal method can improve the learning outcomes of underhand serves in volleyball games for grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo. This is evidenced by an increase in the average scores and the percentage of completeness in learning the skill of underhand serves in volleyball. The average score after implementing the reciprocal method in cycle I was 68.47, and in cycle II, it increased to 80.05. After using the reciprocal method, 10 students (33.33%) were categorized as complete, and 20 students (66.67%) were categorized as not complete in cycle I. Whereas, in cycle II, 27 students (90%) were categorized as complete, and 3 students (10%) were categorized as not complete. The average score and completion percentage in this study meet the success criteria, which is ≥75 or 80% of the total number of attending students, exceeding the Minimum Completion Criteria.Keywords:    Underhand Serve; Volleyball Game; Reciprocal Method.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar pukulan forehand drive dalam permainan tenis meja melalui media dinding pada siswa kelas VIII SMP 4 Gadung Kabupaten Buol. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah apabila media dinding diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran, maka teknik dasar pukulan forehand drive dalam permainan tenis meja pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Gadung akan meningkat. Pembelajaran hasil teknik dasar pukulan forehand drive dalam permainan tenis meja melalui media dinding pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Gadung. Pada prosesnya meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan kinerja guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil pembelajaran siswa sebagai berikut. Dengan hasil analisis data pada observasi awal memperoleh hasil pada kategori Rendah dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 47,13. Siklus I memperoleh hasil pada kategori Sedang dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 69,54. Dan pada siklus II memperoleh hasil pada kategori Sangat Tinggi dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 80,56. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh pada penelitian tindakan kelas dengan penerapan media dinding sebagai pembelajaran dalam tahap olahraga dimata pelajaran Penjasorkes yang dilaksanakan dengan satu siklus, ternyata keberanian siswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian ini membuktikan bahwa dengan teknik dasar pukulan forehand drive dalam permainan tenis meja melalui media dinding dalam pembelajaran mempunyai pengaruh yang positif.Kata Kunci: Forehand Drive , Permainan Tenis Meja, Media DindingABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan teknik dasar pukulan forehand dalam permainan tenis meja dengan menggunakan media dinding pada siswa kelas VIII SMP (Sekolah Menengah Pertama) 4 Gadung Kabupaten Buol. Abstract

Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas dan variable terikat. Variabel bebas adalah Latihan kekuatan otot lengan ( Push up)  dan variabel terikat yaitu Ketepatan Smash. Instrumen penelitan mengunakan instrumen tes Ketepatan smash . Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Pre-test, Treatment, Post test. Pre-test yaitu tes awal smash sebelum diberi perlakuan Latihan push up selama kurun waktu 2 bulan dengan frekuensi 3 kali seminggu. Post-test yaitu tes ketepatan smash setelah diberikan perlakuan ( treadment). Teknik analisa data adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Uji t pada taraf signifikan a=0,05 dalam analisa data pengujian hipotesa, diperoleh t tabel senilai 1.76 sesuai kriteria pengujian bahwa terima Ho jika t hitung sama atau lebih kecil dari ttabel. Sedangkan tolak Ho jika thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Oleh karena itu thitung 17,64 lebih besar dari t tabel (1,76), maka analisis menunjukan tolak Ho yang berarti terima Ha atau terima hipotesis penelitian. Dengan demikian disimpulkan analisa adalah terdapat pengaruh latihan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap ketepatan smash dalam permainan bola voli di Sma N 1 Wonosari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa tentang Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Mengajar pada Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Data dikumpulkan melalui Survey dan wawancara kepada mahasiswa yang telah atau sedang mengikuti Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Mengajar sebanyak 37 mahasiswa. Survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kuantitatif tentang persepsi mahasiswa terhadap fleksibilitas, manfaat, kualitas dukungan akademik, peningkatan keterampilan dan kompetensi, serta partsipasi dalam kegiatan diluar kampus pada program MBKM, sementara wawancara memberikan data kualitatif untuk mendalami pemahaman dan pandangan mereka secara lebih mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program MBKM mendapatkan respons positif dari mahasiswa dalam hal fleksibilitas, manfaat akademik, kualitas dukungan akademik, peningkatan keterampilan dan kompetensi, serta partisipasi dalam kegiatan di luar kampus.
