Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan perbedaan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa yang memanfaatkan multimedia interaktif berbasis Canva dengan siswa yang menggunakan media cetak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen post-test only control group design. Siswa kelas I SD Negeri 31 Payakumbuh dijadikan sebagai populasi penelitian, dengan sampelnya siswa kelas IA sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan siswa kelas IB sebagai kelompok kontrol. Tes, observasi, dan wawancara dijadikan sebagai metode pengumpulan data primer. Statistik deskriptif dan inferensial digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh thitung 9,187 lebih tinggi dari ttabel 2,000. Nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan lebih besar daripada kelompok kontrol, yaitu 87,27 berbanding 65,77. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa siswa yang menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis Canva dan siswa yang menggunakan media cetak memiliki kemampuan membaca permulaan yang cukup berbeda secara signifikan.

Abstract

Implementing the Pancasila Student Profiles Strengthening Project as a focus in the Merdeka Curriculum has yet to be fully implemented. The study aims to analyze the policy of the Merdeka Curriculum by implementing the Pancasila Student Profiles Strengthening Project in elementary schools. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach to describe various phenomena and events. The research subjects were taken from 34 students in class IV and three informants, consisting of the head of the school and 2 class teachers who have already implemented the Merdeka Curriculum in primary schools. Research data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation is described. The findings showed that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project through the theme of entrepreneurship could help students to develop the competence and character of the Pancasila Student Profile, namely faith, piety to God Almighty, and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning, and creative. Thus, the Pancasila Student Profiles Strengthening Project is a project-based co-curricular activity designed to strengthen student competence and character under the Pancasila Student Profile in the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Integrated learning is a learning approach that adapts to the level of student development and gives students the opportunity to learn both individually and in groups. The study aims to provide an overview of the application of webbed-type integrated learning in primary schools. The subjects in the study are teachers in Gugus II Kecamatan Payakumbuh Timur. The research is carried out using descriptive qualitative methods, where data collected from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation is analyzed descriptively to describe the application of webbed-type integrated learning in elementary schools. Research results show that in integrated learning of the webbed type, learning starts from themes in everyday life that are close to the student environment, so learning becomes more meaningful. In the learning process, students are actively involved in various fun learning activities. Thus, it can be concluded that integrated learning using the webbed type is very suitable for application in elementary schools because it can improve student learning activities.
