Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to develop interpersonal communication materials class X SLTA/MA equals, and a description of its feasibility in terms of aspects of clarity, systematics, image support, freshness, completeness of the material, and support for video or games. Type of research is the development of data analysis techniques using data validity. The source of the data obtained from the supervisor 1, supervisor 2, two teachers BK, and 26 students of class X Telkom SMK Telkom Pekanbaru. The results showed that the material has been developed interpersonal communication with all aspects of yhe quality of the material is very good. So that the material is fit for use by teachers guidance and counseling in schools.Key Words: Materials Counseling, Interpersonal Communication

Abstract

Abstract : This research aim to find out student’s level of comprehension before conducting of the threatment by using guidance group service, to find out of the guidance group service process, to find out the comphrehension after conducting of the threatment by using guidance group service, the different of student’s compherehension between experiment group and contrl groupand the effect of guidance group service. The sample this research is class X AK SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru the total was 18 student’s. the result of this research is before conducting of guidance group service, the student category in the middle (100%) the process of guidance group service giving five time. After conducting guidance group service compherehension the category in the middle (67,5%) it mean that there was significant effect between student’s compherehension before and after conductingby using guidance group service. To find out the difference in experiment group and control group using Mann Whitney in SPSS with the result z = -2,266 with sig (2-tailed) was 0,023. The result sig (2-tailed) 0,023<0,005 it mean that “significant compherehension between experiment group and control group”. Where as to contribution for service of guidance group service in student compherehension was 52%.Key Words :Guidance group service , self acceptance

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims at drafting material about resilience needed for highschool students in terms of the clarity of the material , the material systematics , imagesupport , renewal of the material , and completeness of the materials and support vidio /game . Before the researchers gave the material to the students , the researchers firstdemonstrated the results of his material to the supervisor I and II lecturers , teachers oncounseling where researchers do research as much as 5 people . After much pass arevision with the suggestions by experts subsequent researchers provide resiliencematerial is 3x meeting . Then, after the researchers gave the students teaching materialssuch materials provide an assessment of the resilience of a given material. Of the valuegiven by experts and students of the obtained results of calculations for clarity aspectsof material gain values including very clear category with a score of 4.45 , for thesystematic aspects of material gain values including very systematic category with ascore of 4.50 , to aspects of image support received grades 4.67 which included a verygood category , for the aspects of renewal of the material received grades 4.54 whichincluded a very new category , and for aspects of the completeness of the materialsobtained a value of 3.94 which included a complete category , and to support the games/ vidio scored 3.92 which includes support category , whereas for all aspects of thematerial assessment showed that the materials developed already meet the criteria areexpected to obtain a value of 4.38 which included a very good category.Keywords:Material development , resilience

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of technic sociodrama towards students resilience at X class senior high school 4 pekanbaru year 2015/2016. This research take place at senior high school 4 pekanbaru from march 2016 to may 2016. The research method of this research is rea-experimental method with pretest-psttest control group design pattern. The subject of this research is the students at X class senior high school 4 pekanbaru with low resilience. The data accumulation instrument is questionnaire with likert scale. The data technic analysis is statistic correlation technic. Based on the test result of wilcoxon we can get the fact that there is a difference of students resilience before and after the sociodrama is 56,7%. Later, after the comparison between the experiment group and control group based on mann-whitney test resultthere is a significant difference of students resilience towards experiment group and students resilience towards control group.Key Words :Sociodrama technic, Resilience.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims at developing materials peer interaction tenth grade high school students / MA or equivalent, and a description of its feasibility in terms of aspects of clarity, systematics, image support, freshness, completeness of the materials, and support for video or games. This type of research is the development of research with data analysis techniques using data validity. Sources of data obtained from the lecturers I, supervisor 2, four people BK teachers and 30 students of class X Mia SMA 1 Pekanbaru. The results showed that the material has been developed peer interaction with the overall quality of the material aspects Very Good. So that the material is fit for use by teachers in school guidance and counseling.Keywords: interaction, peers.

Abstract

Abstract : Everyone needs a job to work. In society there are many differenttypes of work, each individual has the freedom to choose a career or a job as well as aview of life in the future, followed by responsibility, which is responsible for theconsequences arising from the choice. The responsibility of a person not only focus andcentered on himself, but also with other people seimbang.Materi was prepared usingthe methods of research and development (R & D). The purpose of this research is 1)Establishment of Career Planning material that is suitable for students of Senior HighSchool. 2) To determine the quality of material produced Career Planning. Thismaterial is validated by the supervisor I, II lecturers, teachers guidance and counseling,as well as 29 students of Senior High School. This material is tested to the student withthe allocation of time of 4 hours of lessons (4 x 45 '). This material consists of a sense ofCareer Planning, Interest and Talent, Career planning purposes, the forms of highereducation in Indonesia and fields of work, steps Career Planning. The results of thedevelopment of this material indicates the quality of the material produced in thecategory "Very Good", with the acquisition of a score of 4.2 for all aspects ofassessment.Keywords: Development of guidance counseling materials, career planning student

Abstract

Abstract: Career information services is very important provided to students, to help students understand and evaluate the job market information and make choices related to the world of work. This study aims to determine the effect of engineering career information services to the improvement of career planning of students of class XI IIS SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The method used is a true-experimental method with the pattern of pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of this study are students of class XI IIS Negeri 2 Pekanbaru with a low level of career planning. Based on the correlation coefficient between x1 and x2 is the determinant coefficient of 0.75 and r2 = 0.56. This means that the contribution of information services career to career planning by 56%. Paired t test of calculation Sample t-test, t obtained > t table (8.811> 2.042) so the hypothesis is accepted, so there are differences in the level of students' career planning in class XI IIS SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru before and after a career information service.Keywords : information services, career planning

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the difference of students who are given sociodrama treatment with students who are not given sosiodrama treatment in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru viewed from aspects of openness, empathy, positive attitude, supportive attitude, and equality. Aspects assessed in the process of sociodrama implementation of student interpersonal communication include participation, group dynamics, group atmosphere, and responding activities. In this research sociodrama activity is described in the form of scenario. Sosiodrama activities were conducted 5 times per experiment per group, all group members consisted of 45 students, 23 students for experiment group (ie 11 people in experimental group 1 and 12 people in experiment group 2) and 22 students for control group, 11 people in the control group 1 and 11 people in the control group 2. The level of interpersonal communication of students before the implementation of sociodrama entirely in the bad category that is with percentage of 100%, this happens because the entire subject of the selected study is in the bad category of as many as 23 people, While in the good category does not exist. After the implementation of sociodrama more than half of students are in good category that is equal to 91,3% while in very good category that is equal to 8,7% and bad category does not exist. So from the research results can be concluded that the influence of sociodrama to interpersonal communication that is 42.8% in the experimental group 1 and 50.6% in the experimental group 2 is in the strong category, so the sociodrama gives a positive influence on students' interpersonal communication.Keywords : Sociodrama, Interpersonal Communication

Abstract

Abstract : One of the technological facilities that serve as “flesh” of society is a social networking site. In the daily practice, such social networking services routinely accessed by hundreds of thousands or even millions of internet users from all over the world. It is Often found that many students use social media until they forget the time. This will have an effect on the way of student learning. Therefore, the researchers feel that it needs to determine the use of social media and the way of student’s learning. The aim of this research is to know the general description of social media usege among students and to know how they learn in terms of the use of social media. The population and sample in this research are 111 students who use social media. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques is using questionnaires. To analyze data using percentage technique. The results of this research is that the students in the social media access is in the low category in a range of < 2 hours. Social media that is often used by students is Facebook continued by WhatsApp, Istagram and the most frequently accessed is Facebook. Students using social media at free time, before sleep and while learning. Students who use social media are a good enough in learning. It willl be good for student,in order to maintain the use social media,to manage the time for social media and studying and be wiser in using social media and improve the way how to learn effective and efficient learning. For parents and teachers, it needs to pay more attention to the usege of social media and students learning.Keywords : Social Media, Student Learning

Abstract

Abstrak : Gadget Addiction and Student Social Interaction at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru School. Based on the title can be taken understanding that researchers want to know the social interaction of students who are addicted to gadgets. The purpose as follows: 1) To know the picture of student behavior addicted gadgets. 2) To find out the social interaction of students in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru school. The operational definitions of Griffiths (2000) and (Soekanto, 2009) include: the following indicators of addiction: 1) Salience, 2) Mood Modification, 3) Conflict, 4) Withdrawal, 5) Relapse, 6) Tolerance. While the social interaction indicators as follows: 1) Direct and indirect conversation, 2) Understanding, 3) Open, 4) Empathy, 5) Two-way message, 6) Imitation, 7) Suggestion, 8) Sympathy. Populsi this research is 31 student addicted gadget. Samples of 31 students are addicted to gadgets. The data retrieval technique is a saturated sample. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis using percentage technique. The results of this study show: 1) students have a high addiction gadget also has a high social interaction. 2) Addiction of gadgets to students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru dominant to Salience. 3) The social interaction of students in schools that are addicted to gadgets is in the high category. Students have a sense of empathy and sympathy among their friends in school. Recommendations: 1) To the SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru school to be able to guide and pay attention to students in school. 2) To the students are expected to be more wise in the use of gadgets.Keywords : Gadget Addiction and Social Interaction
