Abstract

Rembang is an area located on the north coast of Central Java. The potential of coastal and marine areas in Rembang considerable, but so far there is damage to the environment and utilization is not optimal. Based on this background problem that arises is How pengeolaan policy impact coastal and marine areas in Rembang? How to constraints in the policy management of coastal areas and the sea in Rembang. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of the policy management of coastal and marine areas in Rembang. In addition to knowing the constraints in the policy management of coastal and marine areas in Rembang. Based on the research that the policy management of coastal and marine areas in Rembang having an impact on people's lives, but not optimal and equitable perceived by the public. Not optimal goal and the impact felt by the target group due to some constraints in the implementation of policies such as kuragnya coordination and collaboration among relevant agencies, lack of understanding of personnel, lack of dissemination of relevant SKPD or of society such as the low level of education of coastal communities, the lack of awareness and the community's participation. Under these conditions, the authors provide suggestions for the government to undertake intensive socialization, improved understanding of the content of the policy apparatus, increasing the level of education of coastal communities. Then for the community to increase participation and to change the mindset that tends to badly in the costal management and marine.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the active role of the Batu city government in increasing sustainable tourism and to find out the impact experienced by the community in the ongoing process of apple picking agro-tourism in the village of Tulungrejo, Batu City. By using this type of qualitative research. Sources of data in the form of interviews, observation and documentation, then the data is analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and data verification / drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the Government is aggressively promoting the potential for entertainment tourism and natural tourism owned by Batu City, the impact is that tourist visits are increasing, and the opportunities for increasing the number of visitors to pick are getting bigger. At this time the lowest opportunity factor is the factor of "Cooperation with the Department of Agriculture", which is less important because the Service Government does not actively participate in disseminating information and promoting apple picking tours to the Makmur Abadi Farmer Group. The community is trying their best in developing agro-tourism in Tulungrejo Village with how to respect each other and compete fairly in managing agro-tourism in Tulungrejo Village. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 sudah hampir satu tahun melanda dunia, dan hingga saat ini angka positif di Indonesia masih sangat tinggi. Sebagai negara yang mempunyai kekayaan budaya, budaya dan masyarakat tentunya tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Maka sebaiknya dalam upaya penanggulangan Covid-19 dapat dimaksimalkan denganĀ  kearifan lokal pada masing-masing daerah. Pemerintah juga telah mengeluarkan kebijakan terkait program kampung tangguh, dimana Desa ditutntut agar mampu menciptakan inovasi maupun memnfaatkan kearifan lokal secara maksimal untuk dapat mengurangi angka pasien positif Covid-19. Karena penanggulangan Covid-19 melalui kampung tangguh yang berbasis kearifan lokal ini menjadi variasi baru dan dinilai efektif karena lebih diterima oleh masyarakat desa. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analisis naratif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan tinjuan sistematis. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif penanggulangan Covid-19 melalui program kampung tangguh yang berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian yang menarik untuk selanjutnya dikaji yaitu terkait penanggulangan bencana berbasis kearifan lokal.

Abstract

As an urban area, Malang City has waste management problems, with causes ranging from governance to the lack of supporting facilities. Therefore, this article aims to discuss waste management using a dynamic governance approach. A qualitative approach was employed and aimed at providing a more nuanced narrative of how and why urban waste management is performed, alongside the involved social phenomena. The result was a dynamic governance framework in waste management practices in Malang City, including waste facilities, the development of sanitary landfill methods, and partnerships with international organizations. Although facilities, such as waste banks and Final Disposal Place (FDS), are still needed, efforts to apply agile principles with a citizen-centric approach in the development have not received great attention from the municipality. Abstract

Recently, Batik Tulis Lasem had several problems with a product, starting from input until the market process. Also, there is the problem of capital and technological capabilities from Batik Tulis Lasem industry, poverty, and social inequality of the craftsman. This article aims to examine the role of local government in improving creative industries, especially Batik Tulis Lasem. Further, this article was conducted by qualitative descriptive approach, particularly using the case study. In addition, the researchers collected data from semi-structured interviews with official local government and Batik Tulis Lasem entrepreneurs in the period covered 2018-2019. The results showed that local government has an important role in improving creative industries, firstly as a regulator, secondly as a facilitator, and thirdly to ensure the existence of Batik Tulis Lasem through empowerment. The problems in Batik Tulis Lasem are the regeneration of entrepreneurs, including batik craftsman, the lack of empowerment by local government, and the lack of information technology knowledge among the majority of Batik entrepreneurs. As an implication, the government should increase empowerment for the Batik Tulis Lasem industry through the regeneration program of batik craftsman and increase capacity for digital marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to understand public sector innovation from a local perspective with a study of the Contra War (Contraceptive for Women at Risk) innovation study in Malang Regency. This innovation aims to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. This research used a qualitative study with document analysis. Researchers analysed documents from various sources such as official government reports, government regulations, online media news, scientific literature, and books. The result shows that the Contra War innovation has not significantly reduced maternal and infant mortality, but gradually the Contra-War has reduced maternal mortality index (Angka Kematian Ibu/AKI) cases from 27 in 2019 to 14 cases. Meanwhile, infant mortality rate (Angka Kematian Bayi/AKB as many as 62 people in 2020. Another side, the sustainability of innovation has not gone well because of low participation, innovative organisational capacity, and transformational leadership. Therefore, researchers provide suggestions for increasing public participation, collaborating with third parties, and creating innovative work ecosystems and bureaucratic structures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata kelola kolaboratif ruang terbuka hijau sudah berjalan dengan baik namun belum optimal dalam pengimplementasiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistematis literatur review sebagai landasan dasar untuk mempermudah peneliti/mahasiswa agar dapat mengulas dan mengidentifikasi artikel ilmiah secara sistematis dengan langkah-langkah yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan terdapat 124 artikel yang telah diseleksi dari 378 artikel yang relevan dengan topik yang dibahas. Hasil analisis tersebut menghasilkan 3 cluster yang berbeda dalam 38 konsep yang relevan dengan studi tata kelola kolaboratif ruang terbuka hijau. Dalam penggunaan mode density visualization tidak adanya author yang mendominasi dalam mengkaji pemetaan data author sesuai tema tata kelola kolaboratif ruang terbuka hijau. Semuanya memiliki kedudukan yang sama pentingnya dalam melakukan temuan-temuan yang akan digunakan pada penelitian berikutnya. Penelitian ini mempunyai keterbatasan artikel untuk menunjang literatur review. Dari total keseluruhan artikel yang diperoleh melalui database scopus tidak semuanya memiliki keterkaitan topik yang akan di gunakan untuk melakukan penelitian, sehingga peneliti kesulitan dalam melakukan analisis. Rekomendasi peneliti terhadap penelitian selanjutnya perlunya penggunaan analisis dengan menambah beberapa artikel yang memiliki relevansi yang sama di beberapa sumber artikel ilmiah agar mempermudah dalam melakukan analisis data secara konkrit.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2030 Indonesia diprediksi akan memperoleh bonus demografi. Disisi lain diskriminasi dan keadilan belum terselesaikan di Negara ini, terutama pendidikan perempuan. Pendidikan merupakan media yang sangat ampuh untuk memperjuangkan hak-hak perempuan yang selama ini masih termarginalisasi. Usaha untuk meningkatkan pendidikan perempuan selama ini masih terbentur oleh beberapa hal seperti kebijakan publik yang belum pro terhadap kesetaraan dan keadilan gender. Terbatasnya akses pendidikan menyebabkan perempuan terperangkap pada keterbelakangan. Selain itu juga persepsi masyarakat dan tingginya budaya patriarki yang masih memandang sebelah mata terhadap perempuan. Meningkatnya akses pendidikan terhadap perempuan akan memberikan konstribusi positif dalam kesetaraan gender guna mempersiapkan generasi mendatang yang unggul khususnya di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

Flory Village is one of the tourism villages based on ecotourism in Sleman Regency. The formation of Flory Village is inseparable from the role of tourism aware group (Pokdarwis). The existence of village tourism destinations has a positive impact on rural economic development and regional tourism. This study explores how Flory Village and the community manage tourism. This research used descriptive qualitative which were analyzed using the Miossec model through the components of transportation, facilities, attitudes towards tourists, and the role of stakeholders. The result is that there are two tourism village groups, namely Dewi Flory and Taruna Tani who have succeeded in developing their tourism potential based on their respective characteristics. Dewi Flory focuses on educational tourism, making salted eggs, nata de coco, vegetable gardening, and outbound tourism in three rides: water rides, dry rides, and mini forests. Furthermore, Taruna Tani focuses on agriculture, such as ornamental plants and fruits, and village culinary tours. The four lessons from the management of a tourism village by two Pokdarwis in Flory Village are consistent innovation, management commitment, utilization of local human resources, and collaboration with other parties.
