The Ksatria Tidar Nusantara pillar is good, as evidenced by the statements of both users and non-users who say this program is good and very useful for the community and 2) External constraints, namely the implementers involved in implementing the subsidized KPR program also experience various obstacles that External constraints do not only occur in policy implementers but also in society as the target group. These constraints include administrative problems such as KTPs that are not recorded at Disdukcapil, NPWP which has problems with entrepreneurs whose businesses have not been taxed while the conditions are that they must have an NPWP, as well as domiciles that do not match their original place of residence. Furthermore, the constraints on complaints from the public are related to communication which they feel has not reached them and other community acknowledgments such as some who feel that the entry fee is still too high even though it has been subsidized by the government.

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the magnitude of the influence of the work environment and work culture jointly on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Human Resources Development Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs. The research method uses a survey with a quantitative approach that is correlational with the sampling technique used based on the sampling table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 58 respondents. The variables studied were work environment (X1) and work culture (X2) as independent variables, while employee performance was the dependent variable (Y). Based on the results of the research that has been done, namely: 1) Based on the results of hypothesis testing the effect of work environment variables on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs, it has a strong and significant positive influence, this is indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.695 and the coefficient of determination of r2 = 0.483 or 48.3%, this means that 48.3% employee performance is determined by the work environment, the remaining 51.7% is determined by other factors. Furthermore, for the significance test, the t-count value is 7.233 and the t-table value is 2.000. This means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted because t-count (7.233) > t-table (2.000). 2) Based on the results of hypothesis testing the effect of work culture variables on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs, it has a strong and significant positive influence, this is indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.697 and the coefficient of determination of r2 = 0.486 or 48.6%, this means that 48.6% employee performance is determined by work culture, the remaining 51.4% is determined by other factors. Furthermore, for the significance test, the t-count value is 7.276 and the t-table value is 2.000. This means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted because t-count (7.276) > t-table (2.000). 3) To test the double correlation hypothesis of work environment and work culture variables together on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs, it turns out to have a strong and significant positive influence with a correlation coefficient of 0.739 and a coefficient of determination of r2 = 0.546, this means that together employee performance of 54.6% is determined by the work environment and work culture, the remaining 45.4% is determined by other factors. Furthermore, for the significance test, the F-count value was 33.133 and the F-table value was 3.17. This means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted because of F-count (33.133) > F-table (3.17).

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of Good Governance principles in the Public Service Mall (MPP) application in the Government of Bogor City. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The results of the data analysis using multiple linear regression reveal interesting findings related to the factors influencing the usage of the MPP in the context of local government. The research findings indicate that transparency and accountability have a significant impact on the intensity of MPP usage. Transparency plays a crucial role in fostering trust and efficiency in public administration. Citizens feel confident because the application provides comprehensive and accurate information, offering a transparent view of public service processes. Accountability has also been proven to influence MPP usage. Financial information, compliance, and government reporting within the application motivate users. When the government adheres to strong accountability principles, people are more likely to feel confident and motivated to interact with the application. However, another interesting finding is that legal certainty does not have a significant impact on the intensity of MPP usage. The application focuses on innovation and the efficiency of public services, making legal factors less crucial in determining its usage. As a recommendation, this research suggests the need for enhancing the information presented in the application and providing regular training to users. This is aimed at maintaining the sustainability and success of the MPP application's implementation within the context of Good Governance in Bogor City. Consequently, the MPP application can continue to provide maximum benefits to both the public and local government.    Keywords: good governance; transparency; accountability; rule of law; public service mall.

Abstract

This research explores the factors influencing performance accountability among village fund supervisory officials in the Tulung Sub-District, Klaten Regency. These factors include locus of control (internal and external), financial motivation, and psychological factors such as motivation, commitment, and attitudes towards their job and responsibilities. The research employed multiple linear regression analysis based on the results of 48 distributed questionnaires. The data in this study underwent data quality and classical assumption tests, confirming the suitability of the data for primary analysis in this research. The findings of this research reveal that a strong locus of control, whether internal or external, encourages supervisory officials to take responsibility and perform their duties effectively, contributing to improved accountability. High financial motivation also motivates them to deliver high-quality work, enhancing accountability. Additionally, psychological factors such as high motivation and commitment play a significant role in increasing performance accountability. These findings offer valuable insights into understanding and enhancing accountability in the context of village fund supervision. The research suggests the importance of encouraging individuals in the village fund supervisory apparatus to develop a positive locus of control. Furthermore, providing relevant and sustainable financial incentives can motivate village fund supervisory officials to perform their duties more effectively.
