Abstract

Pertuni Bali is one of the organizations that brings together the blind in Bali with various activities that require activity proposals and budget preparation. The findings of the community service team show that there are errors and a lack of literacy of the Blind in making activity proposals, especially in budget preparation. This prompted a team of lecturers from the National Education University to provide counseling and training on budget preparation using 2 methods, namely the first day 8 October 2023 with public education, namely through counseling regarding making activity proposals, especially procedures for making activity proposal budgets. On the second day, October 22 2023, training methods were carried out with demonstrations and group budget preparation exercises. In this method, we carry out intensive discussions to produce additional skills for the Pertuni Bali blind group. The results of the service showed an increase in pretest results from 45% to 91% and the results of discussions and case presentations showed improvement. This indicates the success of improving Netra Pertuni Bali's skills in budget preparation.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Salah satunya yaitu bauran pemasaran yang memiliki beberapa komponen yang biasa disebut 4P, yaitu Product (Produk), Price (Harga), Promotion (Promosi), dan Place (Tempat). Pegadaianmerupakanbadan usaha milik negara (BUMN) yang berusaha membantu masyarakat memberi fasilitas pinjaman kredit salah satunya Kredit Cepat dan Aman (KCA). Terdapat 3 (tiga) metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini,yaitu observasi, sosialisasi dan, serta evaluasi. Place (tempat) merupakan komponen yang kurang maksimal dalam strategi pemasaran pada UPC Gelogor Carik, lokasi outlet yang menjorok kedalam, jumlah kursi pada ruang tunggu yang terbatas serta lahan parkir yang sempit. Solusi yang paling efektif untuk meminimalisir masalah tersebut adalah pemanfaatan Aplikasi Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS). Pendampingan pendaftaran serta penggunaan aplikasi ini hingga dapat digunakan nasabah dalam bertransaksi agar lebih efisien karena dapat bertransaksi dimana saja. Saran yang dapat penulis sampaikan kepada Pegadaian UPC Gelogor Carik adalah terkhusus petugas satpam adalah terus mensosialisasikan penggunaan serta manfaat bertransaksi melalui Aplikasi Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS), sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya penumpukan nasabah.

Abstract

Pegadaian Gold Savings is a gold balance depository service that facilitates public gold investment, as well as a gold savings product that makes gold investment simple, safe, affordable and reliable. The purpose of this service activity is to increase customer interest in investing in the UPC Pemogan Pawnshop. The method used is observation and evaluation. The results of this activity indicate that the marketing strategy for Gold Savings at UPC Pemogan Pawnshop uses a marketing mix strategy, namely product, price, location, and promotion. Promotions are used with brochures, personal selling, sales promotions by giving free administration fees, and advertisements on Pawnshop TV. The most effective promotion strategy is personal selling. The advice that the author can convey to Pegadaian UPC Pemogan is to provide special sales for Gold Savings products so that it is easier to market Gold Savings products.

Abstract

Purpose: This research addresses PT Kopie Humble Indonesia's suboptimal use of online marketing for product marketing, stemming from a need for workforce knowledge and skills. It highlights the importance of optimizing online delivery platforms to enhance product marketing strategies. Method: Utilizing socialization, training, and mentoring, the study seeks to improve staff insights and skills in product marketing. Through surveys, interviews, and qualitative analysis, the research evaluates current practices and identifies areas for improvement. Practical Applications: The research offers valuable insights for PT Kopie Humble Indonesia and similar firms leveraging online delivery for enhanced marketing. Companies can improve marketing effectiveness and overall business performance by investing in staff training, and recruitment focused on online delivery services. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the significance of addressing suboptimal online delivery utilization. It provides actionable steps for companies to enhance their marketing strategies and underscores the importance of adapting to digital trends for sustained competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan fleksibilitas kerja sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi pekerja generasi Milenial dan generasi Z memilih jenis pekerjaan Sampingan di Era Tahun 2020-2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah narrative literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan fleksibilitas kerja merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi motivasi pekerja generasi milenial dan generasi Z dalam memilih jenis pekerjaan sampingan di era tahun 2020-2024. Bagi generasi milenial, pengaturan fleksibilitas kerja memungkinkan mereka untuk menyeimbangkan pekerjaan dengan gaya hidup mereka. Sedangkan bagi generasi Z, pengaturan fleksibilitas kerja memberikan mereka kebebasan dan peluang untuk terus berkembang.
