Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of capability and authority on the intellectual capital of employees at PKS PT. Nusantara Plantation VSei Fence. Intellectual Capital is a feature needed to find opportunities and manage threats in life. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear analysis with a total of 121 respondents. Hypothesis testing was tried with the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially capability and authority affect the intellectual capital of employees. The closeness of the bond between the independent variable and the dependent variable is strong with the donation of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 68.0%, while the remaining 32.0% is determined by other variables not listed in this research.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of workload and work stress on police performance with simulthan and partial at Laka Lantas Kampar Police. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this research were all police at the Laka Lantas Kampar Police in 2020, amounting to 39 police and all police at Laka Lantas Kampar Police were sampled so that the sampling technique in this research used a saturated census technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of workload and work stress have a significant effect with together on the police performance at Laka Lantas Kampar Police, while based on the partial test results, the variable of workload and work stress have a significant effect with individual on the police performance at Laka Lantas Kampar Police. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of workload and work stress on the police performance at Laka Lantas Kampar Police is very strong with a correlation coefficient is R of 85,5%. While contribution of workload and work stress variables to the police performance variables is equual to 73,1% while the remaining 26,9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research was to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency. This analysis uses the independent variable, namely leadership. The dependent variable is performance. The sample of this study is all employees who work at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency. Samples were conducted by purposive sampling method. The data was collected by using questionnaires distributed directly to employees as many as 31 questionnaires. The statistical method uses simple Linear Regression Analysis, by testing the hypothesis t statistical test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a significant value less than 0.05. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is strong.
