Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality control process, and to find out the results of the application of the SPC method in the sweet bread. Quality control the method used in this study was the method of statistical process control (SPC), which is one statistical quality control tool that is used to determine the control of the process carried out.Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the stages of the quality control process of the sweet bread products in Kampar Bakery are carried out in three stages, namely the quality control of raw materials, production process, and the final products (finishing). Based on calculation using the control chart diagram in the SPC method, Kampar Bakery is still under control and relatively stable, even though there is still product damage. Resulting from the results of the histogram diagram, it is known that the most dominant type of the product damage is due to incompatible size. Based on the casual diagram the main factors that the cause damage are labor, machine, raw materials, and environmental factors.Keywords : Quallity Control, SPC Method

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic, work environment and work load on employee job satisfaction at UPTD Puskesmas Bangkinang Kota. Work ethic is a work spirit that is owned by someone to be able to work more in order to obtain value for their lives. The work environment is all the facilities and infrastructure that are around a person who can influence the implementation of their work. Workload is a group or a number of activities that must be completed by an organizational unit or position holder within a certain period of time and job satisfaction is a pleasant or unpleasant situation in which someone views their work. The analysis in this study uses multiple analysis with 64 respondents. Sampling uses the census method, while the hypothesis testing in this study uses the f test and t test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially, work ethic, environment and workload significantly influence job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Investment, Earning per Share and Dividend Per Share on the Stock Price of a manufacturing company that has several factors. Factors that influence stock price fluctuations are internal and external factors. This study uses secondary data and the population of this study are real estate and property companies that are still listed and go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2017 period. The research method and sample technique used was purposive sampling and based on several criteria selected 11 companies to be analyzed. The results of this study are the variable Return On Investment, Erning Per Share and Dividend Per Share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Determination Coefficient (R2) in this study has a value of 75.22% with the ability of the independent variable being able to explain the results of the stock price, while the remaining 24.78% is explained by other variables not examined. In addition, partial Return On Investment is 0.325154 <1.684 with a probability of 0.7468> 0.05. So Return on Investment has no effect on stock prices. From the results of the F test, the results show that ROI, EPS and DPS simultaneously have a significant effect on rising stock prices. Abstract

Purpose: Employees are always required to give good performance to the company where they work, as well as employees at Hotel Prince Pekanbaru. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effect of the leadership variable on performance and the direct and indirect influence of the compensation variable on employee performance and the influence of motivation on performance. Design/methodology/approach: Data analysis was carried out using the SEM model using the Smart PLS version 3.00 program. Findings: The results of this study conclude that leadership has a significant effect on performance, leadership is mediated by motivation on performance, compensation has a significant effect on performance and compensation has an indirect effect on performance, and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. Research limitations/implications: The sample used was 87 employees, and the data used were primary and secondary data obtained through questionnaires and research files. Abstract

Purpose: Performance is a result that can be achieved by an individual at a certain time. Many factors can affect employee performance, but this study only aims to see the effect of supervision, work motivation and personal communication on performance and moderated by organizational commitment. Design/methodology/approach: This research was conducted at PR Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa by using as many as 137 employees as respondents in this study. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, obtained by interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Findings: The results of this study conclude that supervision and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, but interpersonal communication has no effect on organizational commitment. Then supervision and personal communication have no significant effect on performance, while motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Practical implications: The data analysis tool is Path Analysis using the Smart PLS Versi 3.00 program. Originality/value: This paper is original Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

RSUD Bangkinang is one of the institutions providing public health services. Medical personnel are the spearhead in providing health services to the community. Therefore, they are required to be professional in carrying out their duties so that the performance of medical personnel continues to increase. This research is necessary, because the division of tasks carried out is still not optimal and there there is often some untimely financial compensation, which may cause the low performance of the medical staff. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and workload variables on the performance of medical employees with civil servant status at Bangkinang Hospital. Employees with the status of civil servants in the medical department at Bangkinang Hospital totaling 100 people, and all of them participated in this study. Hypothesis testing is done by using the F test and t test obtained from the multiple linear regression equation model. The conclusion of this study is that compensation and workload variables have a significant effect on the performance of medical employees with civil servant status at Bangkinang Hospital, both together and individually. From the results of the study it is also known that compensation has a dominant influence on the performance of medical personnel. Compensation and workload variables have a strong relationship with employee performance, which is 83.9%. Variations up or down employee performance by 69.8% is determined by the variable compensation and workload. Keywords: compensation, medical personnal, performance, regression, workload

Abstract

Kepemipinan merupakan bagian terpinting dalam suatu organisasi, bagitu juga organisasi di rumah sakit. Kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi, sehinggga hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini membuktikan dan mengalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan pada kepuasan dan komitmen organisasi serta dampaknya pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada katryawan di RSUD Bangkinang. Analisis data guna menguji hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis SEM, dengan pengolahan data mlalui program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memang benar dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja. Kemudian komitmen organisasi juga ditentukan oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pada bagian akhir dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara langsung gaya kepemimpinan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and training on the passing rate of teacher certification and its impact on teacher performance at SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota. The population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota and teachers of SMAN 2 Bangkinang Kota which were known to be 112 teachers. In this study, the entire population was sampled, so the number of samples in this study amounted to 112 respondents, the sampling technique was called the saturated census technique. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire, research files and interviews and data analysis techniques used in this study used descriptive analysis, questionnaire feasibility test and structural equation analysis with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that competence had an effect on the passing rate of teacher certification at SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota, training had an effect on the passing rate for teacher certification at SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota, competence had an effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota, training had an effect on teacher performance in SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota and the passing rate of teacher certification have an effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota.

Abstract

UMKM sudah membuktikan peranannya sebagai penopang perekonomian baik dalam krisis ekonomi maupun pandemi Covid-19, yang menyebabkan terjadinya kelesuan perekomian masyarakat. Kabupaten Kampar memiliki jumlah UMKM terbesar kedua di Propinsi Riau. Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini, mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi dalam berbagai kegiatan masyarakat. Melihat kondisi ini, maka para pelaku UMKM juga dapat memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut dalam kegiatan pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari pelaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mengoptimalkan kegiatan pemasaran melalui website dan whatsapp dalam upaya peningkatan pendapatan bagi pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Kampar. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah 100 pelaku UMKM yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Kampar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dibagi dengan beberapa tahap yaitu sosialisasi program pada pelaku UMKM yang menjadi mitra, membuat website program atau sistem pemasaran yang dilinkkan dengan whatsapp oleh tim pengabdian, tahap pendampingan pendataan produk unggulan masing-masing UMKM, kemudian pendampingan dalam pengggunaan program selama satu bulan berikutnya dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dapat memberikan manfaat pada pelaku UMKM, yaitu berupa peningkatan pendapatan dari sebelumnya dengan rata-rata peningkatan 15-25% per hari. Hal ini disebabkan karena pemanfaatan website dan whatsapp dalam kegiatan pemasaran, dapat memberikan informasi kepada calon konsumen dari produk-produk yang mereka hasilkan, disamping itu konsumen dapat melakukan komunikasi dan negosiasi langsung dengan penjual tanpa melalui pihak ketiga, sebagaimana sistem e-commerce yang ada selama ini serta tidak ada biaya administrasi yang dibebankan kepada penjual karena adanya pihak ketiga.
