Abstract

In this era of globalization, many efforts have done in order to earn money for the family. Efforts in agriculture be one choice of families and communities. In general, the development has opened up opportunities for women to engage in various businesses in the agricultural sector which has been dominated by men. The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of women owners or workers in the cut flower business in Kakaskasen II Village, North Tomohon sub district, Tomohon. The study lasted for 3 months, namely in November 2015 until January 2016, ranging from research preparation to the formulation of a research report. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interview to the respondents. Method of sample selection has used purposive sampling technique on nine women from 11 women as population who are owners or workers in the cut flower business. Data collection is a direct interview and observation (observation). Secondary data was collected from previous studies conducted by other researchers, but at the same location. Data analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and also using a Likert scale, with level 1 (underactive), 2 (active), 3 (highly active). This study found, based on an analysis using a Likert scale, that the number of female labor force participation index in the cut flower business (including planting, maintenance, cutting/ harvesting/buying, stringing, or sales) are at a point that 85.6% were categorized as high. Further analysis showed that the labor force participation rate of women in cut flower business with a score of up to 185 of the range of the number of ideal scoring the highest score was 216 and the lowest score was 72. Suggestions in this study, based on the conclusions derived, is the government should open up more opportunities to increase the number of business opportunities and work for women in cut flower business in order to alleviate the problem of female unemployment and poverty that exist in Tomohon City.*eprm*

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the effect of social change especially attitude and social value to the decrease of Tasikria tourism object at Mokupa Village Tombariri Dictrict.The collecting has been conducted for one year, from December, 2014 to December, 2015. The obtained data are primary and decundary data. The primary data are obtained directly from the government at Mokupa Village, Tombariri Sub-Disctrit. The sampling uses purposive sampling chosen at Mokupa Village involving village society such as teacher, government employee, To know the effect of social change especially attitude, it uses Likert Scale Analysis. The research result showed that the effect of social change to tourism object at Mokupa Village Tombariri Sub-Dictrict was high based on attitude and social value of local society.*jnkd*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance allowances on the performance of staff in Minahasa District Agricultural Office. This study was conducted from May to August 2017 from preparation to the writing of research reports. Data used in this research are primary data andsecondary data. Primary data is collected by distributing questionnaires directly to employees for selfcompletion. The population in this study was all employees in Minahasa District Agriculture Office which amounted to 184 employees. Slovin formula is used to determine the number of samples so as to obtain the number of samples of 64 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression analysis, for hypothesis testing using t-test with SPSS version 20 program. The research results showed that the test result t probabilility value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Therefure, the performance allowances significantly influence the performance of employees in the Minahasa District Agricultural Office.*jnkd*

Abstract

The study aims to determine the income and consumption of coastal communities in Rarumis hamlet eastern sub-district of Lembean. The data used are primary data and secondarydata. Primary data were obtained by using direct interview of technique on respondents by using questionnaire (questionnaire). While secondary data is obtained from Karor village office ofeastern sub-district of Lembean. Sample method in this study used population method where sampling or data taken as a whole. The concept of meansurement of variables used in householdconsumption and income levels. The result of this research shows that Hamlet Rarumis Districts of eastern daienan there are two income from society that is basic income as farmer obtained byresult of plant of chili, corn, coconut and side income as farm laborer working in owned land of others, as fisherman doing fish at sea for sale in other villages, as well as small businesses by opening stalls. Income that the perolwh community is used to meet the consumption of each family through the expenditure of primary, secondary and tertiary needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategy on purchasing decisions on Share Tea products in Mantos 3 City Manado. This research is carried out for 3 months from February 2018 until April 2018. Data is done by using primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by interview based on list of questionneire. Sampling method is Accidental Sampling. The total number of samples taken in this research is 60 people. The sampling process is conducted for 3 days conducted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturday by taking 20 sample per day. The results showed that product measured by number of varieties, quality and brand influence the buying decision. Place measured based on the location of the strategic place and the arrangement of interior decoration also affect the purchasy decision. The promotion measured based on the promotion given to the consumer influences the buying decision. While, the variable price measured by price, price of purchasing power, and price of quality product do not influence the repurchase decision.*lrr*.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the allocation of remittance of migrant family income in North Langowan Subdistrict. This study uses descriptive analysis, by conducting surveys or field observations todetermine the utilization of remittances by the families of migrant workers. The research was conducted in February to May 2018 in North Langowan Subdistrict, in Walantakan Village, Toraget Village,Karumenga Village, Taraitak Village and Taraitak Village 1. The method used in this research is survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection is intended to know the clear picture of the utilization of Indonesian labor remittances for consumption, investment and savings or for agriculture or not. The primary data collection technique was carried out by direct interviews and the questionnaire distributed to the families of migrant workers regarding the pattern of money managementof remittances. Secondary data was obtained from North Langowan Subdistrict office. The results of this study indicate that most migrants allocate remittances to renovate houses or buy land / houses, from which 40% to 50% of the remuneration is used for the allocation. Some of the migrants make use of remittances to buy houses for investment and partly to finance children's education. Some of the migrants use remittances to buy rice fields as another form of investment, and only a small percentage of migrantsmake use of remittances to buy cars as a tertiary family need. Remittance remained for savings. Migration in addition to affecting the increase in income and welfare of migrant families also affects the development of land prices in North Langowan Subdistrict.*er*

Abstract

This study aims to determine what sectors are the base and non-base sectors in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study was conducted for three months starting from August to November 2017 in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Kotamobagu City. The data is in though using descriptive analysis research method. The research result showed that the sectors that are the base sector in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency are Electricity and Gas Procurement, Construction, Information and Communication, and Other Services sectors.*jnkd*.

Abstract

Sumampow Meify, Analysis of Carrot Marketing Margin Of Maramis Farmer’s Group At Rurukan village, East Tomohon Subdistrict, Chariman Under Guidance Of C. Talumingan As, And Benu. O.L.S., Ellen Tangkere As membersThe objective Of The research in to find out how much margin marketing and farmer share in marketing channels in urban MarawisRurukan. Data obtained by interview using the questionnaire as a tool in data collection. 20 respondents of farmer sampling, done in purposive sampling (intentional) while 3 respondents traders and retailers 3 respondents, done in Snowball sampling. Analysis of the data used is descriptive to portray the existing marketing channels and continue with the analysis of marketing margins and farmer share.Based on the results of research in urban Rurukan earned marketing channel model as follows:Farmers Collectic trader Retailer Trader ConsumerThe research result Indicated that margin at the level that is equal Rp.7.000 traders or 56.75%, margin is formed from the difference between the sales price of carrots at the collectors and the sale price of carrots at the farmer level. This is because traders bear the cost of labor, transportation and others. Profit earned by middlemen Rp. 2250 or 18.24%. Then the carrots for sale at retailers establish margin was Rp. 6583 or 53.37% margin was formed from the difference between the sales price and the selling price retailers carrots collector. Price carrots were sold to the final consumer is Rp. 12.333/kg.Based on farmers' marketing channel occurs. it can be concluded that the farmer share received by farmers was equal to 20.27%. This is due to non-2institution Due formed marketing in the marketing process carrots, wherein eachmarketing agencies to gain advantage in the marketing process plant carrots.This study shows that the marketing margin traders to retailers amountedto Rp 7.000, the marketing margin of retailers to consumers amounting to Rp6.583, so that the marketing margin from producers to consumers is equal to13.583. in marketing channels is part farmer farmers share the received was2027%. Therefore, it is need an effort to strengthen the bargaining position offarmers,to incraese the farmer’s share.

This study uses primary data andsecondary data. Primary data obtained through direct interviews to farmersfarmers and entrepreneurs with observation techniques to observe directly the areaof aminduk sweet corn, while the secondary data obtained from the kembuanvillage profile report format, and Web sites related to the kembuan village northtondano sub district of aminduk sweetcorn. Data analysis method used in thisresearch is descriptive, by calculating the total revenue, cost of production, totalrevenue to total revenue and comparison ratsio R / C.The results of this research of aminduk sweetcorn showed that farmingincome analysis Civil Registration sweet corn produce comparison ratio R / C 3,1it can be interpreted that their farming is visible to be developed. This is becausethe calculation of farming revenue was relatively big that revenue in biggerincome.Based on these results it can be concluded that the Farming IncomeAnalysis of Aminduk Sweet Corn Kembuan Village, North Tondano Sub Districtcan be cultivated, by continuing to improve yields due to high consumer demandin the community. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to analyze the efficiency of production factor use of Broccoli farming. Aims to analyze the efficiency the use of production factors of in broccoli farming. This study was conducted in Kakaskasen for five months, starting from October until February, 2013. This study has been conducted on all existing broccoli farmers in Kakaskasen village. Datais analyzed by using descriptive analysis, to describe the characteristics of broccoli farmers and characteristics broccoli farm, and regression analysis with cobb-douglas production function to describe the relationship between the production of broccoli with the factors of production. Analyses were performed by using Minitab 16 program. Economic efficiency of each factors of production can be seen from the ratio of the value of the marginal product of an input X1with the input prices.The results showed that an average area of land cultivated by 0.41 Ha, the average utilization of 0.118 kg/ha, the average utilization of manure by 493.83 kg/ha, the average usage of 198.33 kg/ha NPK, average The average use of urea fertilizer was 207.08 kg/ha and the average utilization of 70.93 person-days of labor per ha. Technically efficient use of seed production factor, labor, manure and NPK fertilizer was efficient and the use of production factors land area is still not efficient, while the use of factors of production was not efficient. Economically, the use of factors of production land, labor seeds, manure and NPK fertilizer still yet efficient, while the use of factors of production and urea fertilizer not efficient.To increase the production of land can still be used. In addition, the use of urea fertilizer should be reduced because their use was excessive.
