Abstract

Selama ini dalam pembangunan kapal ikan 30 GT berbahan fiberglass oleh Kementrian Kelautan Perikanan ukuran pokok kapal selalu berbeda satu dengan lainnya, hal ini berdampak terhadap perbedaan penentuan besaran kecepatan dan besaran tenaga motor induk. Hal ini sebagai akibat dari perencanaan kapal yang tidak akurasi, jika besaran-besaran tersebut lebih besar dari yang direncanakan maka produksi kapal menjadi tidak ekonomis. Sebaliknya jika besaran tersebut secara lebih kecil dari yang direncanakan maka pihak pembangunan kapal akan dikenakan sanksi/ganti kerugian negara. Oleh sebab itu untuk perencanaan ukuran pokok kapal ikan 30 GT berbahan fiberglass pada tahapan preliminary design akan memperhatikan keakurasian dengan menggunakan program maxsurff. Pada makalah ini dilakukan perencanakan ukuran pokok kapal ikan 30 GT berbahan fiberglass yang akurasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan ini adalah metode optimasi preliminary design dan optimation design approach serta metode statistik regresi linear. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel add-in solver diperoleh ukuran pokok kapal yang optimum yakni panjang (Loa) = 21 m; Lebar (B) = 4 m; Tinggi (H) = 1.8 m; Sarat (T) = 1 m dan koefisien blok (Cb) = 0.5. Minimizing the main engine effective power sebesar 110.67 kW (150.47 Hp).

Abstract

Event Service to the community for the partner group of fishermen village of Caringin District of Labuan Pandeglang in Banten Province aims to provide training and manufacturing miniature hull fishing boat outrigger fiber glass so that partners fishermen groups can manufacture fishing boats outrigger made of fiber glass are actually independently as an attempt to divert outrigger fishing boats from wood to glass fiber materials for the development of the fishing fleet in order to maintain/increase the fish catch in order to improve the standard of living to a better direction. The method used in the manufacture of miniature outrigger fishing boat fiber glass in the form of a lecture following the discussion/question and answer and applicative training with the involvement of partner group of fishermen. Plan activities that will be done in the implementation of manufacturing miniature hull fishing boat outrigger fiber glass that provides counseling by introducing wood and fiber glass as well as equipment to be used for the manufacture of hull miniature fishing boats outrigger fiber glass, the composition of the fiber glass to see the standardization of the mixture and training manufacture of molded semi parmanen which continued with casting hull miniature outrigger fishing boats.

Abstract

Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia in the development of national fishing fleet in an effort to improve the welfare of fishermen and supporting the domestic shipbuilding industry, will build 3000 fiber glass fishing vessels with gross tonnage various fiscal years 2016 to 2019, 2016, 1719 units have been built with a capacity of 3 GT , 5 GT. 10 GT, 20 GT and 30 GT. In planning the production costs (RAB) needs to be examined carefully because during the RAB production of fishing boats fiber glass made reference to the RAB that already exist, if the RAB is too big ship production becomes uneconomic and likely to occur abuse RAB production conversely if too little can affect the quality production ship. The research objective is to make the RAB production of fishing vessels 30 GT-type purse seine with the cooling system of fish hold where materials and equipment/supplies ship components are marine use with a price refers to the exchange rate of the rupiah, which is expected to guarantee the economic value and the quality of the production vessel, The method used in making the RAB is the survey unit price of materials and equipment/supplies components ship with a screw on the design drawings and technical specifications. Based on the results of the study, the cost of manufacture of molded fiber glass fishing boat 30 GT-type purse seine is Rp.278.225.000, - and the cost of ship production (services and material) of Rp.1.944.470.000, -

Abstract

Development of fleet of patrol boats by the Ministry of Sea Transportation as an effort to supervise Indonesian territorial waters, especially in remote areas to prevent illegal fishing by neighboring fishing vessels where from October 2014 to 1 April 2017 there are 317 fishing vessels of neighboring countries that have been drowned, with details of Vietnam 142 vessels, Philippines 76 ships, Thailand 21 ships, Malaysia 49 ships, Indonesia 21 ships, Papua New Guinea 2 ships, China 1 ship, Belize 1 vessel and no country 4 ships Production cost planning needs to be carefully scrutinized, if the production cost budget is too big ship production Not economical otherwise if too small can affect the quality of ship production. The objective of the research is to make a budget production plan of V21 patrol boat type of fiber glass material, where the material and equipment of ship component is marine use with the price referring to current rupiah exchange rate, so it is expected to be guaranteed economic value and ship production quality. The method used in production cost planning is the unit price survey of materials and equipment / equipment of ship components with reference to general arrangement design drawings, mindset section and technical specifications. Based on the result of research, production cost of ship patrol vessel type V21 fiber glass Rp.554.720.000, - while the cost of making molded and hull and deck unit Rp.174.220.000, -

Abstract

The fishermen in Kasemen subdistrict are the traditional fishermen who depend on the stars in the sky for navigation in caching fishes at the ocean . So, they do not go to the ocean everyday. There are many days that they must stay at home. They have another skill besides the fishermen. That is a problem. A solution of this problem is producing a special boat for the ocean tourisme. The boat is katir boat that made from plastics and combine with the glass at the bottom to see the beautiful under water views. The fishermen could be the guide of the sea tourisme because this area is rich with life and under water views. For the first , study to calculate of the cost is to be done , make a design of katir boat with the glass on the bottom and steps of production with economy of engineering method. The results are if the fishermen have to make the boat (Katir) with a special type by themselves need a lot of cost Rp.11.500.000 by a boat (without the engine) . If  the owner of the boats want to make of Katir production from fiberglass with a glass on the bottom as a special type for the ocean tourisme make a lot of cost Rp.12.710.000 by a boat (without the engine)  and get a Rp.1.110.000 profit  after reduced by production cost Rp.11.600.000 by a boat. If the investors want to enter the bussiness of  Katir industry seriously , the capital will be back (Break Event Point/BEP) on time of 4.5 years or after 10th Katir production.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze resin in boat body base on composite fiber reinforced plastic with fire resistant/flame retardant. The resin used polyester resin Yucalac 157 BQTN-EX and Yucalac BQTN-FR. Experimental method is used in this research and speciment composite made with hand lay up method and then observed with flammability test UL 94 standard. The result show that composite with Yucalac 157 BQTN- FR resin higher flammability and linier burning rate less than Yucalac 157 BQTN–EX resin.

Abstract

Hydrolic system is tecknology wich uses fluid, work fluid that is used is oil with viscosity number of 10 SAE. This system work based on the principle of Pascal Low, that is if fluid given pressure, so that pressure will go to all direction by not added or less its pressure.By calculating of type H design hoistear system where as can be result teol that the permession strength of force material is bigger than the happenned strngth of force material.ߪ௕=9,25݇݃/݉݉ଶ. So that the construction of type H design hoist car system by using of material BJ 37 is said saved and strong to be used. On this type H design hoist car system based on SNI 05-3659-1995 which is about hydrolic fluid power with the rod end spherical eyes could be operated perfectly to hoist the car of 2,5 tonnes load. By desig specification of pump hydrolic capasity which is used 0,2 dm3/minutes, power of pump as big 5,4 KW and maximum of load capasity of 2,5 tonnes.Key word : Hydrolic system, type H design hoist, SNI

Abstract

The unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia consists of thousands of islands scattered from Sabang to Merauke. The foremost islands in Indonesia are rarely visited by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, which may be one of the reasons why there are no marine service vehicles such as on land and in the air. Therefore we need a very special marine vessel (VVIP) made of selected materials. Some of the requirements that must be met are light, fast, bullet proof, anti-fire, safe and comfortable for the occupants. The most important part of a ship is the hull. The hull must be made of very strong materials such as Kevlar,Polyester and Jute. These materials have been widely used for military purposes. The main material for the hull of the ship,namely Kevlar, jute and polyester composites are tested for quality to meet SNI/ISO standards. The test results on Kevlar, Polyester and Jute materials are that the weight of Kevlar HT1 is 130 g/m2 and Polyester /Jute 65/35% 210 g /m2 (SNI / ISO 3801: 2010). The tensile strength of HT1 kevlar is 5300 N/5 cm (H/V) (ISO 13934-1) and Polyester/Jute 65/35%, 885.42 N/2.5 cm (H), 403.83 N/2, 5 cm (V) (SNI 0276: 2009). The number of warp and weft of Kevlar HT1 was 10 strands / 1.0 cm (ISO 7211-2) and the amount of warp and weft Polyester /Jute 65/35%  is 41 strands / 1.0 cm (V) and 22 strands / 1.0 cm (H) (SNI / ISO 7211-2: 2010). The pattern of Kevlar HT1 is plate and 65/35% Polyester /Jute is keper 2/1 (SNI / ISO 7211-1: 2010).

Abstract

Fishermen group from Pabean Udik village, Indramayu, have problems with the maintenance of wooden boat hulls. Limitations of wood resources and the management of ships owned by skippers are a source of problems for fishermen in the Pabean Udik village. The objective of this project is to provide education and training for the manufacture of small-scale fiberglass fish boat hull for fishermen in Pabean Udik village. Iit was an effort to empower the fishing village community of Pabean Udik village to be able to make fiberglass fishing boats independently, as well as a transition from using fishing boats made of wood to fiberglass. The methods used were semi-permanent moulded and hand laid-up. In this case, the mat and roving layers are laminated using a hand brush or roll brush. This activity process involved a team of lecturers, students of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta, practitioners and 10 fishermen from the village of Pabean Udik.The results of this work were the hull products of small-scale fish boats made of fiberglass with dimensions of length (P) = 1.0 m, width (B) = 0.5 m, and height (H) = 0.3 m. The conclusion of this study was that the fishing community of Pabean Udik village got new insights into the manufacture of fiberglass-based fishing boats. Therefore, in the future, the fishing community of Pabean Udik village can produce their own fishing boats with fiberglass.
