Abstract

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

Abstract

Riset ini dilaksanakan“ di MAN 2 Model Medan dengan memakai analisis hasil observasi dengan fasilitas serta prasarana lemabaga satuan pedidikan bersumber pada Permendiknas. Tujuan riset ini melakukan observasi serta analisis dalam program layanan tutorial konseling yang diberikan guru Tutorial Konseling cocok dengan kebutuhan sekolah dengan penindakan permasalahan sebagian antara lain melakukan tutorial, membuat statment individu, membuat statment orang, siswa serta mediasi. Penilaian yang dicoba dilaksanakan tiap 2 pekan sekali, namun pengawasan dilaksanakan tiap hari biar hasilnya lebih optimal. Penilaian yang dicoba yakni dengan membuat angket berbentuk persoalan buat siswa, Dalam program layanan tutorial konseling yang diberikan guru Tutorial Konseling cocok dengan kebutuhan sekolah dengan penindakan permasalahan sebagian antara lain melakukan tutorial, membuat statment individu, membuat statment orang, siswa serta mediasi. Guru BK di MAN 2 MODEL MEDAN memakai RPL buat jadi panduan dalam” melakukan program layanan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDesa Lubuk Cemara merupakan salah satu kampung khas Banjar dan merupakan salah satu desa penghasil pengerajin purun yang terletak di Kec. Perbaungan Kab. Serdang Bedagai. Bagi masyarakat Desa tersebut tanaman purun merupakan salah satu mata pencaharian mereka serta dapat meningkatkan perekonomian, guna membangun nilai jual serta pemberdayaan anyaman purun kreativitas, inovasi serta strategi pemasaran sangat diperlukan.Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang digunakan oleh pengrajin dalam upaya pelestarian anyaman purun yang menjadi salah satu peningkat ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Lubuk Cemara. Metode yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, kemudian penulis juga melakukan sosialisasi serta penyuluhan terhadap narasumber secara keseluruhan. Dengan subjek penelitian Ibu pengrajin purun yang berlokasi di dusun II desa Lubuk Cemara, dengan evaluasi agar dapat meningkatkan hasil kerajinan purun di desa tersebut serta dapat memperbaiki keadaan ekonomi masyarakat desa Lubuk Cemara dan juga dapat menambah wisatawan yang hendak berkunjung ke desa tersebut. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa anyaman purun ini mampu untuk meningkatkan perekonomian warga daerah setempat serta dapat meringankan beban kepala rumah tangga dalam mencukupi kebutuhan mereka sehari-hari.Terdapat faktor pendukung yaitu hadirnya alat yang memudahkan proses pengerjaan anyaman purun tersebut, juga faktor penghambat berupa masih minimnya pengetahuan menggunakan IT dalam proses pemasaran. Kata kunci: Strategi; purun; wirausaha; ekonomi. ABSTRACTLubuk Cemara village is one of the typical Banjar villages and is one of the villages producing purun craftsmen which is located in Kec. District consortium Serdang Bedagai. For the people of this village, purun plants are one of their livelihoods and can improve the economy, to build sales vallue and empower creativity in purun weaving, innovation and marketing strategies are very necessary. The aim of this service is to find out what strategies the craftsmen use in an effort top reserve purun weaving which is one of the economic enchancers of the community in Lubuk Cemara village. The method used is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis. Then the author also carries out outreach and counseling to the resource person as a whole. The research subject ia a purun craftsman who is location in hamlet II, Lubuk Cemara village, by carrying out an evaluation to improve the results of purun crafts in the village and improve the economy of the Lubuk Cemara village community and increase tourists who want to visit the village. The result of this service show that purun weaving is able to improve the economy of local residents and can ease the burden on the head of the household in meeting their daily needs.There are supporting factors, namely the existence of tools that maket he purun waving process easier, as well as inhibiting factors in the form of the lack of knowledge of using IT in the marketing process. Keywords: strategy; purun; businessman; economy.
