Abstract

Internet seperti dua sisi mata uang, content yang ditawarkan ada yang positif dan negatif, keduanya sangat bergantung kepada perilaku penggunanya. Kemudahan akses internet semakin dirasakan oleh masyarakat dengan semakin murahnya perangkat keras seperti tablet dan ipad juga dukungan koneksi yang semakin luas. Konten negatif sudah pasti akan membawa pengaruh positif bagi penggunanya, dan sebaliknya. Berbagai upaya untuk membendung informasi negatif terus diupayakan oleh berbagai elemen masyarakat, tetapi tidak efektif jika perilaku pengguannya tidak diubah. Remaja merupakan kalangan yang paling rentan dalam penyalahgunaan kemajuan teknologi internet, maka perlu upaya serius untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang benar dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan tersebut. Pelatihan desain web dalam rangka pengembangan keterampilan menulis ilmiah, meskipun dalam skala kecil, merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam menyediakan konten positif di internet. Abstract

The purpose of this community service is training and workshop to guide and assist teachers, employees and students in introducing and understanding and implementing digital archive management with Windows Explorer, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Word and PHP MYSQL.. The resulting output is a digital archive book that will be useful in guiding teachers and as one of the teaching materials in carrying out education and teaching in vocational high schools. The methodology used in the implementation of this community service activity is action research activities consisting of Planning, Preparation, Implementation (actions), Observation and Evaluation and Reflection. The conclusion of community service is the implementation of community service activities through guidance and assistance with the results of increased knowledge about digital archives, skills in managing digital archives, expertise in using digital information technology and being able to apply digital archives management and support for the course of an organization.

Abstract

We will encounter many technologies in the 4.0 revolution era, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, the internet, 5G, digitalization, and big data. All of these technologies have potential in the world of education. Based on information about some of the problems faced by teachers at ASPAPI Member Vocational Schools in the DKI Jakarta area, they must be addressed as soon as possible as a solution to increasing knowledge, abilities, and skills in running database applications on digital archives as one of the development and utilization of information and communication technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the 5.0 social era. Therefore, the community service team tries to offer solutions to these problems through the following main activities: 1) increasing the understanding and skills of ASPAPI Member Vocational High School teachers in the DKI Jakarta area, 2) increasing abilities in teaching and learning activities for digital archives, especially the use of database applications. The method used for providing training consists of planning, action execution, observation, and reflection. We generate an application called Dive Apps, where these apps can manage archives with a digitalization system and can also be used by teachers in archival learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of need for achievement on entrepreneurial intentions through self-efficacy as a mediating variable in class XI Students of SMK Negeri 9 Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative research methods and survei methods. The population of this study were students of SMK Negeri 9 Jakarta, totaling 718 students with an affordable population of 204 students. The technique of determining the sample using path analysis model. The model in this study uses a path analysis model. The analytical technique used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) which is calculated using software SmartPLS version 4.0. The result showed that the need for achievement had a significant direct effect on entrepreneurial intentions, need for achievement had a significant direct effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy had a significant direct efffect on entrepreneurial intentions, and need for acheivement had a significant indirect effect on entrepreneurial intentions through self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation, and family environment on entrepreneurial interest in SMK Negeri 9 West Jakarta. The population in this study is all class XI and XII students from five majors at SMKN 9 Jakarta. The sample in this study was 191 students, this number was obtained from calculations based on Isaac and Michael's table. Data collection in this study is primary data using questionnaires based on Likert scale. The analytical technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) model. The results of this study show: (1) there is a positive and significant direct influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest, (2) there is a positive and significant direct influence of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest, (3) there is a positive and significant direct influence the family environment on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada divisi Geophysics PT X, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelatihan SDM pada karyawan di divisi Geophysics PT X apakakah pelatihan SDM tersebut telah terlaksana dengan optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi observasi dan wawancara. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pada pelatihan SDM karyawan di divisi Geophysics PT X masih ada yang belum optimal dikarenakan pada saat mengadakan pelatihan SDM kurangnya waktu dan peralatan yang kurang memadai saat pelatihan SDM pada karyawan, Kadang-kadang pelatihan dilakukan di saat yang kurang tepat atau tidak memberikan cukup waktu bagi karyawan untuk benar-benar belajar. Sebaiknya pelatihan dilakukan pada waktu yang tepat dan memberikan waktu yang cukup bagi karyawan untuk belajar dan mengembangkan diri. Dengan demikian diperlukannya manajemen waktu yang tepat pada saat karyawan sedang mengambil pelatihan, agar pada saat pelatihan SDM setiap karyawan memiliki waktu yang cukup, dan melakukan evaluasi untuk pengadaan peralatan ataupun barang pada pelatihan SDM agar setiap karyawan dapat bekerja secara optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital literacy and entrepreneurial orientation on the business performance of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in South Jakarta. The variables used in this study are digital literacy as an independent variable, entrepreneurial orientation as a mediating variable (intervening), and MSME business performance as the dependent variable. The sample used in this study amounted to 114 SMEs in the food and beverage sector. The sampling method used is the proportional random sampling method, with the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that digital literacy and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant impact on MSME business performance, as well as digital literacy mediated by entrepreneurial orientation on MSME business performance in the food and beverage sector in South Jakarta. In line with the results of this study, it is recommended that MSME business actors in the food and beverage sector in South Jakarta should further increase their insight into digital technology literacy because there are still quite a number of related MSMEs that have not mastered digital technology massively. Furhermore, it is also necessary to have an entrepreneurial orientation such as the ability to innovate, risk taking, and be aggressive in good competition in order to achieve healthy and competitive business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Social Media Use and motivation on entrepreneurial interest at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The method used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach. The population in this study involved students of SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta, totaling 198 students. The sample was taken using proportionate stratified sampling technique with the Slovin formula with a sample size of 132 students and an accuracy of difficulty level of 5%. For data analysis techniques using SmartPLS 4.0 software and then analyzing several calculations consisting of measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct effect hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that the variable X1 on Y using the calculation of t-statistics amounted to 4,511> 1.96, and the calculation value of the p-value was 0.000 <0.05; then for X2 on Y using the calculation of t-statistics amounted to 4,837> 1.96, and the calculation value of the p-value was 0.000 <0.05. The results of the calculation using F-Square on variable X1 on Y have a value of 0.147. Meanwhile, with the same calculation, the X2 variable on Y has a value of 0.239. The conclusion of this study is that the use of social media and motivation towards entrepreneurial interest together and directly have a positive and significant influence on students at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta.

Abstract

Abstract Vocational High Schools (SMK) play a pivotal role in cultivating competent and relevant Human Resources (HR) that align with contemporary demands. SMK Walisongo 2 Depok, as a model progressive vocational institution, actively addresses the challenges posed by the Society 5.0 era through diverse training and educational initiatives. Society 5.0 underscores the necessity for synergies between humans and technology, emphasizing the cultivation of profound competencies. The field of office administration assumes a critical role in facilitating this transformative journey, demanding competencies in digital data management, data analysis, and emotional intelligence. Community engagement extends to the provision of training and mentorship for both students and teachers at SMK Walisongo 2 Depok. The implementation process is characterized by stages such as preparation, training, simulation, evaluation, and the finalization of products.The attained results a demonstrate an 85% enhancement in comprehending office administration competencies and the practical application of cutting-edge technology. This achievement is anticipated to fortify the trajectory of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the future. In conclusion, these endeavors are pivotal for sustaining vocational education that remains responsive to the demands of the Society 5.0 era. Continuous monitoring and collaborative efforts are imperative for ensuring the longevity and advancement of educational quality. Abstrak Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki peran kunci dalam menghasilkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang kompeten dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman. SMK Walisongo 2 Depok, sebagai contoh sekolah kejuruan yang progresif, secara aktif menanggapi tantangan era Society 5.0 melalui berbagai pelatihan dan program pendidikan yang sesuai. Era Society 5.0 menuntut sinergi antara manusia dan teknologi, mendorong perlunya kompetensi mendalam. Fokus utama SMK Walisongo 2 Depok adalah pengembangan kompetensi praktis yang sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan industri. Administrasi perkantoran menjadi aspek kunci dalam mendukung transformasi pada zaman ini, dengan tuntutan kompetensi dalam manajemen data digital, analisis data, dan kecerdasan emosional. Pengabdian masyarakat melibatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi siswa dan guru SMK Walisongo 2 Depok. Outputnya mencakup laporan, surat keterangan mitra, artikel ilmiah, publikasi media massa, dan buku dengan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Proses implementasi melibatkan tahapan persiapan, pelatihan, simulasi, evaluasi, dan finalisasi produk. Hasilnya mencakup peningkatan pemahaman kompetensi administrasi perkantoran dan penerapan teknologi terkini, dengan capaian sebesar 85%. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mendukung perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (ICT) di masa depan. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini krusial dalam menopang pendidikan kejuruan yang responsif terhadap tuntutan era Society 5.0, dan diperlukan monitoring serta kerja sama lanjutan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between leadership styles, self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment among rural administrative officials on Sumbawa Island. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative data from surveys and qualitative insights from interviews across four districts: Bima, Dompu, Sumbawa, and Sumbawa Barat. The findings indicate that transformational leadership significantly enhances organizational commitment, with Bima exhibiting the highest commitment scores (mean = 4.18), followed by Sumbawa (mean = 3.92). In contrast, transactional leadership, more common in Dompu, correlates with lower commitment (mean = 3.09). Self-efficacy also plays a crucial role, with higher scores associated with increased job satisfaction and commitment, particularly in Sumbawa (mean = 3.75) and Bima (mean = 3.38). Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between leadership styles and organizational commitment, underscoring its importance in fostering a dedicated workforce. The study reveals significant contextual differences, emphasizing the need for tailored leadership development programs that address specific socio-cultural and demographic factors. Key contributions include empirical evidence supporting transformational leadership in rural administration and the integration of self-efficacy into leadership theories. Recommendations for future research include longitudinal studies and multi-source assessments, while practical applications suggest focusing on transformational leadership training, enhancing self-efficacy, and improving job satisfaction through better working conditions and career advancement opportunities. By addressing these factors, rural administrations can enhance organizational commitment and improve governance outcomes, ultimately contributing to sustainable rural development.
