Abstract

For approximately 3 months, these programs can be carried out well and can be accepted by the residents of Keputih Village even though there are several obstacles or obstacles that become a challenge for students to find solutions to these problems so that the planned programs can run more optimally and are expected to help develop MSMEs and business potential in Keputih Village, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City well. The Thematic Real Work Lecture of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (KKNT MBKM) has a work program that has been implemented by the University of National Development "Veteran" East Java. This work program includes FGD (Focus Group Discussion), Ramadan bazaar and coloring competition as well as takjil distribution, counseling, training, TTG innovation which is called by another term, namely Appropriate Technology. This TTG is also in the form of a map of the potential of MSMEs in Keputih Village and a menu catalog of the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market, an exhibition of Baverage Culinary Tourism Center Activities and an exhibition of MSMEs in Sukolilo District, the creation of a website for the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market, the creation of the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market Instagram, and the creation of product promotion content for MSMEs in the Keputih region.

Abstract

Tourism and the creative economy are sectors that are promising and have a great opportunity to support the economy, so they need to be a top priority. However, the reality is that the development of creative economy-based tourism potential has faced many problems, such as inadequate human resources and even insufficient promotion, so that many domestic and foreign tourists are not aware of the existence of unique and attractive destinations in East Java. Preliminary case studies have been carried out involving 25 communities to analyze the problems that occur in tourism and the creative economy in East Java Province. Based on the results of the study, the development of e-tourism-based promotions is crucial amidst the rise of technological developments. The Vacancy website is an e-tourism-based promotion that can accommodate the needs of tourism and the creative economy in East Java. In addition, promotion is also a major factor in supporting the introduction of creative economy-based tourism. This Vacancy website is able to provide accurate information related to tourism and the creative economy and facilitate accessibility to destinations with the support of various existing features such as recommendations, accommodation, regional culture, and other complete features.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country which also has various challenges from various aspects, one of which is the economic field. The emergence of rapid technological developments also makes business actors such as MSMEs also have to be able to keep up with the current developments. By utilizing technology, marketing activities can be carried out on an online basis using the internet. The presence of the internet for life provides various kinds of impacts and changes. The changes that occur can be easily felt around us. Activities that were originally manual or conventionally are now carried out on an online basis with sophisticated and advanced technology that provides convenience in carrying out daily activities. In this developing digital era, its use is not only as a hBapakran or communication media.

Abstract

Based on the results of a survey conducted by KKN-T MBKM Group 62 students, there were only 10 MSME actors in Sumurmati Village. With the "Sekolah Bina Cerah" program, the aim is to try to instill and develop entrepreneurial spirit in students at SDN Sumurmati I by providing knowledge to students at SDN Sumurmati I in the form of providing material on entrepreneurship, training in managing finances by saving, and providing skills training in making crafts that have selling points. The implementation of the "Sekolah Bina Cerah" program which was carried out at Sumurmati 1 Elementary School was carried out on the 11th, 17th and 25th of May 2023 which targeted students in grades 4 and 6. From this activity an output was obtained where students could understand what entrepreneurship is, how to manage the money they earn to make it even more useful, and practice directly how to make a craft that has a sale value.

Abstract

Technological developments are developing very rapidly, thus presenting various challenges, especially in the trade sector. Digital marketing as a marketing tool that has a huge impact. The rapid growth of e-commerce has become an opportunity that businesses should not miss to market their products. Limited market reach has often been an obstacle for some companies. Because social media is often thought of as the publication of personal activities, in fact it can be part of a marketing strategy. This study aims to find out the reasons for implementing digital marketing in increasing sales of PT Behaestex products. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and data sources are taken from interviews and direct observation. The results showed that PT Behaestex's digital marketing implementation, especially e-commerce and social media was a fairly effective promotional tool marked by a significant increase in sales volume.

Abstract

Installing a sign system as a boundary marker between hamlets is one of the development efforts undertaken to improve the existing infrastructure in Sambirejo Village. It aims to direct visitors and provide information about the areas they enter, where each hamlet has its own tours and even MSME. The method of implementing the community service activity program carried out in the KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java activities is to use a qualitative descriptive approach because it describes the phenomena that occur in depth, and describes the responses without testing the hypothesis. This activity starts from conducting a field survey by looking for a location where the sign system will be installed. Followed by the planning and design, manufacture, and installation of sign systems. The government is expected to continue its commitment to improve infrastructure development, as having reliable infrastructure is essential to support infrastructure development and business growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gabungan kualitas produk dan pengalaman merek serta menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas merek pada produk skincare MS Glow. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah folloers tiktok @officialmsglow yang menggunakan produk skincare MS Glow. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 114 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode pengujian data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa secara simultan dan parsial kualitas produk dan pengalaman merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek produk skincare MS Glow.

Abstract

The decision on the feasibility of purchasing a share is an indicator or criterion that is considered before finally deciding to invest or invest in the issuer. Researchers conducted technical analysis and fundamental analysis of PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. (BBNI) shares to find out whether the issuer's shares are suitable as issuers for investing or just for trading. Technical analysis and fundamental analysis are performed to see opportunity whether the shares are worthy of stock investment or not. Technical analysis is carried out using the simple moving average (SMA) and RSI methods. In addition, fundamental analysis is also carried out with several indicators such as price book value (PBV), price earning ratio (PER), debt equity ratio (DER), net probability margin (NPM), and earnings per share (EPS). In this study, the approach taken is a qualitative descriptive approach where data is presented in the form of narratives or detailed elaboration from experts. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI) shares are the oldest bank stocks that have a large market capitalization. This stock can also be said to have a relatively stable level of price fluctuation with a high level of profit and price. In terms of technical analysis and fundamental analysis, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI) shares are stocks that deserve to be an investment choice.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the Straits Times Index (STI), world gold prices, and inflation on the Indonesia Composite Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 - 2023. The population in this research is time series data for 60 months from the ICI price movement on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period July 2018 – June 2023. The sampling technique used saturated samples so that the samples obtained were 60. The research method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that 1) the Straits Times Index (STI), World Gold Prices and Inflation simultaneously have a significant effect on the ICI on the IDX for the period 2018 – 2023, 2) the Straits Times Index (STI) partially has a positive effect and significantly to the ICI on the IDX for the period 2018 – 2023, 3) World gold prices partially have a positive and significant effect on the ICI on the IDX for the period 2018 – 2023, 4) Inflation partially has a positive and significant effect on the ICI on the IDX for the period 2018 – 2023 Keywords: Straits Times Index, World Gold Prices, Inflation, ICI

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang terus meningkat dengan adanya internet berdampak pada perkembangan bisnis online. Dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan inovasi dalam strategi pemasaran secara digital ikut berkembang dengan adanya fitur Live Streaming pada platform jual beli online seperti shopee, shopee menjadi salah satu e-commerce paling popular di Indonesia, dan memberikan pengalaman berbelanja dengan berinteraksi secara langsung antara penjual dan pembeli secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Live Streaming selling, discount, dan kualitas produk terhadap impulsive buying. Impulsive Buying merupakan perilaku konsumen yang melakukan keputusan pembelian secara spontan, tidak terencana. Live Streaming selling, discount, dan kualitas produk menjadi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara impulsive buying konsumen dalam berbelanja online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan total sampel yang diambil yaitu 150 responden pemilik akun Shopee di Kota Surabaya. Sampel diambil dengan tenik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisi regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan olah data yang dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 25. Didapatkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Live Streaming selling, discount, dan kualitas produk secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap Impulsive Buying.
