Abstract

Trivia Nusantara is a business in advertising and retail of office stationery. After doing an observation, there is a problem in ordering products process. Which lack of information system support causes the process of ordering products to be longer and takes a lot of cost in communication. Growth of technology impact on the increasingly business competition, this trigger PT. Trivia Nusantara to build an information system in order to support the company's operations. Due to PT. Trivia Nusantara also does not have an IT expert so the company's leader plans to build an information system by working with vendors. Based on the concept of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) the initial thing required is a documented requirements analysis and system design. Analysis and design performed using Ripple methodology in the initial 4 phases. Genesis phase and requirement phase used to requirements analysis. While the system design in the analysis phase and design phase. The importance of evaluating the requirements in this study using 2 evaluation, consistency analysis and correctness. In consistency analysis method proved have a 100% percentage value consistent. And the correctness test proving that system requirements with system design is include in correctness category.

Abstract

The absence of the use of information systems in the management and handling of complaints in the XYZ city resulted in the management and handling of incoming complaints takes a longer time. This also affects the process making reports of complaints becoming inefficient. To improve the quality of complaints services in XYZ city, it is necessary to support the information system to support the management and handling complaints in XYZ city by applying the principles of CRM. This research was conducted to find out the information system built can improve the quality of complaint service in XYZ city. The information system will be built using Waterfall method and object oriented modeling. To build information systems researchers needs requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Stages of needs analysis result in the depiction of business processes using BPMN and use case diagrams to model the needs and actors involved in the system. Stages of design produce activity diagrams, documentation of object interaction models into sequence diagrams, object model class diagrams, database design, algorithm design, and interface design. In the implementation stage generated information system in accordance with the design made in the previous stage. After that do white box testing using basis path testing to find out the complexity of the program code created and black box testing to test the functional requirements that are made is running as expected. To test the information system built can improve the quality of complaints service in XYZ city conducted UAT testing. The results of this study can be concluded that the information system built can improve the quality of complaints services in XYZ city.

Abstract

Website hd.kfcku.com increasingly relied upon by KFC company as an additional service provided to improve the customer experience in ordering online via the website. However at this time hd.kfcku.com website has decreased the number of subscribers to order through the website and many complaints obtained related to website services that are less than the maximum as the display of a website that is slow to respond, the address can not be detected by the website, product or goods not until the time or even the order does not arrive to the customer, the message is not immediately confirmed, and the desired information can not be accessed properly. Of the complaints received indicate that hd.kfcku.com website service is not enough to satisfy the customers. The purpose of this research is to know whether the satisfaction and trust will directly affect customer loyalty to use the website hd.kfcku.com. On this basis, the researcher tested the influence of satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty of hd.kfcku.com website by adopting E-customer loyalty EID research model through path analysis technique. Researchers use hd.kfcku.com website customers in Malang area as sample of respondents from this research. The results show that simultaneously customer loyalty is influenced by all variables of user interface quality, information quality, perceived security, perceived privacy, e-customer satisfaction and e-customer trust. While individual loyalty customers hd.kfcku.com website influenced high enough by the variable e-customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is an important part of a company engaged in industry. SCM has several main activities namely, designing products, providing raw materials, making production, and delivering goods. PT. Inti Karsa is a company engaged in industry. The items that are traded are paper and cardboard specifically for shoe products. All existing business processes are still carried out with the help of Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office Word, from recording the stock out and entry of goods, and all reports are done manually without a system. The most important problem that is felt namely, the head of warehouse often makes mistakes in recording the stock of goods that come out or in. Therefore a special information system is needed to support the warehousing process of PT. Inti Karsa. The method that development of information systems uses is zachman framework method, because this method has many perspectives that can help facilitate the process of developing the required warehousing system. The perspective that used is a planner, owner / analyst, designer and builder. The results of this study is a prototype of a warehousing information system that will be developed with the help of the zachman framework method. The results of the black-box test with 37 test cases with 100% valid results, the results of user acceptance test using 2 criteria namely, usability and functional correctness and completeness with the results of the percentage system approved as much as 96.66%, and compatibility testing found that the system can be used at 9 different types of web browsers.

Abstract

Today technology is possible to help people in their daily activity. Technology also help people in important things. Technology has been implemented by several Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), there are Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) and Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Sidoarjo to conduct reporting. However, the submission of reports carried out still uses On-Line Transaction Processing (OLTP). Therefore, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (DISKOMINFO) Kabupaten Sidoarjo built a data warehouse that is useful for integrating all OLTP data on each OPD, so that the reporting data source becomes centralized and is also useful as OLTP data back-up. The first stage in building a data warehouse is requirements analysis. In this case, requirements analysis data warehouse uses a mixed-driven approach. Based on the results of the requirements analysis, three information packages have been obtained, they are information package budget planning, budget proposal, and budget realization. The information package produced two multidimensional designs in the form of star schema and based on the results of validation testing by conducting expert judgment and verification testing using Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) showed that the design that had been made was 100% valid and according to user needs.

Abstract

Malang city is one of the big cities in East Java which has experienced a fairly rapid population growth in the last seven years, as one of the big cities Malang City also has problems that are generally owned by other big cities, such as crimes. Malang City is one of the cities in East Java which has a high number of criminal cases with a lot of criminal cases occurring around the highway. One of the solutions that can be done to reduce criminal cases on the highway is to provide information about which areas that are vulnerable and which areas are safe to pass based on previous criminal data. Path searching is one of the ways to present that information. One of the path search algorithm that can be applied is the Bellman-Ford algorithm. From previous studies this algorithm was declared to be inefficient for large amounts of data but quite versatile and this algorithm can calculate negative weights and repeatedly check paths so that no path is missed. This research was conducted to create an information system that can provide safe path information also apply the Bellman-Ford algorithm and see the efficiency of the Bellman-Ford algorithm if applied to cases of searching for safe routes from criminal incidents in Malang City. From this study the results that obtained is the safe path information system that runs well and can be opened on multi platforms and also the complexity analysis results which is the efficiency of the Bellman-Ford algorithm, where in terms of time, the Bellman-Ford algorithm is less efficient because based on the analysis results, the order of growth of the time complexity is so the Bellman-Ford algorithm execution time increases quadratically, but in terms of space, Bellman-Ford is quite efficient because based on the results of the analysis, order of growth from its space complexity is n which means that the use of space increases linearly.

Abstract

RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar is a local hospital located in the center of Malang. The hospital already using information technology infrastructure for improving service to all unit. When problem occurred to IT infrastructure, there's procedure for repairs submission with ITIKOM unit as the person in charge of IT development. Based on interview, process of repairs submission has problem with monitoring the repairs process from ITIKOM technician, and the submitting process is still done by manually using a form sheet. These problems, can be solved by developing a web-based information system for monitoring the repair process and submitting process. The development for this system using Rational Unified Process (RUP), which has 4 phases inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. This research for development system produces requirement analysis, business modelling, design, implementation and testing. There are 2 type of system testing, validation testing that produces 100% for all system features and user acceptance testing result are 85.53% from all system actors, this concluded system has been well developed and fulfill user requirements.

Abstract

The purpose of building a GIS-based road lighting monitoring dashboard prototype is to provide solutions to problems of limitations and ease in obtaining information about public street lighting and knowing whether this GIS-based public street lighting monitoring dashboard can complete and facilitate the implementation of street lighting maintenance activities carried out by the Public Service Agency of Bina Marga Malang Regency, which currently all information is still obtained manually. From the solutions provided, the development of GIS-based operational dashboard is carried out using the high-fidelity prototype method. Which results in a prototype of operational dashboard with regard to user needs. The operational street lighting monitoring dashboard can assist the service agency in carrying out monitoring and maintenance by reducing the time needed to carry out maintenance activities from 4 days to only 1 or 2 days, namely by providing information regarding public street lighting, namely the status of lights and the location of lights inside digital map form in real-time, but there is no simulation using sensors but manual Realtime simulations have been carried out using other devices instead of sensors. Prototypes that have been developed can improve the maintenance performance of street lighting by 70% because the research hypothesis has proven to have a significant effect on public road maintenance activities with a 30% significance level that is sufficiently accurate in this study.

Abstract

PT Akademi Pembicara Indonesia is an engaged company in public speaking training. The company makes a training event, then the event ticket will be sold by the agency owned by the company. The company has a problem about the agent that sells ticket but have a different price according to the price at the time of sale, a report done by agents when they get customers is often get delayed, the distribution of commissions to the agents still has errors, financial reports requires about 3 hours working time. This problem is less efficient and can harm the company. Based on the problems described earlier, a solution can be given to develop a sales transaction information system and agent commission. In the development of information systems the author using the Waterfall software development model. Waterfall is chosen because the requirements are ready and minimum change of requirements.This development method includes needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing, the process runs sequentially. At the needs analysis stage a business process modeling is conducted based on the results of interviews with stakeholders and problem analysis. The results of the needs analysis are visualized in the use case diagram and activity diagram. The results of system design produce sequence diagrams, class diagrams, relational data models, pseudocode algorithms, user interfaces. The implementation of this information system used object oriented programming for web application. The information system testing phase is done with compatibility testing, validation testing and user acceptance testing. The results on sales transaction information system and agent commission, system can run well and can be accepted by the user.

Abstract

Sejahtera 1 Depok Senior High School is one of the educational institutions in Depok city under the auspices of the family sejahtera bandung foundation. Main tasks Sejahtera 1 Senior High School is practice the learning process, evaluate of study result students, and graduate qualified students with the required standards. However, there are several things such as the process of registration new students is still manually, and the process of evaluate students, the distribution of ratings for student report is very complex. Therefore the need for information systems that can help deal with the problem. Development of school academic management information systems using waterfall model. Which is conducted phase is requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. After the result of the User Acceptance Test given to the BPTIK teacher as a admin (the percentage of UAT by 90%), the teacher as student assessor (the percentage of UAT by 90%), and prospective student as registrant (the percentage of UAT by 85%).
