Abstract

Breakfast is food that is eaten every morning or an important activity is carried out before filling in other activities every day. Breakfast is needed to fill the empty stomach for 8-10 hours and is useful in improving learning concentration and physical abilities. The food must contain all the nutrients needed by the body. Food with this balanced composition is needed because the body needs nutrients for growth, development and maintenance. Nutritional status is a reflection of the balance state of nutritional intake (intake) and the needs (requirements) of nutrients in the form of certain variables. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of breakfast patterns with nutritional status and learning achievement in school children at SD No. 1 Perean. This type of research was observational with a crossectional research design. The sample size in this study is 75. Data collection uses identity forms, 24-hour recall method, measurement of body weight and height. Data is processed by spearman analysis. The results showed that 1.3% of school children with breakfast patterns were rare, 16% with occasional categories and 82.7% with frequent categories. The nutritional status of school children is 54.7% with normal nutritional status, 21.3% with nutritional status fat, 24% with nutritional status obesity. The learning achievement of Perean Elementary School No. 1 children is 1.3% with sufficient achievements and 98.7% with good achievements. There is no relationship between breakfast habits, breakfast type, breakfast energy consumption level, consumption level of breakfast protein with nutritional status. There is a relationship between breakfast habits and learning achievement. There is no relationship between the type of breakfast, the level of energy consumption of breakfast, the level of consumption of protein breakfast with learning achievement. There is no relationship between nutritional status and learning achievement. Keywords: breakfast, nutritional status, learning achievement

Abstract

Based on Health Profile of Badung Regency on 2018, the prevalence of people with hypertension that received health care are 76,7% of the total population. The objective of this research is to find out the blood pressure based on the life style from adults. Observational method is used on this research, by using comparation from 30 samples. There are 2 types of data used, primary and secondary data. The method of collecting data is through interview, questionnaire and recording. The samples which have behavior of drinking coffee (66.67%) and the samples which do not drinking coffee (33.33%). The samples which have behavior of smoking (56.67%) and the samples who do not smoke (43.33%). Samples that have the behavior of drinking coffee have high blood pressure on average 140/80 mmHg, samples that have behavior of smoking have high blood pressure on average 140/80 mmHg, and samples that have poor rest patterns have high blood pressure on average 140/80 mmHg. In this case, for the visitor who have certain life style such as the behavior of drinking coffee, staying up late and smoking, are expected to apply healthy life style for maintaining health.Keywords : blood pressure, coffee, smoking, rest patterns

Abstract

Nutrition problems occur in every life cycle, starting in the womb (fetus), infants, children, adults and old age. To get good nutrition in infants, the mother must as soon as possible breastfeed her newborn baby because breast milk provides complete and sufficient nutrition in maintaining health and maintaining the survival of the baby. After the mother is 9 months pregnant, the baby will get the main food from exclusive breastfeeding. The government has issued Government Regulation No. 33/2012 concerning exclusive breastfeeding. Based on the Profile of the Denpasar City Health Office (2017) in 2017 exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Denpasar was 47.65%, while the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage was in Pusksesmas I West Denpasar which was 41.27%. The low coverage of Exclusive ASI is closely related to knowledge and motivation of mothers about Exclusive ASI. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the West Denpasar Health Center I. This type of research is observational with cross-sectional design and the number of research samples is 71 women under two. Data collected by interview method. Data analysis used the Yates Chi Square Correction statistical test. The results showed that, mothers who had a good level of knowledge were 94.4%, sufficient level of knowledge (5.6%), and the level of knowledge was lacking. While the motivation of mothers (73.2%) included good categories, as many as (26.8%) included enough categories, and there were no mothers with poor motivation. It is known that (45.1%) mothers give exclusive breastfeeding, and (54.9%) mothers do not give exclusive breastfeeding. Chi square test shows there is no relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation of mothers in the working area of the West Denpasar Health Center I, p value = 0.617. There is a relationship between mother's motivation towards exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the West Denpasar Health Center I, p value = 0.001.Keywords: Knowledge Level, Mother's Motivation, Exclusive Breastfeeding

Abstract

Status gizi merupakan kondisi tubuh setelah mengonsumsi makanan dan kebutuhan serta penggunaan zat gizi dalam tubuh sebagai sumber energi, pertumbuhan, pengatur, dan pemeliharaan jaringan tubuh. Status gizi dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yaitu faktor langsung seperti asupan makanan dan penyakit infeksi dan tidak langsung seperti tingkat pendidikan, status sosial, tingkat pengetahuan, dan pendapatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan status ASI Eksklusif dan pola pemberian MP-ASI dengan status gizi pada anak baduta di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Busungbiu I. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan Cross Sectional yang dilakukan pada Bulan Desember tahun 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 303 anak umur 12-23 bulan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 anak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 39 anak (33,9) mendapat ASI Eksklusif, sebanyak 66 anak (57,4) dengan pola pemberian MP-ASI sesuai dengan standar, dan sebanyak 61 anak (53) memiliki status gizi baik. Hasil uji Spearman menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara status ASI Eksklusif dengan status gizi (rs=0,933p=0,0130,05) dan pola pemberian MP-ASI dengan status gizi anak baduta (rs=0,881p=0,0270,05).Kata Kunci: ASI Eksklusif, MP-ASI, Status GiziStatus gizi merupakan kondisi tubuh setelah mengonsumsi makanan dan kebutuhan serta penggunaan zat gizi dalam tubuh sebagai sumber energi, pertumbuhan, pengatur, dan pemeliharaan jaringan tubuh. Abstract

Status gizi balita adalah keadaan yang diakibatkan oleh keseimbangan antara asupan zat gizi dari makanan dengan kebutuhan zat gizi yang diperlukan untuk metabolisme tubuh. Setiap individu membutuhkan asupan zat gizi yang berbeda, hal ini tergantung pada usia, jenis kelamin, aktivitas, berat badan, dan lainnya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi status gizi balita dibagi menjadi faktor langsung dan tidak langsung. Faktor langsung yaitu asupan makanan, pemberian ASI Eksklusif, penyakit infeksi dan berat badan lahir. Faktor tidak langsung yaitu pelayanan kesehatan dan sosial budaya yang mencangkup tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan, pendapatan, tradisi atau kebiasaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat konsumsi energi dan protein, pemberian ASI Eksklusif dan berat badan lahir dengan status gizi balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Klungkung I. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 92. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan pengukuran. Data disajikan dengan tabel frekuensi dan tabel silang kemudian data variabel di uji normalitasnya menggunakan uji Shapiro Wilk. Hasil uji analisis Rank Spearman menunjukkan ada hubungan antara tingkat konsumsi energi dengan status gizi balita (p-value = 0,000). Untuk hasil uji analisis tingkat konsumsi protein dengan status gizi balita menunjukkan ada hubungan (p-value = 0,000). Untuk hasil uji analisis pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan status gizi balita menunjukkan ada hubungan (p-value = 0,025). Untuk hasil uji analisis berat badan lahir dengan status gizi balita menunjukkan ada hubungan (p-value = 0,001).

Abstract

Gagal  ginjal  kronik  (GGK)  merupakan  kegagalan  fungsi  ginjal  untuk mempertahankan  metabolisme  serta  keseimbangan  cairan  dan  elektrolit akibat destruktif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan gizi dan persepsi dukungan keluarga dengan asupan protein pasien gagal ginjal kronik di ruang hemodialisa RSD Mangusada. Variabel terikat (dependen) dalam penelitian ini adalah asupan protein dan variabel bebas (independent) dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan gizi dan persepsi dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 43 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan berupa karakteristik sampel, asupan protein, data tingkat pengetahuan dan persepsi dukungan keluarga yang dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuisioner. Berdasarkan kriteria asupan protein, sebagian besar asupan protein kurang dari kebutuhan, yaitu sebesar 67.4%. Pengetahuan gizi baik sebesar 62.8% dan persepsi dukungan keluarga sebagian besar baik, yaitu sebanyak 93%. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Pearson yaitu  tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan asupan protein (p=0.152) serta tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi dukungan keluarga dengan asupan protein (p=3.87).Kata Kunci: Gagal ginjal kronik, hemodialisa, asupan protein, pengetahuan gizi, persepsi dukungan keluarga

Abstract

Lack of physical activity and consumption of omega-3 fatty acids can be one of the factors causing dysmenorrhea. This study aims to determine the relationship physical activity and consumption of omega-3 fatty acids with the level of dysmenorrhea in female students at SMP PGRI 8 Denpasar. This research is observational with a cross-sectional design.The sample size was 62 people according to the inclusion criteria, namely being registered as active students, willing to be a sample, having menstruation, not sick, and aged 12-18 years old. Physical activity data were collected using the GPAQ, level ofdysmenorrheausing the NRS and consumption of omega 3 fatty acids using the SSQFFQ form. Statistical analysis used is the Spearman rank correlation test (α=0.05).The results showed that 51.6% of the samples had low activity, 32.3% consumed omega-3 fatty acids in the category of severe and moderate deficits and 54.8% with moderate dysmenorrhea, and 11.3% severe. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there was a relationship between physical activity and consumption of omega-3 fatty acids with the level of dysmenorrhea (p0.05).It is recommended for young women to do regular physical activity and consume enough omega-3 fatty acids to prevent dysmenorrhea.
