Abstract

 Indonesia is an agriculture country, which means the agricultural sector was an important role in the Indonesian economy. One of the main problems faced by the agricultural sector is the lack of farmer capital in developing his farm, the farmer is not able to fund their farm with their own funds. The agricultural sector is known to be quite risky and uncertain and this make the financial institutions to fund this sector is relatively low. Other financing alternatives that may be the solution for farmers is the shariah financing institutions. Some shariah products which can be applied to agribusiness, among others: Mudharabah, Musharaka, muzara'ah, musaqoh, bai 'murabahah, bai istishna, bai' as-salam and rahn.Keyword: Agriculture, Financing, Shariah

Abstract

Desa Sei Buluh, kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu Serdang Bedagai dijadikan kawasan agrotechnopark berbasis tanaman pangan yang  didukung oleh teknis pertanian yang baik secara ekonomi dan social. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatn petani. Metode yagn digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan 60 sampel petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable yang berpengaruh terhadap  pendapatan petani padi adalah harga benih dan luas lahan sedangkan variable harga pupuk urea dan TSP, harga pestisida dan biaya tenga kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani padi

Abstract

One of the aim national development is the improvement of food security where Sei Buluh village, Teluk Mengkudu district North Sumatra recommended as Agro Technopark area based on food crops. The aim of this study was to determine factors that affected the income and food security of farm households. The method used Two Stage Linear regression Square (2SLS). The results show that factors that affected farm income were the price of seed and land, meanwhile, factors that affected the share of food expenditure in the price of chicken, instant noodles prices, and farm income.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze factors which affected interest in developing beef cattle. The sampling method was used Simple Random Sampling method, based on this research of the 176 population of beef cattle breeders available, 37 farmers were taken as samples. The analyze method used is multiple linear regression with dependent variable is interesting in developing beef cattle and independent variable were beef cattle seed price, education, experience and age of breeder cattle. The results show that experience effected the interest in developing beef cattle meanwhile beef cattle seed price, education and age of breeder cattle were not affected in developing beef cattle in Nagori Tempel Jaya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari volume usaha dan modal terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) dari Koperasi karyawan Pusat Penelitian Karet Sungei Putih Sumatera Utara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data runtut waktu dari tahun 1986 – 2016 dan metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume usaha dan modal berpengaruh terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) dari Koperasi karyawan Pusat Penelitian Karet Sungei Putih Sumatera Utara. Oleh karena itu koperasi harus memperluas unit usaha agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan koperasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rantai pemasaran, farmer’s share dan efisiensi pemasaran petani kelapa sawit di Desa Prapat Janji, Kecamatan Buntu Pane Kabupaten Asahan. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah petani, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang besar dan pabrik kelapa sawit yang berada di Desa Prapat Janji dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 rantai pemasaran petani kelapa sawit di Desa Prapat Janji yang terdiri dari yaitu rantai pemasaran I : petani – pedagang pengumpul – pedagang besar – pabrik kelapa sawit. Rantai pemasaran II : petani – pedagang besar – pabrik kelapa sawit. Margin pemasaran kelapa sawit pada rantai pemasaran I lebih besar dari rantai pemasaran II sebesar Rp.333/Kg dan rantai pemasaran II lebih efisien sebesar 0.11%.

Abstract

Up to now, paddy farmers as farm managers have not received the expected results and income from both the farmers themselves and the government. This study aims to determine the factors that influence rice farming income in Tebing Tinggi Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The reason for choosing this location is because this village is the recipient of seed aid from SLPTT where there are 160 farmers using Ciherang seeds. The number of farmers sampled in this study were 40 farmers and the variables tested were labor costs, phonska fertilizer costs, SP fertilizer costs, KCl fertilizer costs, pesticide costs, land area, urea fertilizer costs, ZA fertilizer costs and seed prices. The results showed that feasibility of farm bussiness has R/C ratio was 3,28 its mean the farm business was feasible labor costs, KCl fertilizer costs and urea fertilizer costs had a significant effect on rice farming income, while other variables had no effect. Fertilizer subsidies and seed assistance are government policies that greatly relieve farmers in financing their farming business so that this policy must continue to be carried out and monitored in its implementation in an effort to increase the income of rice farmers.

Abstract

                                                    AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat telah dilaksanakan pada hari kamis tanggal 22 oktober 2015 di Desa Kebun Kelapa Kecamatan Secanggang Kabupaten Langkat dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan mitra kelompok tani “Suka Tani”. Mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” berpartisipasi aktif dalam mengikuti pelatihan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dan mengharapkan tindak lanjut kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam kegiatan selanjutnya untuk pengembangan usahatani padi sawah mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani”. Mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” dapat mengevaluasi kelayakan usahatani padi sawah melalui analisis kelayakan usahatani, apabila kelayakan usahatani padi sawah yang dikembangkan oleh mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” tidak layak untuk dikembangkan, maka mitra kelompok tani ’Suka Tani” dapat mengusahakan peluang bisnis penangkaran benih padi sawah sebagai alternatif peluang bisnis dan pembinaan mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan dilanjutkan dalam kegiatan selanjutnya mengenai pengenalan peluang bisnis penangkaran benih padi sawah.Kata kunci : Kelayakan, Pengembangan Masyarakat, Padi Abstract Community Development Programme was held on Thursday, October 22, 2015 in the Kebun Kelapa village, Secanggang Langkat District with lectured and discussion with "Suka Tani"  farmer group partners. "Suka Tani" partners farmer group  actively participate in training in the Community Development Programme and expected follow-up activity of community service within the next activity for the development of  paddy farming farmer of  "Suka Tani" group partners. "Suka Tani" farmers group could evaluate the feasibility of farming paddy through the analysis of the feasibility, when the feasibility of farming paddy by the partner farmer groups "Suka Tani" unfeasible, the ' Suka Tani " farmer groups may run business opportunity paddy seed as an alternative business opportunity and development "Suka Tani" partners farmer group through Community Development Programme will be continued in further programme about the introduction of business opportunity of seed paddy.Keywords : Community Development, Feasibility, Paddy

Abstract

This study aims to : (1) CPO export trends and projections in North Sumatera (2) CPO export competitiveness of North Sumatera in Indonesia (3) factors that affect CPO export in North Sumatera. This research based on the background tat CPO export volume in North Sumatera which is now well below Riau Province, where previously the province of North Sumatera is Indonesia’s largest palm oil exporter.The data used are secondary data to the time period of the years 1980-2010. Data collecting obtained from BPS, Ministry of Agriculture and KPB PTPN. The analyze used model equation  of least square to see the trends and projections 10 year lstr; RCA and AR index used to see competitiveness and ordinary least square (OLS) model used to see the factors that affected CPO export of North Sumatra.The result of study show that: (1) North Sumatera CPO export trend for 1980-2010 was positive and projections export for ten years later increased with average growth 4.649 percent, (2) North Sumatera still competitive in Indonesian CPO exports based on the average value of the RCA index 13.24905 but with weak growths as indicated by the AR index of 0.232 caused by the potential land was small, production growth was slowly, the low productivity and the transfer of export port by exporters, (3) North Sumatra CPO exports affected positively by Doller exchange rate against Rupiah and negatively affected by the value of the RCA index.

Abstract

Barangan Banana is a commodity that is already popular in the community has very important economic and social value, the need for bananas continues to increase in line with the population and income level of the community. This study aims to determine what factors influence the demand for barangan bananas in Medan, in the Market Petisah kecamatan medan petisah North Sumatra province from Demand, Price, Number of Family Members up to Consumers income and Method used incidental sampling is a technique that is required when sampling, samples taken as many as 30 consumers who buy barangan bananas in petisah market separating Medan petisah , and the data collected are primary and secondary data, the analytical method used is multiple linear regression test with software tools namely SPSS 21, the highest price of barangan banana 18,000, the price of other bananas (Ambon) the highest 15,000, the number of family members inggi 6, the highest income of 5,000,000.The results of this study concluded that the factors that influence the demand for barangan bananas in medan city, the separating market in medan petisah sub-district. Simultaneously influential are the prices of barangan bananas, Ambon banana prices, family members, and consumer income significantly, this can be seen from t count 4.027 is greater than t-table 1.708.
