Abstract

This study discusses the efforts of Hexa-Helix actors in forming a destination branding strategy at the Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu Geopark tourist destination which is now the Unesco Global Geopark Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu to maintain the assessment from Unesco, one of the validation results is a promotion to increase the number of visitors through communicating the advantages of Geopark Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu which consists of three elements of harmony, namely Biodiversity, Geodiveristy and Culturdiversity. Researchers identify the role of each Hexa-Helix actor based on their respective duties, because the helix studied has an important contribution in building the sustainability of the Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu Geopark tourist destination as a Unesco Global Geopark. This research uses a type of qualitative research using a post-postivism paradigm approach and case studies. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. Hexa-helix actors consisting of academics, business owners, communities, government or governing bodies, media and visitors. Each helix interacts with each other so as to form a communication to improve the construction of facilities, improve services, carry out promotional activities, play a role in every event and hold training for the local community to become part of the development of the economic and social sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Komunikasi Kepala Sekolah SDI Al Azhar 7 Sukabumi Dalam Pengimplementasian Gerakan Literasi Sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi persuasif yang dikemukakan oleh Melvin L., DeFleur dan Sandra J. Ball-Rokeach. Adapun teori tersebut mengenai Strategi Psikodinamika, Strategi Sosiokultural dan Strategi The Meaning Construction. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah yang dilakukan kepala sekolah mengenai Strategi Komunikasi Persuasif Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pengimplementasian Gerakan Literasi Sekolah menggunakan strategi psikodinamika yang berfokus pada kampanye spanduk ajakan melalui tulisan dan gambar-gambar yang disampaikan dengan bahasa sederhana dan narasi menarik. Strategi sosiokultural menggunakan aturan, norma dan kontrol sosial pada warga sekolah melalui kegiatan kelompok kerja guru. Strategi the meaning construction kepala sekolah yaitu dengan penyampaian instruksi, dan dengan memberikan pemahaman yang sederhana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi budaya patriarki yang terdapat dalam film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap karya Benedion Rajagukguk. Hal ini karena film tersebut memiliki adegan akhir yang membuat Sarma sebagai salah satu tokoh anak perempuan dalam film tersebut menjadi tidak mendaptakan penyelesaian masalah seperti tokoh ketiga saudara laki-lakinya yang lain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan teori Roland Barthes untuk memahami makna dalam film Ngeri-ngeri Sedap. Film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap menceritakan tentang sepasang suami istri bernama Pak Domu dan Mak Domu yang ingin membuat ketiga anak laki-lakinya yang sedang merantau pulang ke rumah untuk menghadiri pesta adat sulang-sulang pahopu. Namun karena ketiga anak laki-lakinya tak kunjung mau pulang akhirnya Pak Domu dan Mak Domu menjalankan rencana untuk pura-pura bercerai agar ketiga anaknya mau pulang. Visual dan audio yang ditampilkan melalui tabel analisis memperlihatkan bahwa tokoh Pak Domu sebagai seorang kepala keluarga mempunyai peran yang terlalu mendominasi dan terkesan keras kepala. Visual dan audio yang telah dianalisis menggunakan Semiotik Barthes juga memperlihatkan pentingnya untuk mendengarkan pendapat dan bekerjasama dalam menjalankan peran Bersama pasangan sebagai orangtua. Visual dan audio yang telah dianalisis pada tabel hasil penelitian juga memperlihatkan pesan edukasi proses memperbaiki diri.

Abstract

This service aims to increase awareness about building mental health and anti-bullying among students at the MA Al-Masthuriyah school, Sukabumi Regency, and also to provide a deeper understanding of the psychological impact of bullying. Through this outreach activity, it is hoped that school residents can become more responsive and proactive in preventing and overcoming cases of bullying. In this way, a safe and supportive learning environment can be created, allowing each individual to grow and develop optimally without fear of intimidation or unpleasant treatment. This service activity was carried out involving second grade students from the Department of Science, Social Sciences and Religion, reaching fifty people. This counseling is delivered in the form of interactive learning sessions with material covering, mental health, the importance of recognizing bullying, and preventing bullying; as well as in the form of playing guess the picture. Evaluation was carried out by distributing participant satisfaction questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively. The results show that the counseling towards a superior generation, building mental health and anti-bullying among high school students in Sukabumi Regency provides significant benefits for the students of MA Al-Masthuriyah school. Participants demonstrated increased understanding of Mental Health and Anti-Bullying. The majority of participants expressed satisfaction with the materials and counseling methods

Abstract

The presence of social media cannot be separated from Indonesian society, namely with the emergence of Instagram accounts carried out as a means of tourism promotion, promotional communication strategies. influencers and content creators use Instagram social media as a means of promotion, one of which is Instagram social media @desawisatahanjeli as a means of promoting tourism in Sukabumi Regency. Based on the above background, the focus of the problem of this research is how the Instagram social media communication strategy @desawisatahanjeli in finding tourists through Instagram media promotion. This research is based on an innovative approach to tourism promotion communication strategies, namely Instagram social media. A qualitative approach will be used in this research using a case study research method. From the research findings, the use of Instagram social media as a means of promoting tourism in Sukabumi Regency uses various Instagram features such as: photo titles or captions, hashtags, comments, mentions. Furthermore, from the findings of observations of Instagram informants and interviews, @desawisatahanjeli is very effective in promoting tourism in Sukabumi District, as shown by the testimonials of visitors through the captions they uploaded on their personal social media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational communication in the application of interpersonal perceptions in Minu Garment companies Success in the use of Korean swear words by Korean leaders which has an impact on employee psychological disruption. Participants in the study were employees of PT. Minu Garment Success which includes Top Management and Middle Management statff. Top management staff are Korean company leaders and middle management staff are Indonesian employees. This research is a qualitativedescriptive research with interview method. Based on this study, it was found that the application of interpersonal perception to employees was able to overcome the psychological impact in the use of Korean swear words.

Abstract

Aktivitas komunikasi pemasaran sangat beragam, berkembang pesat sampai hari ini. Pemasaran yang efektif merupakan ujung tombak bagi pengembangan bisnis pariwisata, terutama saat persaingan dalam perkembangan bisnis pariwisatamenunjukan identitas yang semakin tinggi dengan adanya berbagai produk dan destinasi wisata baru di industri ini. Bahkan tidak sedikit pelaku bisnis dalam industri pariwisata gagal dan gulung tikar karena tidak mampu melaksanakankegiatan pemasarannya dengan efektif. Dalam komunikasi pemasaran, PT. Fontis Aquam Vivam dapat merancang komunikasi pemasaran apa yang paling sesuai, efisien dan efektif untuk dilakukan oleh manajemen. Hal ini dapat memudahkanmanajemen menentukan dengan cara apa pemasaran akan dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yaitu penelitian dimana peneliti ditempatkan sebagai instrumen kunci. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara penggabungan dan analisis data bersifat induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan teknik triangulasi. Kemudian analisis data dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun informan peneliti ada 5 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ternyata pada saat pelaksanaan komunikasi pemasaran PT. Fontis Aquam Vivam dengan menggunakan 6 dimensi yaitu, Advertising, personal selling, Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion, Public Relation and Publicity, Interactive marketing yang dicetuskan oleh Kolter dan Keller untuk pelaksanaan komunikasinya.

Abstract

This counseling discusses the importance of character education and self-improvement in building a quality generation. Based on Constitution Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, education is carried out to create an optimal learning environment and activate students in developing various abilities, morals and personalities. The concept of character and self-improvement is influenced by the environment such as family, friends, and language. The character education strategy uses a Multiple Intelligence approach to optimize students' talents and character. Extension methods include a character-based learning approach, self-improvement counseling, and implementation case studies at SMPN 2 Cibadak. Counseling uses visual slides and interactive discussions, and pre- and post-surveys are carried out for evaluation. The results show an increase in participants' understanding and satisfaction with the materials and counseling methods, providing significant benefits for students at SMPN 2 Cibadak, Sukabumi Regency
