Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terjadinya penurunan hasil belajar siswa SMA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa melalui kebiasaan belajar yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang dengan unit analisis siswa kelas XI IPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey explanatory, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada responden penelitian kemudian dilakukan analisis baik secara deskriptif maupun statistik. Analisis data secara statistik melalui pengujian path analisis yang dibantu software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru tergolong tinggi, 2) motivasi belajar berada pada kategori tinggi kategori tinggi, 3) kebiasaan belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, 4) Hasil belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, 5) Kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa, 6) Motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap kebiasaan belajar 7) Kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, 8) Motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, serta 9) Kebiasaan belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning  dengan media scarpbook terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experimental dengan bentuk non-equivalent control grup design. Adapun populasi penelitian merupakan siswa kelas XI IPS di SMAN 1 Manonjaya yang berjumlah 176 siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian dengan teknik purpose sampling terdiri dari 35 siswa kelas XI IPS 2 (kelas kontrol) serta 34 siswa kelas XI IPS 1 (kelas experiment). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan bantuan media scrapbook dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi pendapatan nasional, dimana Ha diterima jika nilai Sig.(2-tailed) ≤ 5 % atau 0,05 dan berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Rata-rata skor kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada kelas kontrol, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini bahwa model discovery learning dengan bantuan media scrapbook dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes are an indicator of the success of teaching and learning activities carried out. This research aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes in economics courses by implementing the problem-based learning model a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental approach. The population of this research was 205 students in class XI social at SMAN 7 Tasikmalaya, and the sample used was 136 students using a purposive sampling technique consisting of two experimental classes and two control classes. The experimental class uses the Problem-Based Learning learning model, while the control class uses the conventional learning model. Students in each class are given a pretest, and then learning is carried out according to a predetermined model, and then a posttest is carried out. The questions used are 25 multiple-choice questions, and then the results or grades obtained by students are analyzed further.  The results of this study show that there are differences between before and after treatment in the experimental class and control class. This research concludes that the implications of implementing a problem-based learning model as an alternative to conventional models can be used in an effort to improve student learning outcomes in economics courses.

Abstract

Learning outcomes reflect the extent to which students understand the material taught and how well they can apply that knowledge in practical situations. This research focuses on the low student learning outcomes in Economics lessons at the high school level. This research aims to determine the increase in student learning results by applying the Cooperative Learning type learning model Make a Match. The research method is a quasi-experimental quantitative approach. The population was 205 SMAN 7 Tasikmalaya class XI science students who study economics. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to obtain 68 students in two classes. The class is divided into two, namely experiments with learning models: Cooperative Learning Make a Match type and control class using models conventional with the lecture method. Technique data collection with 30 multiple-choice test questions. The research results showed statistically significant differences in the increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class using the Make a Match type Cooperative Learning model and the control class using the conventional model after being given treatment. Thus, the application of the Cooperative Learning model with material designed to be more interactive as an alternative to conventional models can be used to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penerapan strategi pemasaran UMKM di sebuah bisnis coffe shop, dengan sasaran pengamatan pada Kedai Babaturan sebagai coffe shop yang tetap eksis pada era pandemi seperti ini, Kedai Babaturan dipilih sebagai sasaran penelitian, mengingat coffe shop ini bisa bertahan dalam kondisi ekonomi yang tidak stabil seperti sekarang ini. Penelitian ini saya lakukan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Kedai Babaturan. Hasilnya, diperoleh bahwa dalam sebuah pemasaran produk ini ada beberapa aspek yang menunjang akan keberhasilan Kedai Babaturan yaitu sasaran konsumen, promosi, brand, tempat, harga dan juga fasilitas. Hal ini yang di perhatikan Kedai Babaturan dalam menjalankan strategi pemasaran nya mengingat Kedai Babaturan berhasil membuka cabang nya dikala massa pandemi seperti ini. Itulah sebabnya, strategi pemasaran sangatlah penting didalam dunia bisnis apalagi UMKM. Penelitian ini juga bisa dijadikan referensi bagi usahawan yang baru memulai karir bisnisnya. Metode untuk mengetahui data ialah observasi secara langsung, dalam memperoleh data ada beberapa acuan yang saya perhatikan yaitu efektivitas dan strategi pemasaran.

Abstract

Payung geulis is one of the icons of the creative economy of the city of Tasikmalaya which has its own characteristics in its manufacture. This study aims to analyze the creative economy development strategy at Payung Geulis SMEs in the city of Tasikmalaya and the strategy used in this creative economy development is a SWOT analysis strategy with the Triple Helix method. In this study, data collection in the form of qualitative methods was also carried out by conducting observations and interviews at one of the Payung Geulis businesses in Tasikmalaya. The results of this study indicate that the Payung Geulis by Nailah Collection has decreased in production with a lack of promotional strategies, it will have an impact on the sustainability of the ongoing business. Based on the SWOT analysis that has been carried out, it can help business actors to be able to determine the strategies that must be carried out first in order to achieve the desired goals. Based on this decrease, it is necessary to have creativity and innovation in various ways in order to increase the production of this Payung Geulis business. Hence, it can be concluded that the creative economy strategy with the Triple Helix method in this Payung Geulis business can be said to be relatively dependent on the promotion strategy carried out by business actors.

Abstract

In doing business, business actors must be able to keep up with the times so that they are not left behind and remain in demand by the public, as well as marketing strategies in business that must continue to be able to expand market reach and innovate in the products they offer. One of the businesses that implements a marketing strategy by participating in the export program on the Shopee platform to optimize sales and introduce their products to the international scene is Erigo Store. The study aims to determine the strategy and marketing mix carried out by local fashion brand Erigo Store so that they could enter the international market. The main theory used is the theory of segmenting, targeting, positioning and the 4P marketing mix. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by library research or literature study. The results of this research show that the analysis shows that Erigo Store uses a promotional strategy to follow the bazaar, create an official erigo website, endorse influencers, sell through various e-commerce, advertising through billboards, promotion through TikTok, and overseas expansion.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had significant effects in many aspects, including the world of education. The changes require an adaptation to learning methods used increasing students learning motivation. In higher education, learning methods that are student centered and lecturers only serve to give instructions. Participant-centered learning (PCL) is a learning method that is suitable for use in higher education because collage students are considered participants not just students. The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of implementing PCL in increasing motivation and learning outcomes. This research was conducted at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Siliwangi University with 94 collage students. The data sources used were the results of the pre-test and post-test using the Kahoot! learning platform and questionnaire data using the Materials Motivation Scale (IMMS), from the control and experimental groups. In the experimental class, learning was carried out using the PCL method, while in the control class, learning was carried out conventionally or teacher-centered learning (TCL). The results of the evaluation showed that the PCL class had an average score of 47% higher than the TCL, and students' learning motivation in PCL class is also about 40% higher than students in TCL class. So it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in terms of material understanding and student learning motivation with PCL method. The learning method of PCL can be adopted to be applied in learning in higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to overcome the low level of critical thinking skills among students in the class 11th Social Science at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya, specifically in Economics. The study used the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model assisted by Wordwall media as an X variable. The research design is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group. The T-test analysis findings show the following: (1) There is an improvement in critical thinking abilities in the experimental group, with a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. (2) There is also an improvement in critical thinking skills in the control group, with a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. (3) With a sig value (2-tailed) of 0,199 > 0,05, there is no difference in critical thinking skills improvement between the experimental and control groups. As a result, it can be stated that employing the Think Talk Write (TTW) model assisted by Wordwall media has a considerable influence on strengthening students’ critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang terjadi di SMAN 3 Ciamis yaitu kurang optimalnya hasil belajar peserta didik khususnya dalam pelajaran ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan jenis eksperimen semu, dengan desain penelitian menggunakan desain non equivalent kontrol group design, Serta Teknik pengumpulan data melalui uji uraian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X di SMAN 3 Ciamis pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 373 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu kelas XE 2 yang berjumlah 34 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XE 1 yang berjumlah 35 orang sebagai kelas kontrol dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purpose sampling . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan media flash card berbasis QR code terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model discovery learning dengan bantuan media flash card berbasis QR code terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi keseimbangan harga pasar, dimana Ha diterima jika nilai sig.(2-tailed)0.05 dan berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh nilai sig.(2-tailed)0.05. -tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini bahwa model pembelajaran penemuan dengan bantuan media kartu flash berbasis kode QR dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.
