Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of Work Interfering Family and Family Interfering Work toward the Organizational Commitment that mediated by Job Satisfaction. Information of this research is useful for organization (Univesity) as a consideration base to improve work achievement. The subject in this reseach is female lecturer in Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. Purposive sampling is the method that used in this research. The method to collect the data is by spreading the questionnaire, and through this method, researcher gained 110 lecturer as respondent. The data is analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The result of this research shows that the of Work Interfering Family has a significant negative effect on Job Satisfaction, and Family Interfering Work has a negative effect yet insignificant toward Job Satisfaction, and Job Satisfaction has a positive effect and significant on Organizational Commitment. This research is also shows that of Work Interfering Family has a positive effect and significant towards Organizational Commitment, and Family Interfering Work has a positive effect and insignificant toward Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The motivation factor is one of the most important elements for choosing tourism destination, this study aims to find out the motives of Sudanese tourists for choosing Bandung as tourism destination, this research uses a Qualitative approach to describe this topic as phenomenological study, the study showed that the factor of culture, religion, behavior, nature, the experiences of former tourists, shopping, price, have a very big role in motive Sudanese tourists to choose Bandung as a tourist destination. This study shows that the factors of excellence tourist destinations in Bandung have important indicators including the type and nature of tourist attractions; service quality, physical and social environment, cost, accessibility, and behavior of local residents to tourists. Tourist destinations in Bandung in the view of some Sudanese tourists have high accessibility, leading tourist attractions in tourist destinations easily accessible because of good road conditions. In the regulation of traffic and transportation is very chaotic because the traffic rate of vehicles is so crowded. Decent accommodation and a complete and clear guide/instruction. The lowest score is the attribute of the accessibility of tourist destinations in Bandung.

Abstract

Sharing knowledge is a core value in the learning process of higher education.This research aims to analyze the factors influence knowledge sharing in the implementation of e-learning in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The subject in this study is 115 lectures in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and using validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate, first, that the lecturer attitude, motivation to share, communication and technology simultaneously significant effect on knowledge sharing. Second, the lecturer attitude have a negative influence and no significant evidenced by the coefficient value of the lecturer attitude is -0.164. Another variables have a positive impact and significant, regression coefficient evidenced by the value of the motivation to share is 0,482, regression coefficient value of the communication is 0.191 and regression coefficient of technology is 0.220. Analysis of the coefficient of determination shows 0,403; which means the lecturer attitude, motivation to share, communication and technology affect knowledge sharing by 40,3%.
