Abstract

Karungut is a traditional art originating from the Dayak culture of Central Kalimantan in the form of songs or chants such as rhymes or poems that contain morals or messages of encouragement to build the Ngaju Dayak community. The types of Karungut in Central Kalimantan are Karungut Deder, Karungut Traditional, Karungut Modem. This research is a qualitative research with data collection through literature review. The literature review contained in it includes: previous research and analysis of Karungut. The purpose of Karungut is used in welcoming ceremonies, traditional events and weddings or in regional art performances. Karungut is one of the cultures in Central Kalimantan that has existed for a long time and is still preserved by the Dayak people. The Karungut singers create lyrics that tell about the outpouring of the heart, love, advice, to the story of one's life. Currently, Indonesian society faces challenges related to the value of Pancasila in the life of the nation and state, from this art culture can be used as a tool to grow Pancasila values in the lives of people, especially the Dayak people in Central Kalimantan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the factors that cause children's fixation or bottlenecks in understanding learning both at school and at home. This research method is qualitative using interview techniques and collecting materials in the form of scientific journals. In this research, researchers found several important things from journals and also responses from sources regarding factors that could cause fixation or learning bottlenecks in children, such as attention disorders for example due to the use of social media or electronic devices, the quality of teachers, difficulties in reading, children those with special needs, children who lack self-confidence, learning techniques, poor sleep quality, stress, fatigue, school environmental factors that are less conducive, the role of parents in educating and guiding children, and many more. Researchers also found several solutions from sources regarding what solutions could be taken when children experience fixations or bottlenecks in understanding learning. Researchers conducted qualitative research using interview methods with students and people who were already wor.

Abstract

Breakfast for a student is very important, because our bodies require quite a lot of energy and calories. By having breakfast, the brain will feel fresher and can function well, because the impact of not eating breakfast is a decrease in students' thinking and learning abilities. Breakfast is beneficial for every human being to maintain endurance, maintain physical endurance and be able to increase work productivity. In the body there is glucose which functions as the main energy source for the brain. Because nowadays it is very rare for students to eat breakfast, perhaps because of laziness or various kinds of busyness which makes them forget to have breakfast. However, breakfast is very beneficial for the body and health, especially for students so they can focus on studying.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the forms of toxic relationships in dating, the factors that cause toxic relationships in dating and the impact of toxic relationships on students who are victims of toxic relationships in reconnecting with the opposite sex. This activity uses interview and question and answer methods with the aim of exploring and studying the experiences of students who have been in toxic relationships while dating. The results of this activity for students who have experienced toxic relationships in dating show that first, the factors that cause toxic relationships in students are internal factors such as unstable emotional states, immature ways of thinking and victims of dependence on their partners, while. external factors such as the influence of the social environment, jealousy, cheating and disobedience. Second, the impact experienced by students who have experienced toxic relationships in dating When reconnecting with the opposite sex, there are psychological impacts such as the emergence of fear and trauma from reconnecting with the opposite sex. However, during the question and answer session, there was information that admitted that he had difficulty getting to know new people and ultimately chose to return to his toxic past on the grounds that his past loved him more than new people.
