Abstract

Mudahnya akses informasi bagi masyarakat membuka pemikiran baru, jika dipahami secara seksama akan menimbulkan konflik, banyaknya persoalan tentang penerapan hukum syariat Islam menjadi polemik besar yang harus diperhatikan untuk memecahkan permasalahan, salah satunya dengan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau High Order Thinking Skills. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui aktivitas pembelajara Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membangun kompetensi High Order Thinking Skills, mengetahui kompetensi High Order Thinking Skills, mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam proses aktivitas pembelajaran (PAI) dalam membangun kompetensi High Order Thinking Skills.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentaasi, mengggunakan teknik analisis data SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas pembelajaran (PAI) di SMP Negeri 1 Metro sudah mewujudkan kompetensi High Order Thinking Skilss ditandai dengan adanya hasil belajar peserta didik yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti akhlak, ibadah, dan muamalah. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa membangun kompetensi High Order Thinking Skills pada peserta didik, seorang guru harus memiliki kompetensi seperti pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional, membangun kompetensi High Order Thinking Skills memiliki faktor penghambat dan pendukung, faktor pendukung seperti sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah alokasi waktu pembelajaran (PAI) yang dianggap masih kurang oleh pendidik dalam melaksanakan aktivitas pembelajaran (PAI). Kata Kunci : Kompetensi HOTS, Aktivitas, Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI).

Abstract

This study was to find out how to strengthen nationalism and love for the homeland in the global era through citizenship education as state defense education at STKIP Pasundan, Cimahi, West Java, Indonesia. This study used descriptive case study method, where data were obtained through interview, observation, and documentation studies in the field. The results showed that the strengthening of nationalism and love for the homeland in the global era through Citizenship Education as state defense education at STKIP Pasundan, Cimahi has been going well, proven by students’ awareness on nationalism and love for the homeland. In addition, through citizenship education courses, students were inhibited in strengthening nationalism and love for the homeland in the global era. This study could conclude that strengthening nationalism and love for the homeland in the global era through Citizenship Education as state defense education as to minimize behavior that did not reflect love for the homeland in the global era. Besides, the process of defending the country through Citizenship Education requires continuous effort.

Abstract

Student problem solving needs to be analyzed so that the teacher can know how students solve problems on math problems. This study aims to obtain a description of the problem-solving analysis of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tomini who have high, medium, and low mathematical abilities in solving pythagorean theorem problems. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 3 students taken from 24 class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tomini in the even semester of 2021/2022. The results of this study show that subjects with high mathematical ability can solve well the four steps or indicators of problem solving namely (Understanding the problem, drawing up a plan, implementing a plan and re-examining). A moderately mathematics capable subject can complete 2 steps or indicators of problem solving, i.e. (Understanding the problem, and checking back).  On the second and third indicators the subject is not able to solve the problem. Subjects with low mathematical ability can only complete the first stage which is to understand the problem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pembelajaran dengan pendekatan matematika realistik terhadap hasil belajar matematika ditinjau dari motivasi belajar matematika peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Eksperimen semu atau eksperimen quasi, yakni jenis penelitian eksperimen dimana peneliti tidak mampu mengontrol semua variabel yang diteliti. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan faktorial 2×2 dilaksanakan pada siswa SMK Negeri 2 Palu Kelas X BDP 3 dan BDP 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan RME, memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan konvensional. Di samping itu, pada kedua pendekatan pembelajaran, siswa dengan motivasi tinggi memiliki prestasi yang lebih baik daripada siswa yang memiliki motivasi rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa, dan terlihat bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran RME sangat cocok diterapkan pada siswa dengan motivasi belajar yang rendah

Abstract

The integration of ICT in learning is a component of 21st-century learning. Science and technology always develop rapidly from time to time.  The purpose of this study is to determine the knowledge and abilities of junior high school mathematics teachers in STEM learning. This research was also conducted to determine student knowledge related to STEM learning. This study used a mixed method. The results showed that most junior high school mathematics teachers in the Donggala district did not understand STEM/STEAM learning. The teacher has also not been able to apply the STEM/STEAM approach in the learning process. Therefore, it is hoped that mathematics teachers in the Donggala district can apply a STEAM-based approach combined with local wisdom in the Donggala district. And it is necessary to conduct training to improve teacher competencies related to STEM learning.

Abstract

In studies of siyâsah fiqh, shura (consultation) is an obligatory constitutional principle to be implemented in an Islamic government as a means to reach consensus in politics and to control executive power. Such roles prevent dictatorship and unfair acts of a ruler. Nevertheless, in its conceptual and praxis levels, shura crosses path with modern democracy, a western product. This meeting point gives birth to discourses and speculations that are diversely appreciated by Islamic scholars represented by this question: are the two notions identical? This issue requires analysis by elaborating boundaries of similarities and differences in the principles of the two concepts in order to obtain a holistic and proportional account. Analysis reveals that shura and democracy are distinctive concepts. Such a conclusion is drawn due to differences in terms of both principles and implementation. On the other hand, both concepts are not conflicting since democracy can be part of Islamic political system as long as it is oriented towards and its system of values are based upon religious and morality values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang perspektif peran guru dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai akhlak mulia peserta didik melalui Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Secara teoretik peran guru sangatlah penting dalam mendidik peserta didiknya dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai akhlak mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru dalam menerapkan pembinaan akhlak mulia di sekolah. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive, yaitu pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam penerapan nilai-nilai akhlak di SMK Teknologi Informatika Garuda Nusantara Cimahi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Peran guru dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai akhak mulia peserta didik melalui Pendididkan Kewarganegaraan adalah dengan melaksanakan program-program kegiatan keagamaan. Selain itu kepala sekolah mengintruksikan kepada seluruh guru untuk berperan aktif tidak hanya dalam memberikan materi pelajaran tetapi guru harus belajar aktif membagikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang baik khususnya yang bisa menumbuh kembangkan akhlak mulia siswa, ketika siswa sudah sadar akan pentingnya akhlak mulia maka akan diimplementasikan kedalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
