Abstract

This research aims for the effect of Service Quality and Competitive Advantage on Customer Satisfaction that impacts on Customer Loyalty. Data processing in this study uses quantitative methods. The hypothesis testing method using the t test method and linear regression test. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, competitive advantage has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality and competitive advantage together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, job training and work discipline on the performance of staffing and employee bureau organizations in the National Narcotics Agency. This research uses quantitative methods by conducting surveys and testing to all employees in the company. The test results show that organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance variables, training variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance variables, and work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This research was assisted by IBM SPSS 25 as a data processing tool. The number of respondents in this study were 54 people. Based on the tm test organizational culture variables have t arithmetic ≥ t table = 2.180> 2.00856, work training variables have t arithmetic ≥ t table = -1.284 <2.00856, and work discipline variables have t arithmetic ≥ t table = -1.284 < 2.00856. This shows that organizational culture and work discipline variables have a significant effect, while work training variables have no significant effect.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know if there are any influences between teacher competency and workload on the teacher performance at the SMP Negeri 150 during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 51 teachers. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and multiple regression test and is processed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 20 program. The results of this study indicate that the teacher competency variable has an affect on teacher performance. Workload affects teacher performance. Teacher competency and workload affect teacher performance.

Abstract

Changes in workload carried out by PT Senopati for employees have caused a decrease in employee performance in recent times. This study attempts to reveal the effect of workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT Senopati. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 58 respondents using a survey method. The analysis of this research is generated from multiple linear regression test to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the variable workload and work motivation partially affect employee performance. The two independent variables also have a simultaneous effect on employee performance by 58%.

Abstract

The number of employees with a low level of organizational commitment can raise a new concern. The level of organizational commitment can be influenced by several factors, such as external (from outside) employees such as leaders in the company, and internal employees such as the competence of the employees themselves.This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and employee competence on organizational commitment at Pt. Popular Main Glass. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 60 field employees from Pt. Popular Main Glass. Researchers conducted tests based on several backgrounds and expert opinions and examined and concluded into several conclusions. In this study it was found that there is an influence of leadership and employee competence on organizational commitment. Therefore, the researcher's suggestion for Pt. Popular Glass Utama is to always pay attention to leadership factors and employee competence to get organizational commitment from employees.

Abstract

The objective of this study id to analysis the effect of the employee competence, workload on work stress and its impact on turnover intention at PT. XYZ. This study used quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 120 employees. Sampling technique used nonprobability sampling (saturation sampling). The sampling technique is nonprobability (saturated sample). Analysis in this study used classical assumption test consist of the normality test, heteroskesdaticity test, and multicollinearity test, and multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and determination analysis. Hypothesis test (t test) result that shows that the variable employee competency variables do not affect work stress. Workload affects work stress. Employee competency and workload affect work stress. And work stress that affects turnover intention.

Abstract

Sophisticated technology is not in line with the capabilities of existing Human Resources. Human resources are needed to be able to manage management properly. Human Resource Management (HRM) refers to policies, as well as systems that influence the behavior, attitudes and performance of employees so that they can compete in the current era of globalization. Problems that exist in PT. XYZ in this study is that the rewards given by the company to employees are still unable to spur on improving the performance of each employee. In addition, employees have not been fully convinced of the capabilities within them to achieve the targets set. This study aims to see whether there is an influence between training, reward and self efficacy on employee work ability. Quantitative research method using a questionnaire involving 55 respondents in June 2018. The results of this study stated that training, reward and self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on work ability.

Abstract

Human resources play a very dominant role in the progress of automotive business companies amid increasingly fierce competition. The performance of employees in organizations leads to the ability of employees to carry out the overall tasks that are the responsibility. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Organizational Culture, Extrinsic Reward and Work Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT. Suzuki Indomobil Sales. This study uses a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Sales. Hypothesis test results (t test) indicate that organizational culture variables do not affect employee performance variables. Extrinsic rewards variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance variables. Simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, extrinsic reward and work loyalty have significant and significant effects on employee performance. Researchers suggest that PT. Suzuki Indomobil Sales pays more attention to these three factors because they are proven to affect employee performance, especially for organizational culture variables.

Abstract

This research wants to analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Compensation on Employee Performance of PT Kharismatama Indoalam. This study used a quantitative approach with 150 respondents consisting of supervisors and staff in the operational section. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the leadership style at PT Kharismatama Indoalam has a significant impact on the performance of existing employees. Another variable is that Compensation also has a significant influence on Employee Performance. In the last hypothesis it is proven that Leadership Style and Compensation together can have a significant influence on Employee Performance. Based on these results, researchers provide six strategic suggestions that can be used by management in order to improve Employee Performance which will later influence the improvement of the company's quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, market driven strategy and price on customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. The number of samples used is 115 people, with purposive sampling technique. The data comes from a Google Form questionnaire and the data is analyzed by SPSS 25. From the results of the analysis of the influence of product quality, market driven strategy and price, the effect on customer satisfaction of batagor mama oki.
