Abstract

This study applies quantitative research with path analisis by SmartPls. It is aimed to investigate the implementation Jogja Madrasah Digital, Garda Kagum and the influence of teacher excellent and teacher quality at Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This study discovered that: a) the JMD Innovation construct has no significant effect on Madrasah Teacher Motivation and Madrasah Teacher Quality; b) the JMD Innovation construct has no significant effect on the Garda Kagum construct variable; c) the Garda Kagum construct has a significant influence on Madrasah Teacher Motivation of 49.9%; and d) the Garda Kagum construct variable has a significant influence on Madrasah In-depth investigation should uncover additional elements that contribute to the rise in Jogja Madrasa Digital for madrasa teach

Abstract

The world of instruction in Indonesia is continually confronted with exceptionally complex issues, not as it were around bullying but other idle threats in instruction which debilitate to surface at any time within the world of instruction. self, brawl, theft etc. Bullying has an affect not as it were on casualties, but too on culprits. Most casualties feel depressed and irate, and this may contribute to lower understudy accomplishment and course participation. The purpose of this study is to present a realistic picture of the issues faced by DIY Yogyakarta Madrasah students. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is the analysis method employed in this study, which employs a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. The research sample consists of 100 students from the State Madrasah Aliyah Yogyakarta. Results of the study: According to the findings of the data analysis, 1) The social environment does not influence bullying behavior in Madrasah students; 2) Social media influences bullying behavior in Madrasah students by 47.9%; 3) The social environment significantly influences self-control in Madrasah students by 56.5%; and 4) Social media significantly influences self-control in Madrasah students by 22%.

Abstract

The current PAI learning orientation is monotonous, and the assessment is only cognitive. The study's goal was to describe the impact of PAI learning on student character and the responses of MA students in Kediri Regency, East Java, to the autonomous learning curriculum. The descriptive quantitative research approach is used, with research subjects from Prosperous Madrasah Aliyah Kediri in East Java. The population consists of Prosperous MA students, and a sample of 70 responses was chosen at random using the slovin formula. The process of data collection by observation is carried out directly with tools such as questionnaires and interviews. PLS-SEM data analysis, research findings 1) The adoption of Islamic Religious Education Learning has a favorable and significant impact on Character Education. These findings suggest that Islamic Religious Education learning has a positive impact on the development of student character. 2) Islamic Religious Education Learning has a beneficial and important influence on the MBKM Curriculum. These findings suggest that learning PAI is beneficial on the implementation of the MBKM curriculum.

Abstract

People's attitudes and religious observance in accordance with Islamic teachings can demonstrate altruistic behavior, do not isolate religious issues from world affairs, and do not consider religion as a ritual and symbol. The descriptive quantitative approach was utilized to produce measurements, assisting in recognizing the basic influence between empirical observations and quantitative data outcomes. The findings of this study have a beneficial impact, namely: a) Dressing, speaking, conduct, lifestyle, culture, and customs have no effect on tourist visits. b) Does not interfere with the discipline of praying in congregation, which is reflected in daily morals, is able to foster brotherhood relations, fosters obedience to worship and religious skills in life and life, which is reflected in the management of nature, can control attitudes, speech, actions, and deeds, increases the level of faith of the local community, and does not interfere with the discipline of praying in congregation, which is reflected in daily morals.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of parental guidance on students' learning motivation in the context of self-directed education after the COVID-19 pandemic. It investigates whether parental involvement remains consistent and influential as students transition between online and offline learning modes. The study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive analytical correlational method. Data is collected through questionnaires distributed to students. The statistical analysis is performed using SPSS software to determine the correlation between parental guidance and students' learning motivation. The research findings indicate a strong correlation (r = 0.90) between parental guidance and students' learning motivation. This demonstrates that parental involvement significantly influences students' motivation to engage actively in self-directed learning. The study highlights the importance of parents' continuous support in maintaining high levels of learning motivation in students, especially during the shift between online and offline learning modes. The suggestion for other research is about exploring parental involvement strategies in enhancing students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Indonesia ranks 12th out of 12 Asian countries in terms of educational quality. According to the preceding statement, Indonesia's education level is still quite low. This research aims to characterize the process of shifting learning attitudes from traditional techniques to digital technology. This study is significant because instructors are the primary drivers of successful learning, both through creative and innovative initiatives and the democratization of education. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique used was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with a sample of 75 Yogyakarta City State Madrasah Aliyah teachers as respondents. The following results were obtained from the data analysis: a) Digital transformation significantly affects teacher quality. b) Digital Transformation on teacher motivation has a significant effect. c) Garda Amazed by Teacher Quality directly has a significant influence and d) Digital Transformation on Garda Amazed also has a direct and significant influence.

Abstract

When diversity causes numerous multi-dimensional challenges for the Indonesian country, it is thought important to reorganize character education. The purpose of this research is to create a descriptive image of how to develop local culture-based character education for pupils. An ethnographic approach is used in the descriptive qualitative research method.. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. This research is located at the Daarul Qur'an Al Ismailliyah Foundation in Kalianda, South Lampung. Abstract

The current state of education, particularly regarding the role of teachers as educators, has not met expectations in terms of teacher competence in achieving national education goals aimed at fostering students with both academic achievement and character. This study aims to examine the impact of teacher competency on students' interest in learning, assess the extent of this influence, and explore strategies to enhance students' learning interest through improved teacher competency. A descriptive analysis method was employed, utilizing random sampling and data collection techniques, including observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using the product-moment correlation method. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between teacher competency and students' interest in learning, with a correlation coefficient of 0.785 (78.5%) and a coefficient of determination of 0.617 (61.7%). These results indicate that teacher competency plays a substantial role in shaping students' interest in learning.

Abstract

School Management is an activity carried out effectively and efficiently to improve school performance in achieving educational goals, both national goals and institutional goals, the results of which can be seen from several factors as indicators of the performance achieved by the school. School management is tasked with creating a learning schedule that will be implemented at school. Lesson schedules cannot be created haphazardly. A lesson schedule is required in every school. This type of research is quantitative research. The method used is descriptive analytical correlation aimed at finding whether there is an influence and if there is an influence, how much influence the school management has on the performance of teachers at Bina Pangudi Luhur Vocational School. In this study, the population was all 33 teachers at Bina Pangudi Luhur Vocational School, Jakarta. From the results of observations in the field, it is known that school management carried out by Bina Pangudi Luhur Vocational School teachers has an impact on teacher performance and determines the quality of teacher performance. Thus, this condition shows that school management has no significant effect on teacher performance variables. the same as the law of cause and effect, the better the learning management carried out by the principal and teachers of Bina Pangudi Luhur Vocational School, the better the teacher's performance in the learning process and the work results that can be achieved by a teacher in an educational institution in accordance with their duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi pada peran guru dalam menanamkan memotivasi siswa di SMKN 40 Jakarta Timur, yang memiliki peran penting dalam menanamkan motivasi siswa untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan peran guru sebagai teladan dalam pengembangan karakter peserta didik dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karakter peserta didik di SMKN 40 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang subjek penelitiannya adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru Pendidikan Agama, wali kelas, dan Peserta didik SMKN 40 Jakarta Timur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles & Huberman yang meliputi langkah-langkah: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai teladan ditunjukkan oleh tutur kata, sikap, dan kepribadiannya, seperti sopan santun, disiplin, tanggung jawab, toleransi, jujur, serta kepedulian terhadap peserta didik dan orang lain. Faktor yang mendukung pengembangan karakter peserta didik yaitu adanya komitmen warga sekolah, standar isi kurikulum, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kebersamaan. Faktor penghambat pengembangan karakter peserta didik meliputi terbatasnya sumber dana, kurangnya kepedulian orang tua, dan sikap apatis dari beberapa guru dan peserta didik.
