Abstract

An in-depth legal review of dispute resolution mechanisms in the Islamic capital market will ensure that investors' rights are well protected and that there is a clear legal path for investors to seek justice in the event of a dispute. This study aims to analyze the legal position in resolving business disputes in the Sharia capital market. The research method used is library research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the resolution of business disputes in the sharia capital market must always be carried out in compliance with sharia principles and applicable regulations. With appropriate settlement mechanisms, such as Sharia arbitration and mediation and strict supervision from the Sharia Supervisory Board, all parties involved can achieve a fair and beneficial settlement. Compliance with Sharia laws and principles ensures the legality of transactions and increases the trust and integrity of the Sharia capital market.

Abstract

Islamic education has great potential in promoting gender equality through the teaching of the values of justice, equal rights, and respect for differences. This article explores the role of Islamic education in supporting gender equality by highlighting innovative programs around the world. From gender-responsive curricula in Islamic schools to community-based initiatives that promote women's participation in education and the economy, Islamic education can be a tool of social transformation. By taking lessons from programs in countries such as Indonesia, Egypt, and Western countries, this article shows that Islamic education can be a bridge to positive changes in gender relations, especially in the context of Muslim communities.

Abstract

Kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang produk-produk keuangan syariah dapat menjadi hambatan. Oleh karena itu, inovasi dalam edukasi dan pemasaran diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan penerimaan masyarakat terhadap produk syariah. Tujuan pengabdian ini ialah memberikan penyuluhan inovasi dan kreativitas dalam bisnis syariah. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan, inovasi tidak hanya memungkinkan perusahaan untuk bertahan dalam persaingan yang ketat, tetapi juga menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Dengan menciptakan solusi yang inovatif, perusahaan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar yang terus berubah dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional mereka. Tantangan utama dalam mengimplementasikan inovasi adalah memastikan kesesuaian dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah yang ketat. Perusahaan perlu memastikan bahwa setiap langkah inovatif mereka tidak bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai etika dan moral dalam Islam. Kolaborasi antara perusahaan, akademisi, lembaga keuangan, dan pemerintah menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam mengembangkan inovasi. Sinergi ini dapat meningkatkan potensi inovatif dan mempercepat adopsi solusi-solusi baru di pasar. Inovasi dan kreativitas bukan hanya merupakan faktor diferensiasi untuk perusahaan syariah, tetapi juga merupakan kunci untuk membangun fondasi yang kokoh dalam menghadapi masa depan yang dinamis dan kompleks

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar guru-guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) melalui workshop metode pembelajaran aktif. Metode pembelajaran aktif dipilih karena mampu meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan ini melibatkan sejumlah guru PAI dari berbagai sekolah di wilayah [nama wilayah]. Melalui workshop ini, para guru diberikan pelatihan intensif mengenai berbagai teknik dan strategi pembelajaran aktif yang dapat diterapkan dalam kelas. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan guru untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran aktif. Diharapkan, peningkatan keterampilan ini akan berdampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran PAI dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of a multicultural approach in Islamic education as an effort to increase tolerance among students. In the midst of cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in Indonesia, Islamic education is faced with the challenge of not only forming a religiously devout person, but also respecting differences and living in harmony in a pluralistic society. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data were collected through observation and analysis of documents, then analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns of application of multicultural values in the curriculum, teaching, and social interaction in schools. The results of the study show that a multicultural approach in Islamic education can strengthen the attitude of tolerance among students. The implementation of values such as respect for diversity, empathy, and cross-cultural dialogue in the teaching and learning process has been proven to be able to reduce prejudice and increase cooperation between groups. However, the success of this approach is highly dependent on teacher commitment and support from educational institutions and inclusive education policies. Therefore, it is recommended that Islamic educational institutions integrate a more systematic multicultural approach in their curriculum to create a more tolerant and harmonious educational environment.

Abstract

Character education is an important aspect in students' personal development, especially in a modern pesantren environment that integrates religious and general education. This study aims to explore the application of character education in the modern pesantren curriculum and its impact on student development. The method used is a case study on several modern Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, focusing on the strategy, implementation, and evaluation of character education programs. The results of the study show that modern Islamic boarding schools apply various approaches in educating students' character, including the integration of religious values, experiential learning, and extracurricular activities that support character development. The implementation has a positive impact on student attitudes and behaviors, such as increased discipline, responsibility, and empathy. This study concludes that the curriculum of modern Islamic boarding schools that integrate character education can make a significant contribution to the formation of students' character, and recommends a more structured and sustainable approach to improve the effectiveness of character education in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Islamic education in facing the challenges of radicalism and extremism among the younger generation. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyzes various strategies implemented by Islamic educational institutions to form a moderate and inclusive religious understanding. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews with educators, scholars, and students in several Islamic schools and Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Islamic education that emphasizes the values of tolerance, social justice, and openness to diversity can play a significant role in preventing radicalization among adolescents. In addition, the active involvement of parents and the community in religious education was also found to be an important factor in shaping the character of the young generation who are resilient to the influence of radical ideology. This study concludes that holistic and contextual Islamic education is indispensable to face the increasingly complex challenges of radicalism and extremism in the modern era.
