Abstract

Sharia-based financial intelligence for children and adolescents includes aspects of Islamic values education, character development, preparation for the economic future, equitable financial inclusion, financial risk management, and continuing education. This study aims to analyze Sharia-based financial intelligence for children and adolescents. The research method used is library research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the potential for intelligence of children and adolescents in understanding sharia-based finance is very large, considering their ability to learn and absorb information from an early age. Children and adolescents tend to have the ability to grasp new concepts and information quickly. This allows them to understand the basic principles of Sharia economics such as the prohibition of usury, the concept of profit-sharing-based financing, and the importance of social responsibility in financial management. Children and adolescents can develop awareness about the importance of sharing wealth with others through zakat, infaq, and sadaqah. This not only teaches them about social responsibility but also strengthens their bonds with the community and society at large. By making optimal use of this potential, children and adolescents can become a Shariah-based financially educated generation, able to make wise and sustainable financial decisions by Islamic values.

Abstract

With the significant growth of the Muslim population in various countries, there is a need to increase awareness and understanding of Islamic financial principles, such as the prohibition of usury and the principle of profit sharing. This study aims to analyze how to introduce the concept of sharia economic transactions through children's financial literacy education. The research method used is library research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the implications of sharia economic transactions for society are very broad and positive. By emphasizing justice, transparency, and social responsibility, sharia economic transactions help create a fairer and more prosperous society. Programs such as zakat distribution, microfinancing, and investment in social infrastructure and education contribute to poverty alleviation, economic empowerment, and improving people's quality of life. Financial literacy education for children and adolescents is not only important for their current personal lives, but also for the preparation of a more stable and financially successful future. Continuous training and education on financial literacy integrated with sharia economic values and principles helps strengthen individuals' understanding and practice in adhering to these principles throughout their lives. By using financial literacy as a way to introduce sharia economic transactions, individuals can build a deep understanding of how they can manage their finances in a way that is in accordance with Islamic moral and ethical principles.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of a multicultural approach in Islamic education as an effort to increase tolerance among students. In the midst of cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in Indonesia, Islamic education is faced with the challenge of not only forming a religiously devout person, but also respecting differences and living in harmony in a pluralistic society. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data were collected through observation and analysis of documents, then analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns of application of multicultural values in the curriculum, teaching, and social interaction in schools. The results of the study show that a multicultural approach in Islamic education can strengthen the attitude of tolerance among students. The implementation of values such as respect for diversity, empathy, and cross-cultural dialogue in the teaching and learning process has been proven to be able to reduce prejudice and increase cooperation between groups. However, the success of this approach is highly dependent on teacher commitment and support from educational institutions and inclusive education policies. Therefore, it is recommended that Islamic educational institutions integrate a more systematic multicultural approach in their curriculum to create a more tolerant and harmonious educational environment.
