Abstract

PT. Kayana Nusa Teknologi is a technology development company. Currently, the company is still manually processing reimbursements, which is deemed to be less effective for a company. Innovation is needed to streamline this process and maximize the use of time to improve work processes within the company. In designing this application, the Kanban method is used, which provides a sequential or ordered approach to the software lifecycle, starting with analysis, design, coding, testing, and supporting stages. In addition, the use of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology is used, which can identify and convert text in image documents into text that can be read by computers. With the existence of this application, it is expected that the performance of employees will be more efficient, especially for Android users in the company.

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan tugas yang diberikan, satuan petugas keamanan membutuhkan berbagai laporan operasional penting untuk menjamin keselamatan lingkungan kerja. Penulisan buku yang berbeda secara manual biasanya membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama. Demikian pula, pengawas untuk secara langsung mengontrol keselamatan lingkungan kerja, dan mereka harus datang untuk memastikan keamanan dan ketertiban, yang membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga. Analisis sistem dan perancangan sistem aplikasi buku laporan harian satuan pengamanan dengan menggunakan teknologi Android yang bekerja pada smartphone yang mendukung sistem operasi Android. Untuk merancang aplikasi berdasarkan kebutuhan proyek yang direncanakan, digunakan metode extreme programming untuk merancang aplikasi ini. Metode Extreme Programming merupakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang termasuk dalam kelompok Agile. Extreme Programming berfokus pada penyampaian perangkat lunak yang cepat, berkualitas tinggi, dan dapat disesuaikan dengan perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan..

Abstract

The process of managing customer data at MMS Bojong Gede is still running simply using Ms Excel, this can cause problems when in a center there is the same customer name data. Over time the amount of customer data will change either increase or decrease, so that managing data manually is less effective, besides that each (CO) or (PS) each has an excel file in managing customer data, this makes data storage less centralized and has an impact on the process of finding customer data smoothly or in arrears. In order for operations to run efficiently, a computerized customer data management and search system is needed to integrate customer data into an integrated database, so that customer data can be managed properly. In this study, the knuth morris pratt algorithm has been applied to the system search function to maximize the search process. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based customer data management and search system, with a system that has been built the process of managing and searching customer data to be more effective and efficient, this is evidenced by the test results with the average time needed by the knuth morris pratt algorithm to find a customer data is 1.541(s).
