Abstract

This study was motivated by wanting to know how the efforts of married couples in maintaining family harmony located in rowotengah village. The subjects of this study were 2 married couples who have been married for 5 years and above. This research method uses a qualitative approach that aims to explain a phenomenon of family harmony. The results of this study prove that married couples in Rowotengah village in maintaining family harmony are accepting each other, being responsible, quality time (spending time with family), always giving news, giving each other support, deep talk (serious talk), not telling problems to others (parents/in-laws). The characteristics of family harmony in Rowotwngah Village are such as Creating a religious life, Mutual respect between fellow families, The quality and quantity of conflicts are minimal, There is a close relationship or bond.

Abstract

Adolescents as individuals are in the process of developing or becoming, namely developing towards maturity or independence. Teenagers need guidance because they still lack understanding or insight about themselves and environment and experience in determining the direction of his life to reach maturity. Therefore, adolescents are expected to be able to anticipate the consequences that lead to deviant behavior. In this study aims to determine the beginning of the conflict. This study uses a qualitative approach theory-driven case study. Researchers collected data by reading several journal articles and re-reading the literature. The results of this study aim to examine cases of bullying as well as Mario's emotional control and self-control. Bullying in Indonesian is known as "oppression/risak" is any form of oppression or violence that is carried out intentionally by one person or group of people who are stronger or more powerful against another person, with the aim of hurting and doing it continuously. Emotions are defined as complex reaction patterns involving experience, behavior, and physiology, which are used to deal with important problems or events experienced by individuals. Meanwhile, self-control or self-control is an ability and effort to regulate, guide, and direct all forms of internal action towards positive action, in other words, forming emotional control within the individual.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the factors in the occurrence of early marriage in the Panti District and also to find out what are the influences of early marriage on the divorce rate that occurs in the Panti District. This study uses quantitative research methods with the type of data that is collected as primary data. The results of the research show that early marriage is a marriage carried out by every individual whose age is not enough to marry, namely under 19 years. Which when someone is not yet 19 years old is considered not mature enough physically and psychologically. there is also what is a factor in the occurrence of early marriage, which consists of internal factors and external factors. The internal factor is due to the will of the family, family conditions, self-will, it could also be due to customs. While the external factors are caused by pregnancy out of wedlock and also economic factors. Related to the problem of the effect of early marriage on the divorce rate in Panti District, it has a significant influence. The number of divorces from couples who married at an early age in the Panti District was 31 people from 2021 to 2022 where the number of early marriages was higher in 2022. Meanwhile, the number of couples who divorced at an early age was even greater in 2022 due to factors economy. This means that the divorce rate is also higher than the previous year, estimated at 1%.

Abstract

In a family, communication between husband and wife is very important to resolve various conflicts that occur in the family. Disturbance in the family, namely the presence of conflict when a wife has multiple roles. This study aims to determine the style of conflict management in the family of married couples working in Lumajang district. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with observational data collection techniques for married couples who work . The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique/probability sampling. Subjects who became a research sample with criteria were married couples, especially wives who work and live in Lumajang Regency. The results of this study are conflict management styles in the household in married couples who work in Lumajang Regency have various styles of conflict management.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of guidance and counseling teachers is in overcoming student indiscipline at MTs Mamba'ul Khoiriyatil Islamiyyah Bangsalsari. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive, data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and case studies. The role of the BK teacher in overcoming indiscipline does not immediately make decisions and immediately give punishment, the BK teacher solves it by first identifying the problem with a persuasive approach, then grouping the problem according to the level of the violation committed, then if the violation is intolerable or it includes serious violations of the counseling teacher also involving the homeroom teacher or school structure such as student assistants.Abstract ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia (kecuali artikel yang ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris) yang berisikan isu-isu pokok, tujuan penelitian, metode/pendekatan dan hasil penelitian. Abstrak ditulis dalam dua bahasa yaitu Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia, maksimal 200 kata dalam bahasa Inggrisdan150 kata dalam bahasa Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the portrait of the hedonism lifestyle and the causes of the emergence of hedonism lifestyle factors for students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program. This study used a qualitative approach by carrying out activities in certain fields in order to obtain the necessary data and information. Data analysis techniques used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Researchers collected data by reading several book lists, journal literacy, observation, and interviews. The researcher found an interesting thing to explore in this study, namely that we can find a hedonic lifestyle not only in adults who already have their own income but also in students who incidentally still ask money for snacks from their parents, this lifestyle is often found. Therefore, this hedonic lifestyle greatly influences the individual's life during the late adolescent years, in which consumptive actions continuously impact behavior using the principles of satisfaction and pleasure. The results of this study were obtained by interviewing five informants proving that the average hedonistic lifestyle is still attached to them today. In terms of appearance, they are still following trends when going to college, spending weekends by going for walks, often consuming fast food, and oversight prioritizing their desires without seeing the value or benefits as a trigger for a hedonic lifestyle. This should be anticipated or prevented before these behaviors control our lives.

Abstract

In adolescence, they begin to explore their identity, face pressure from the environment, and form views about themselves. One of the key aspects that is the foundation for the well-being and success of adolescents is self-confidence. Confidence is a belief in one's own abilities, self-esteem, and a positive perception of oneself. The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts made to foster self-confidence in adolescents at the At-Taqwa Qur'an House. The method used in this study is a qualitative method in which researchers describe and analyze efforts to increase adolescent self-confidence, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. Based on the results of the research that the researchers have done, the efforts made by young students in overcoming their lack of self-confidence are by changing negative mindsets to become positive, knowing their strengths and weaknesses and getting support from the closest people such as friends and family so they can build self-confidence positive for individuals.

Abstract

Delinquency committed by teenagers is behavior that is detrimental to themselves and to others. Juvenile delinquency for malicious behavior or juvenile delinquency is a socially pathological term that refers to a wide range, from socially unacceptable behavior to status violations to criminal acts. this is due to the influence of peers, because the influence of the school environment is very easy to influence the development of students, who are initially curious, then want to try and in the end are addicted to truancy, smoking or consuming liquor. The role of friends is needed in helping to deal with juvenile delinquency which can disturb the school environment. The purpose of providing motivation is so that teenagers who often commit deviant acts can change and become better individuals. From the results of our research, we conducted research on juvenile delinquency cases at SMA NEGERI 1 MUNCAR, namely students who skipped school hours and during Duha prayers, smoked, and consumed alcohol.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis-jenis pelanggaran kedisiplinan tata tertib sekolah dan hukuman yang akan didapatkan jika melanggar kedisiplinan tata tertib sekolah.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode causal.populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 131 siswa dan sampelnya sebanyak 49 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukan bahwa hasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Dengan melihat nilai sig 0,416 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung dan t tabel (0,832 < 1,677) dan pada tabel summary dengan melihat R Square = 0,083 atau 8,3%, jadi besar pengaruh kebijakan sekolah terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan tata tertib siswa MA Ma’arif NU Nurul Islam Pasirian adalah 8,3%. Abstract

Parenting style plays an important role in shaping children's learning achievement. It was found that an authoritative parenting style, which includes a combination of clear rules and emotional support, is associated with better learning achievement. Parents who are actively involved in their child's education, either through support at home or participating in school activities, also make a positive contribution to learning achievement. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of parenting style on students' achievement in MAN 2 Probolinggo City. The method used is a quantitative method with the Simple Random Sampling approach. The sample that became the target of this study were students and their parents. The achievements of MAN 2 Probolinggo City students are very diverse, ranging from academic and non-academic fields. According to the results that have been researched by researchers, we found that there was an influence on the parenting style applied by parents on the learning achievement of MAN 2 Probolinggo City students. So that parents must be smart in determining or implementing step-by-step and appropriate parenting styles for their children, so that they become good individuals.
