Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Yotube Online customer Reviews (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Price (X3) on Samsung Smartphone Purchase Decisions (Y). This type of research is quantitative research. By taking samples from students from the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019, as many as 100 people had purchased Samsung brand smartphones as research subjects. Sampling used a formula technique from Naresh K Malhotra, and data collection was carried out using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. Data were processed using the SPSS application by carrying out instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the test results in this research, it shows that the variables Online Reviews on YouTube (X1), product quality (X2), and Price (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Samsung Smartphones. Meanwhile, partially the variables Online Reviews on YouTube (X1), product quality (X2), and Price (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Samsung Smartphones. Keywords: Online Reviews On Youtube, Product Quality, Price, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The study aims to find out the impact of Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Review, and Price Perceptions on Purchase Decisions The Originote Hyalucera Moisturizer Case Study Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Islamic University of Armed Forces 2020. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a Slovin formula of 87 respondents. The study used SPSS data analysis methods in analyzing normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, double linear regression tests and adjusted R2 coefficient tests. The results showed that Influencer Marketing influences purchasing decisions, Online Customer Review influences purchase decisions, and Price Perception does not influence purchasing decision. Keywords: Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Review, Price Perception, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study investigates the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance in KUD Pakis, Malang Regency. The research variables consist of Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) as independent variables and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The findings suggest that partial regression analysis indicates a significant influence of Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), while Work Discipline (X2) does not show a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). Moreover, simultaneous regression analysis reveals that both Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Performance, Partial Regression, Simultaneous Regression

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality on repurchase interest through customer satisfaction. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an explanatory type of research. The population of this study is Tacibay Food Shop customers with a sample of 60 respondents obtained using non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study show that product quality affects repurchase interest, customer satisfaction affects repurchase interest, product quality affects customer satisfaction, product quality affects repurchase interest through customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Repurchase Interest, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth, beauty vloggers affects purchase intention with brand image in the role of intervening variable. The population of this research is students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020. This research used a non-probability sampling strategy, namely purposive sampling so that 95 respondents can be determined. One way to analyze data is to use quantitative descriptive methods. The research used a quantitative approach with analysis through the use of SmartPLS data processing. The findings from this research are that electronic word of mouth and beauty vloggers have a significant effect on brand image, brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention, electronic word of mouth and beauty vloggers have a significant effect on purchase intention. Electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase intention through brand image as an intervening variable, and beauty vlogger has a significant effect on purchase intention through brand image as an intervening variable. Keywords : Electronic Word of Mouth, Beauty Vlogger, Brand Image, Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study aim is to analyze internal factors, external factors and entrepreneurial learning that influence student interest in entrepreneurship. Abstract

Abstract The aims of this research are: 1) To find out how the Murabahah Agreement is implemented in iB Hijrah KPR Financing at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Malang, 2) To find out strategies for increasing public interest in iB Hijrah KPR financing at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Malang. By using a descriptive qualitative method that collects data by means of interviews, the data produced is based on observations in the field. The respondents of this research were the manager and marketing team of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Malang, direct and indirect observation, data collection with documents related to the object under study. The research results show that Home Ownership Credit (KPR) financing at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Malang can be done using a buying and selling system (murabahah). Customers who need funding can go directly to the Bank Muamalat office to submit a financing application to Bank Muamalat. Then the most effective strategy according to the Bank Muamalat KC Malang team is promotion, promotion is the most effective strategy in increasing the amount of iB Hijrah KPR financing and one of them is the anniversary promo program. Keywords: Murabahah, iB Hijrah KPR Financing

Abstract

Abstract In the era of globalization, the development of communication technology and the internet is encouraging changes thought patterns in human life. The Shope food application can collaborate with offline stores partners who want to collaborate with Shopee food and this can create benefits for both parties. The aim of this research is to understand and analyze services quality, trust, price, and promotion, which simultaneously and partially influence customer satisfaction. The population in this research is Shopee food customer who have and have used the Shopee food application. Approach method using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that the variables services quality, trust, price, and promotion have significant effect on Shopee food customers satisfaction. This is proven by partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. This research still cannot fully reveal the factors that the influence customer satisfaction with Shopee food. The independent variable in this research can only influence the dependent variable by 69% so there are still 31% variables or other factors that can influence customer satisfaction. Keywords : Services Quality, Trust, Price, Promotion, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the influence of the work environment, competence and work ethic on employee performance at KWB Tahu Kres UMKM. The sample used in this study were 31 employees using the saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Test F) and testing the partial hypothesis (Test t). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously (Test F) the variables of the work environment, competence and work ethic have a significant effect on employee performance at the UKM Tahu Kres KWB. Meanwhile, based on the results of the partial test (t test) the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance at the UMKM Tahu Kres KWB, the competency variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the UMKM Tahu Kres KWB, the work ethic variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the UMKM Tahu Kres KWB. Keywords: Work Environment, Competence, Work Ethic and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, company image, and trust on customer satisfaction among users of J&T Express services. The research method used is quantitative with purposive sampling technique on students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang who have used J&T Express courier services. The sample size used was 70 respondents based on the calculation of the number of indicators. The results of the study indicate that the combined influence of service quality, company image, and trust significantly affect customer satisfaction. Partially, service quality and company image have a positive impact on customer satisfaction, while trust does not significantly influence customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service quality, Company image, Trust and Customer satisfaction
