Abstract

Abstract This research discusses the crucial role of human resources in the sustainability of a company, particularly at Islamic Hospital Malang. The presence and quality of human resources have a significant impact on the formation and operation of the institution. The focus on patient care makes the role of human resources crucial in achieving the hospital's achievements and progress. This research aims to identify the influence of motivation, work environment, and leadership on employee performance in the hospital. Motivation serves as a driving factor for employees to achieve goals and enhance their performance. Additionally, a conducive work environment and effective leadership are also key factors in shaping individual and group performance. Abstract

Abstract This research refers to the factors of Location, Price and Product Quality on Decisions to Buy Peanuts, with the aim of finding out whether or not an object has an influence on the subject under study. Kangga Village is a village with abundant agricultural products, one of the agricultural products in Kangga Village is peanuts. The problem most peanut producers face is price volatility. Price fluctuations are caused by an imbalance in supply and demand and are influenced by the quantity and price of production factors (inputs) used. Therefore, farmers need to know the price of peanuts, the prices of production factors, and the factors that influence changes (Achmad, 2009). Apart from that, we also strive for ideal location and product quality. The increasingly stringent role in the business world means that business actors must be smarter in understanding changes in consumer behavior. Abstract

Abstract Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan is an increasingly popular tourist destination in Malang City. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and location on visitor satisfaction in Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan. Service quality includes friendliness, speed, accuracy, consistency, reliability, and responsiveness of officers in serving visitors. Meanwhile, location factors include ease of access, availability of supporting facilities, comfortable and safe environment, strategic location, and visibility and availability of information.This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to visitors of Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of service quality and location on visitor satisfaction simultaneously and partially.The results showed that service quality and location have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction in Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan, both simultaneously and partially. Thus, efforts to improve service quality and strategic location selection are very important to increase visitor satisfaction, which in turn will support the development of tourism in Malang City in a sustainable manner. Keywords: Service Quality, Location, Visitor Satisfaction, Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan, Tourism.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of company size, company growth and profitability on company value in companies in the food and beverage industry sector which are listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research uses Explanative Research. The sample selection for this study used a purposive sampling method using several criteria. From these criteria, companies in the food and beverage sector are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), companies in the food and beverage industry sector that do not publish annual financial reports consistently on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period and companies in the food and beverage sector. did not experience delisting on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis and used SPSS version 29.0. The results of this study show. Company size has a partially insignificant negative effect on firm value, Company growth has a partially positive and insignificant effect on firm value and Profitability has a partially significant positive effect on firm value Company size, company growth and profitability have a significant positive effect simultaneously on firm value in companies the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2021 Keywords: Company size, company growth profitability and company value.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, communication, and teamwork on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of Field 1 of the Pasuruan Regency Environmental Service. The determination of the number of samples used saturated samples with a total of 83 employees as respondents. The results of the study stated that individual characteristics, communication, and teamwork simultaneously influenced employee performance and partially individual characteristics and teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance while communication did not affect employee performance. Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Communication, Teamwork, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and Employee Communication (Case study of employees of PT. Energi Lautan Nusantara Plant 1 Malang).  This type of research uses a quantitative approach and the data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. Based on the results of this study indicate that Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and Employee Communication simultaneously affect Employee Performance while partially Work Motivation has no effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture affects Employee Performance and Employee Communication affects Employee performance. Keywords : Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Employee Communication, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract  This research aims to analyze the influence of transaction security, online customer reviews and ratings on purchasing interest. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study was 68 respondents, with sampling using purposing sampling. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that transaction security, while online customer reviews and ratings simultaneously have a significant effect on student purchasing interest in Malang City. Keywords: Transaction Security, Online Customer Review, Rating, and Buying  Interest.

Abstract

Abtract This study aims to determine the effect of Price Perception, Product Variation and Online Customer Experience on E-Customer Loyalty on students using online shop applications at the Islamic University of Malang. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires online through google form to students at the Islamic University of Malang who had made repeated purchases in the last 6 months. Sample determination using purposive sampling method. The respondents collected amounted to 100, then carried out data processing using IBM SPSS Version 29 software. The results of this study state that Price Perception and Product Variation partially have no effect on E-Customer Loyalty, but Online Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on E-Customer Loyalty.
