Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect quality of information system and quality of information on  user satisfaction of e-filing system. The object of the research is conducted at the Tax Services Office (KPP) Pratama Karanganyar, using sample of 100 respondent with purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaire techniques, data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results show that (1) quality of information system have significant effect on user satisfaction of e-filing system. (2) quality of information have significant effect on user satisfaction of e-filing system. Implication of this study, increased the quality of information system and quality of information can influencing increased on user satisfaction of e-filing system. Keywords: quality of information system, quality of information, user satisfaction of e-filing system

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of service quality, perceived price, quality products and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions in Toko seni kerajinan Mas & perak sulaiman intan Permata at SemarangThe population used is the customers who've purchased the product in Toko Seni Kerajinan Mas & Perak Sulaiman Intan Permata. The amount of sample that is used as much as 100. Then the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes the Validity, Reliability Test, Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing through F test and t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²).Based on the research results, obtained by regression equation: Y =  0,187 X1 + 0,284 X2 +0,234 X3 + 0,320 X4 . All Hypothesistested using t test showed that the variable quality of service,perception of price, quality products and word of mouth is found to significantly affect dependentvariable (purchase decision).  Then through the F test can be seen that the independent variablefeasible to test the dependent variable (purchase decision). Result from Adjusted R Square of 0.648 or 64,8%  indicates that  purchase decision variable can be explained by the variable quality of service, perception of price, quality products and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions, while the remaining 35.2% is explained by other variables out side the four variables used in the study .

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is the virus that causes Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS), which is a global health problem in both developed and developing countries. HIV / AIDS is a sexually transmitted disease that can be transmitted throughout society from infants to adults both male and female. Women's socio-economic prone included into the vulnerable groups because of poor health status, durability and family welfare would have the potential to perform high-risk of HIV infection and AIDS. The purpose of the research is to analyze the knowledge and attitudes of women's socio -economic prone on the prevention of transmission of HIV / AIDS in Pekalongan. This research method is quantitative and qualitative. The samples of this research are 47 WRSE in Pekalongan, taken 4 WRSE study subjects aged 18-50 years with criteria, are married and have children, widows live / dead widow who becomes the primary breadwinner families or married to a husband who worked at sea for long periods (return 3 months or more), working as a bus driver Inter-City Inter-Province (AKAP), truck drivers, or work outside the city without clarity, have dependents by more than 3 people, stay in Pekalongan. Collecting data through in-depth interviews and analysis with content-analysis. The results showed WRSE knowledge about STDs, HIV / AIDS as well as an overview of HIV disease AIDS is still very limited, limited knowledge society is due to the lack of dissemination to the public of information relating to HIV / AIDS and VCT clinics presence in Pekalongan by the Government. Negative attitudes towards PLHIV community committed (People Living with HIV / AIDS) is caused by ignorance of the community clearly. It is recommended to promote coordination among agencies in providing public education, socializa tion expanded, the type of information plus, especially socialization related to the prevention of disease transmission, forming an organization engaged in the protection and prevention of HIV/AIDS. Abstract

Dewasa ini, perkembangan dunia bisnis semakin berkembang pesat dan ketat, sehingga banyak perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan yang cukup berat, yaitu pelanggan menginginkan kualitas pelayanan yang lebih baik. Salah satu perusahaan baru di Indonesia yang dihadapkan pada tantangan tersebut ialah PT Tumbas Sinergi Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan membentuk suatu pemodelan mengenai kualitas pelayanan dari PT Tumbas Sinergi Indonesia, untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh dan signifikansi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan dengan menggunakan analisis Covarian Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) dan jenis pemodelan non-recursive (timbal balik). Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan program LISREL 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data tidak mengikuti distribusi normal multivariat sehingga berdasarkan asumsi ketidaknormalan data maka model diestimasi menggunakan metode ML dengan mengoreksi standart error dan beberapa goodness of fit indices. Jadi Variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai koefisien jalur ( ) sebesar 0,90 terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, variabel kepuasan pelanggan memiliki nilai koefisien jalur ( ) sebesar 0,61 terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan variabel loyalitas pelanggan (LP) mempunyai nilai koefisien jalur ( ) terhadap kualitas pelayanan (KL) dan koefisien jalur ( ) sebesar 0,20 begitu pula sebaliknya sebab terjadi hubungan timbal balik antar kedua variabel.Dewasa ini, perkembangan dunia bisnis semakin berkembang pesat dan ketat, sehingga banyak perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan yang cukup berat, yaitu pelanggan menginginkan kualitas pelayanan yang lebih baik. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the impact of corporate governance towards dividend policy in several countriesn Asia, Australia, and Africa. Focusing on literature review and analyzing the result with theoretical andpractical implication disscussed in this paper. Based on paper review, we generalize corporate governancehave significant and negative effect towards dividend policy. But we realize that result from such countriestudied show neither confirmation or rejection to subtitutive theory. There are also conceptual model proposedrom literature review from previous empirical result about effect of corporate governance toward dividend policy.Suggest for future research discussed to gain valuable information about corporate governance anddividend policy.

Abstract

Bank thithil merupakan sebutan bagi sektor finansial yang meminjamkan uang kepada masyarakat dengan sistem tagihan harian atau mingguan. Meminjam uang dari Bank Thithil dianggap sebagai solusi tercepat untuk mengatasi kondisi ketidakberdayaan masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dana yang semakin besar. Bank Thihil menawarkan proses pencairan dana dan persyaratan yang relatif mudah. Akan tetapi disisi lain Bank Thithil memiliki sisi kelemahan bagi masyarakat, seperti tarif bunga yang relatif tinggi hal tersebut tentu memberatkan bagi masyarakat menengah kebawah. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya solusi dengan cara melakukan sosialisasi tentang pencegahan praktek bank thithil melalui penawaran dana bergulir kepada masyarakat Desa Bambang. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat sekitar Desa Bambang tentang dampak negatif praktek Bank Thithil; memberikan penawaran dana bergulir tanpa bunga yang tidak memberatkan dan terhindar dari praktek riba. Dengan adanya dana bergulir tanpa bunga diharapkan dapat menyediakan fasilitas permodalan dalam bentuk pinjaman pembiayaan yang mudah dan murah kepada masyarakat Desa Bambang yang memiliki usaha mikro, dan memperkuat peran usaha mikro, dalam upaya memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

The profit growth can be used as a measure of achievement of a bank in the assessment of bank performance. This can be achieved if the level of health of banks consisting Capital Adequacy Ratio, Assets Quality, Net Interest Margin, Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Interest Risk Ratio in accordance with the standards set by the government. For this study aims to assess how the influence of the bank to profit growth, particularly private banks non-foreign national 2013-2014 period amounting to 23 banks. By using hypothesis testing found that the Return On Asset and Loan to Deposit Ratio positive effect on the growth rate of bank profits, while the Capital Adequacy Ratio, kualiatas Assets, Net Profit Margin and Risk Ratio interst does not affect the bank's profit growth.Keywords: Health, Income Growth, Bank

Abstract

As one of the brands of smartphone products, Oppo already has a good market share in the market in Indonesia and has become one of the smartphone products that are well considered and chosen by its users, including students in Islamic University. The purpose of this study was to analyze the most dominant impact between brand preference, brand image, and price on the purchase intention of Oppo Smartphones perceived by students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Data collection was taken over one month period, as 97 respondents are participating in this study. The data collected was processed and analyzed quantitatively to test the effect on each relationship between variables in the research model that was built. Among the three proposed hypotheses, only two were accepted and confirmed in this study. An important finding is revealed that price is not considered an important factor in Oppo Smartphone purchase intention. Thus, the price of Oppo Smartphone descriptively is the best thing perceived by respondents. Meanwhile, brand image was found to be the most important determinant of purchase intention as perceived by respondents. Discussions and opportunities for further research are presented at the end of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the business partnership between the Sumber Makmur Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) and PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna has been running effectively. This study also try to find out how the business partner relationship formed between the Sumber Makmur Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) and PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna could develop business and improve community welfare in Ngantang, Malang Regency. Study focused on description about partnership implementation and what benefits are obtained from it. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection method used is a system of observation, interviews, distribution questionnaires, and documentation. The population of this study are employees of Cigarette Production Partner (MPS) in Ngantang, while the number of respondents as a sample is employees who get direct benefits from the company. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. Result from this study reveal that there is reduced unemployment rate of the Ngantang community since the start of the factory construction, approximately 90% of MPS workers are local people. Another finding is about the existence of CSR funds can provide better education to the Ngantang community to respond to Natural Disasters, Fires, and the Environment in the form of reforestation, as well as help or reduce the cost of education for orphans. In general, partnership between KUD and HMS is able to increase the economic growth of the Ngantang community and its circumstances.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the market reaction before and after the announcement of a stock return purchase (buy back) at a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this research, the method used is event studies, the sampling method used is purposive sampling obtained from 48 real estate and property companies so 17 companies are used as samples. The analysis used is the analysis of trading volume activity average there are differences in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of share buyback, and there are differences in trading volume activity before and after the announcement of a share buyback.Keywords: Buy Back, Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity
