Abstract

Adapun penelitian ini penting untuk dilaksanakan dalam Mata Kuliah Qiraah di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab adalah karena mata kuliah qiraah merupakan bagian kompetensi inti dari pembelajaran bahasa arab yang harus dikuasai peserta didik maupun para pendidik yang belum banyak tahu tentang hal ini. Sehingga, hal tersebut hendaknya bisa dijadikan sebagai penguatan pembelajaran qiraah bagi pendidik lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah TIM dosen pengampu MK Qiro’ah. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat tiga strategi yang dosen gunakan, yaitu: Kelompok kecil dan Kelompok Besar serta potongan Puzzle Paragraf, Membaca Cepat vs Membaca Tepat bermain dengan Mufradat, Belajar dari Film Menelaah Kelompok Kata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian berbasis case method ini merupakan salah satu pilihan yang dapat diterapkan oleh dosen untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi mahasiswa. Pada awalnya penerapan pembelajaran berbasis case method dalam MK Reading/Qiroah ini menuai keraguan bagi tim peneliti. Setelah diterapkan dengan memberikan aktivitas atau kegiatan seperti potongan puzzel, dosen dan mahasiswa mengakui bahwa pembelajaran dengan jenis ini lebih bervariatif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

today social media is an effective, transparent and efficient communication medium. the approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, with the type of research library research. The primary data sources in this study are the books of commentary (Ibn Jarir Ath-Thobari, Ibn Kathir, Al-Misbah, and Al-Azhar) and secondary data on theses, journals, and articles that discuss tabayyun, as well as dictionaries, and books related to tabayyun. which is relevant. The results of this study conclude that according to various opinions of mufassir from classical and contemporary circles, namely 1) There is a prohibition on hasty in taking action on a news 2) Fasiq is a liar and makes mistakes or is damaged. 3) Every news must be filtered so that they do not step or act in an unnatural situation. 4) The information that comes is not justified or rejected, but the truth must be investigated first

Abstract

Openness of public information is one of the pillars of freedom of expression and the pillars of democracy, transparency and good governance. To encourage public participation, Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information was born. The provision regulates social norms to obtain data access and guarantees that each individual fulfills his basic rights. This research is focused on the implications of these regulations at the University of Jambi. As a public body, the University of Jambi is required to apply all the provisions that have been set. Aside from being a controlling system, this policy must be addressed as part of bureaucratic reform, especially regarding good governance so that the fundamental changes that occur are directly proportional to the area of change desired. The research methodology uses the normative type of jurisprudence, namely by examining the legal literature through the study of documents with the nature of analytic description so as to produce systematic factual basis.

Abstract

Karakter religius merupakan hal yang penting bagi generasi muda bangsaIndonesia. Dengan memiliki karakrer religius yang kuat, diharapkan generasimuda bangsa Indonesia memiliki benteng diri yang kokoh untuk menanggulangiberbagai cobaan hidup yang semakin sulit dan pengaruh tantang globalisasi yangsemakin kompleks, dan dengan karakrer religius yang kuat diharapkan pulamereka bisa memahami dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam sesuai dengan konsepyang benar.Karakter religius adalah sikap dan perilaku yang patuh dalammelaksanakan ajaran agama yang dianutnya, toleran terhadap pelaksanaan ibadahagama lain, dan hidup rukun dengan pemeluk agama lain. Di dalam panduanpendidikan karakter (kemendiknas, 2010: 16) dikatakan bahwa nilai karakterdalam hubungannya dengan Tuhan (Religius) berupa pikiran, perkataan, dantindakan seseorang yang diupayakan selalu berdasarkan pada nilai-nilaiKetuhanan dan/atau ajaran agamanya.Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin tertinggidi lembaganya memiliki wewenang yang luas serta tanggung jawab yang beratuntuk membina karakter religius para peserta didik. Kepala sekolah dapatmenyusun serangkaian program dalam rangka pembinaan karakter religius parapeserta didik, program itu antara lain adalah memaksimalkan peran guruPendidikan Agama Islam, dengan harapan bahwa peran yang maksimal dari guruPAI mampu membantu kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan para peserta didikyang memiliki karakter religius yang baik.

Abstract

ملخص البجث أما خلفية البحث هى إرادة معرفة نتيجة سعي المدرس لعلاج صعوبات الطلاب في دراسة اللغة العربية بمدرسة الثانوية الاحسانية سرنغ بورنغ موار جمبي. و إنما سعي المدرس هي عامل مهم في عملية التعلم الواجب حتى تصويل غرض التربية. و أما جنس هذا البحث الكيفي الذى تهدف لتصوير سعي المدرس لعلاج صعوبات الطلاب في دراسة اللغة العربية بمدرسة الثانوية الاحسانية سرنغ بورنغ موار جمبي. و أما طريقة جمع البيانات فى هذا البحث هي طريقة المراقبة والمحاورة والوثيقة. وأما طريقة جمع البيانات فى هذا البحث باستخدام فورفوسيف سمفلينج. بناء على النتيجة المحصولة فى هذا البحث يمكن الاستخلاص ان سعي المدرس لعلاج صعوبات الطلاب في دراسة اللغة العربية بمدرسة الثانوية الاحسانية سرنغ بورنغ موار جمبي هي تنقسم إلى ثلاثة نوعا. الأولى, المدرس اختيار الطريقة المناسبة . والثانى, وأمر ان يمارس تكلم اللغة العربية في مادة الدرس. والثالث , والمدرس زيادة الرس الاضافى و عوائق التى تواجه التلاميذ فى دراسة اللغة العربية بمدرسة الاحسانية سرنغ بورنغ موار جمبي منها : التلاميذ لا يفهم بشرح المدرس , التلاميذ لا يستطيع ان يرجم الحوار ,ولا يحب بالمادة اللغة العربية الكلمة المفتاجبة : سعي المدرس، المشكلات اللغوية

Abstract

Purpose - This study aimed to analyze the learning model for speaking Arabic in the perspective of constructivism theory at Al Muhsinin Kerinci Islamic Boarding School and teachers’ effort in supporting the learning model used. Design/methodology/approach - The research method used by researchers in this study was field research is descriptive qualitative. Findings - The results showed that the learning model of Arabic speaking skills at Al Muhsinin Kerinci Islamic Boarding School studied contextual learning models consisting of daily communication activities using Arabic, quantum learning models related to independent learning activities and further learning, cooperative learning models including activities morning vocabulary learning and Arabic conversation and problem-based learning models in Arabic discussion. Originality/value – Learning Arabic speaking skills for non-native speakers in the Boarding School needs to be constructed with complications from a compilation of various learning models. Abstract

This article aims to overview how the International Humanitarian Law regulates the protection of cultural heritages at the event of armed conflict. Applying a normative legal method, this article coclude that the protection for the cultural objects during an armed conflict is regulated in the Hague Convention IV of 1907, the Geneva Conventions IV of 1949, the Hague Convention of 1954, and the Second Protocols to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict 1999. The Hague Convention of 1954 mentions about safeguarding of the cultural property from any harm as a result of armed conflicts and about respect for the cultural objects. Each nation is responsible to avoid, prevent, and forbid any harfmul acts against cultural property. However, no stipulation is mentioned on how the victims whose cultural objects are destroyed could sue for any destructions. Therefore it is recommended that a special International Body be formed to supervise any harmful activities toward the cultural objects. Such a body might be more than just an International Court of Justice whose function is to settle any objections, sues, or claims from parties whose cultural objecs have been destroyed during armed conflicts.

Abstract

Abstrak: Hukum Islam di samping memiliki fungsi sebagai kontrol sosial juga memiliki fungsi sebagai alat perubahan sosial. Untuk itu, hukum Islam harus memiliki sifat yang elastis dalam menghadapi perubahan-perubahan sosial yang membutuhkan kepastian hukum. Dalam menghadapi atau menjawab dan mengantisipasi problem-problem sosial secara kontekstual, hukum Islam menawarkan konsep metodologi penalaran hukum Islam dengan menggunakan tiga pola yaitu pola bayânî, pola ta’lîlî, dan pola istishlâhî. Pola ta’lîlî (penentuan illat atau faktor hukum) akan digunakan apabila pola bayânî (kajian semantik) dirasa kurang menjangkau tujuan hukum. Demikian pula pola istishlâhî (pertimbangan kemaslahatan atau kepentingan umum) baru digunakan apabila pola bayânî dan pola ta’lîlî dirasa kurang menjakau tujuan hukum. Ketiga pola inilah yang mendasari kajian hermeneutika dalam hukum Islam sebagaimana akan dibahas dalam ulasan tulisan ini. Kata Kunci:  Perubahan Sosial, Metodologi Hukum Islam. Abstract: Islamic law in addition to having a function as social control also has a function as a tool of social change. For this reason, Islamic law must have an elastic nature in the face of social changes that require legal certainty. In confronting or answering and anticipating social problems contextually, Islamic law offers the concept of islamic legal reasoning methodology using three patterns: the bayânî pattern, ta'lîlî pattern, and istishlâhî pattern. The pattern ta'lîlî (determination of illat or legal factors) will be used when the bayânî pattern (semantic study) is considered to lack the purpose of the law. Similarly, the istishlâhî pattern (consideration of welfare or public interest) is only used when the bayânî pattern and ta'lîlî pattern are perceived to lack the purpose of the law. These three patterns are the basis of the study of hermeneutics in Islamic law as discussed in this review of the paper.Keywords: Social Change, Methodology of Islamic Law.

Abstract

Qualitative research using this case study approach is to explore and describe the supervision of the principal in managing teachers from the perspective of the nature of the Prophet: Shidiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah in the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School, Muara Jambi Regency. The data were collected through interviews and document studies of 4 participants, namely the headmaster of kindergarten/early childhood schools, SDIT, MTs, and the leader of the Hidayatullah Muaro Islamic Boarding School Jambi. Interview data were analyzed using a case and cross-case analysis between participants. The results showed four main categories, namely (1) like fingerprints, most of them had been carried out (2) like the mandate that they had been carried out (3) like tabligh that they had run as the program (4) there were obstacles and supporters in implementing the program following the nature of the prophet. The obstacles are laziness, not istiqomah (discipline), a busy schedule of activities, lack of awareness, while the supporting factors are a family atmosphere, halaqoh marhalah ula, marhalah wustho, deliberation, meetings, congregational prayers, reading the Koran, recitation, training, Madrasah working group (KKM), and Teacher working group (KKG).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the process of learning Arabic in the new normal era, the demotivating phenomenon of learning Arabic, the teacher's obstacles in overcoming the demotivation of learning Arabic, and the solution to the demotivating phenomenon of learning Arabic in the new normal era. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Well, interviews, observations, and documentation a comprehensive data collection techniques. The results showed that there was demotivation in learning Arabic in class X IPS MA DDI Kijang Island, evidenced by internal and external factors which showed that: 1) students were less active and enthusiastic in learning Arabic, 2) Students found it difficult to learn Arabic. Arabic, 3) Changes in unscheduled learning conditions, 4) The methods used by teachers are less varied, 5) Limited duration of learning, 6) Less conducive learning environment. The teacher's efforts and solutions to overcome demotivation and increase motivation to learn Arabic are as follows: 1) Become a cool teacher, 2) Encourage students to keep practicing, 3) Score points and praise. The previous research was conducted before the pandemic face-to-face, while this research was conducted online during the pandemic.
