Abstract

Angka anemia di UPTD Puskesmas Peulumat mencapai 16.4 % sedangkan tablet tambah darah di UPTD Puskesmas Peulumat selalu di berikan pada ibu hamil. Hal ini dapat disebabkan beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah malabsorbsi. Sehingga diperlukan tambahan vitamin C untuk dapat membantu menyerap tablet Fe yang dikonsumsi dengan cara minum jus buah bit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemberian jus buah bit pada ibu hamil terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin di wilayah UPTD Puskesmas Peulumat Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan pretest-posttest with control group design.Populasi dan sampel adalah 30 responden dengan kelompok Perlakuan sebanyak 15 responden dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 15 responden dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling  dengan ketentuan inklusi dan eklusi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji statistik paired sample t test pada kelompok kontrol didapatkan Pvalue = 0,455 > 0.05 dan pada kelompok Perlakuan didapatkan Pvalue = 0.000 > 0.05 jadi, ada pengaruh pemberian jus jambu buah bit pada ibu hamil terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin. Disarankan kepada instansi pemerintahan terkait di kabupaten aceh selatan secara intens melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat khususnya tentang manfaat Jus buah bit dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin padas ibu hamil, ibu hamil.Kata kunci : Anemia, Ibu hamil, Buah BitThe rate of anemia in the UPTD of the Peulumat Health Center reached 16.4% while the blood-added tablets at the UPTD of the Peulumat Health Center were always given to pregnant women. This can be caused by several factors, one of which is malabsorption. So that additional vitamin C is needed to help absorb Fe tablets consumed by drinking beetroot juice. This study aims to examine the effect of giving beetroot juice to pregnant women on increasing hemoglobin levels in the UPTD Puskesmas Peulumat in 2022. The type of research used was a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest with control group design. The population and sample were 30 respondents with a group design. The treatment was 15 respondents and the control group was 15 respondents with purposive sampling technique with the provision of inclusion and exclusion. The results showed that the statistical test paired sample t test in the control group obtained P value = 0.455 > 0.05 and in the Treatment group obtained P value = 0.000 > 0.05 so, there is an effect of giving beetroot juice to pregnant women on increasing hemoglobin levels. It is recommended to the relevant government agencies in South Aceh Regency to intensively educate the public, especially about the benefits of beetroot juice to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women, pregnant women.Keywords: Anemia, Pregnant women, Bit

Abstract

Health development is an investment in boosting human resource quality. In order to accomplish the desired health development, the family planning program is an excellent strategy to promote family resilience, health, and safety for mothers, children, and women. The IUD is a safe, effective, and low-risk contraception. The purpose of this study is to identify the variables related with women of reproductive age using IUD contraception. This study employed an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The population were 1,071 people, and the sample was 91 people taken by using incidental sampling. A questionnaire was employed as the measuring method, with univariate data analysis, bivariate with chi square, and multivariate testing.The results of this study were obtained from 91 respondents who used IUDs, 29 respondents (31.87%) and non-IUDs, 62 respondents (68.13%). Variable knowledge about side effects (p-value=0.000), experience of use (p-value=0.001), culture, traditions and beliefs (p-value=0.006), where to obtain family planning services (p-value=0.007) and support from health workers (p-value=0.000) has a relationship with the participation of women of childbearing age in the use of IUD contraception. The most significant variables in the use of IUD contraception included varying awareness about adverse effects, culture, customs, and beliefs, and support from health personnel. The variables that most affect the involvement of women of reproductive age in the use of IUD family planning are health worker support, culture, traditions, and beliefs, and understanding of adverse effects. It is recommended that health professionals assist in increasing the use of the IUD as an effective and efficient contraception

Abstract

Pregnancy is the most beautiful gift that many women dream of, a desired or uncertain pregnancy will be dispensed with, including the nausea and vomiting that pregnant women often feel. Nausea and vomiting in pregnant women is a physiological condition experienced by every first trimester pregnant woman when excessive nausea and vomiting (hypermesis) affects the mother and her fetus. World Health Organization (WHO) In 2016 almost 830 women die every day related to pregnancy and childbirth, 99% of all maternal deaths occur in developing countries. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving ginger boiled water in reducing emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the 1st and 2nd trimesters at the Setia Budi Bidan Lisda Wati Clinic in 2022. The design of this study was a Quasy Experiment with a One Group Pre Test – Post test Design. The population in this study were 10 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique is a sample selection based on certain criteria as many as 10 people, the statistical test used is the t test. The data obtained were the pre-test before being given a value of 10 SD 1.581 while the post-test after being given N10 SD 1.955. from the results of the statistical test, namely the t test with a confidence level of 95%, it is known that the P-value = 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion in this study is the effectiveness of giving ginger boiled water in reducing emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the 1st and 2nd trimester at the Setia Budi Bidan Lisda Wati Medan clinic in 2022. It is suggested that the results of this study can be applied to reduce emesis in pregnant women in a natural way, namely drinking ginger decoction..
