Abstract

Abstract—SIM card provider is the center of mobile telecommunication such as telephones, texting, Internet or Blackberry messenger. Lately, the SIM card business development is be marked more kinds of SIM card offered by the provider company with various brands, features and facilities. This causes consumers find it difficult to choose the SIM card that suits their needs such as the phone call need, texting need, Internet and Blackberry package, and bonus that the consumer wants. From the problems above, consumer need a decision support system that can gives SIM card recommendation which suits the consumer’s needs. The SIM card provider decision-making selection can be complex because of the multiple purposes of consumer. One of the tools that are suitable to use for SIM card sorting priority is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) that is developed by Thomas L. Saaty. The final result from this thesis is a system of SIM card provider selection decision-making support which suits with the consumer’s needs. The system is tested with data collection by using questionnaire, which aims to obtain data that is more accurate about the usefulness of the system that has been created. Data collection are through the 30 respondents who tried the system from the user side and 5 respondents who filled out questionnaires from the administrator side. The results of the data collection and analysis of data collected declare that this system has its deficiency, especially the difficulty of priority weighting of both.

Abstract

Medical record is a note related to service and action which was accepted by the patient on the health facility. Nowadays, data about medical record have been saved electronically both in form of computer file or database file. Today, the medical record can only be accessed by the hospital and the patients themselves. Medical record supposed to be a consideration in taking particular medical action in real situation. The centralized medical record is needed in order to ease the exchange of medical record among hospitals or other institute. The centralized medical record will involve a lot of data from many sources. The design of the data warehouse can be a solution, in which the data warehouse is a place to submit the data or the data which have been submitted systemically so it can be used to help the analysis and report. By designing the centralized medical recorded it is expected that in the future it can give the complex information and analyzing the data.

Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which has become a major influence for change in all sectors, including health, especially in medical records is called electronic medical record. Basically an electronic medical record is the use of electronic methods to collect, store, process, and access patient records in hospitals that have been stored in a multimedia database management system, bringing together various medical data sources. Often the problem arises there is no relationship between the respective health care providers in terms of information on the medical record. Although the patient may have a medical examination at a health care provider vary at a certain time. This leads to the same inspection occurring repeatedly. Whereas previous medical records are very useful in further medical examination. Of the several problems mentioned above have designed a centralized electronic medical record system that accommodates patient medical records in a centralized database for the purpose of patient records stored in a single database storage. So if one day the patient is registered in the system, if referred from one hospital to another hospital in the area, data can be viewed and accessed based on data from the hospital or health care provider who has joined in this system. Abstract

Management Information System Project (E-Signature) is a collaborative project between the Department Investment and Integrated Service Denpasar City with Institute for Research and Community Service of Udayana University. This project is commenced on 21 April 2017 and must be completed on 21 August 2017, the project is supervised and controlled directly by the Section Data Processing and Investment Information System. The plan of this project will be launched in January 2018. Before the system is launched and used by permit applicants and related officials, we need to have an audit on the quality of project management. To measure the quality of project management we used one of the knowledge in the Project Management Body Framework of Knowledge (PMBOK) that is Management Quality Project. We also use Capability Maturity Model (CMM) to help define the maturity level of information systems management. With this we can know the quality of Project Management Information System Management License (E-Signature) at the Department Investment and Integrated Service Denpasar City and provide recommendations or information related to the results of the audit we have done.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is very fond of soccersport, according to Gojek-Traveloka League data there are anaverage of 13,423 spectators watching every game. With a sizeableaudience and a fairly regular schedule of matches by clubs andleagues in Indonesia. It makes predictions interesting because itwill provide an overview and direction of support for thecompeting club. In some studies relating to predictions anddecisions recommending the use of excessive C4.5 methods oralgorithms, such as the C4.5 algorithm can produce decision treesthat are easy to interpret, have an acceptable level of accuracy,efficient in dealing with discrete type attributes and can handleattribute of discrete and numeric type. So based on theexplanation, this research will discuss about the prediction ofIndonesian football club match using C4.5 method based on gamehistory that has been done before. The purpose of this research isto know how far C4.5 method can be applied in predicting soccermatch. The results of this study indicate that the C4.5 algorithmcan be implemented in predictions of the results of the gameproved with a fairly good accuracy of 63.04%.

Abstract

Perangkat Internet of Things(IoT) yang diimplementasikan di banyak tempat dapat mengalami perubahan berupa update firmware. Update firmware pada sebuah perangkat Internet of Things (IoT) biasanya dilakukan dengan cara mengambil perangkat Internet of Things(IoT), lalu menghubungkan ke komputer menggunakan kabel USB, selanjutnya melakukan update firmware terhadap perangkat Internet of Things(IoT) dan mengembalikan perangkat ke tempat. Dengan adanya metode pembaruan Over The Air (OTA), pembaruan firmware pada perangkat Internet of Things(IoT) dapat dilakukan tanpa harus datang ke tempat perangkat Internet of Things (IoT) tersebut. Sehingga ketika terdapat pembaruan firmware, perangkat Internet of Things (IoT) dapat langsung melakukan download dan menginstall sendiri tanpa intervasi manusia. Over The Air update firmware adalah memuat firmware hasil build dari Arduino IDE pada perangkat Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan antar muka jaringan Wi-Fi, pada penelitian ini perangkat mikrokontroller yang digunakan yaitu ESP32. Platform yang digunakan yaitu ThingsBoard yang bersifat open-source. Platfrom ThingsBoard ini memungkinkan untuk mengunggah dan mendistribusikan pembaruan Over The Air (OTA) ke perangkat Internet of Things (IoT). Administrator pada Thingsboard dapat mengunggah firmware atau paket perangkat lunak ke repositori Over The Air (OTA), lalu menetapkannya ke Profil Perangkat atau Perangkat Internet of Things (IoT) . ThingsBoard akan memberi tahu perangkat tentang pembaharuan yang tersedia dan menyediakan API khusus protokol untuk mengunduh firmware. Platform ThingsBoard ini akan melacak status pembaruan dan menyimpan riwayat pembaruan. Proses pembaruan ini dapat dipantau menggunakan dashboard. Platform ThingsBoard ini bisa digunakan secara gratis maupun berbayar tergantung kebutuhan dari proyek Internet of Things(IoT). Bukan hanya itu saja platform ThingsBoard ini dilengkapi sistem keamanan berbasis token akses, MQTT basic credentials, dan Otentikasi berbasis sertifikat X.509.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDetection of estrus can usually be done by looking at the state of the vulpa and the behavior of cattle. In addition, there are cows with subestrus or silent heat that do not show their estrus symptoms physically, such as the vulva swells, flushes and the clear liquid comes out by hanging from the vulva or seen at the base of the tail. One of the factors that cause reproductive problems and low pregnancy rates in cattle herds is due to the failure to detect estrus. Based on these conditions, it can be seen that not all breeders are able to detect animal estrus properly. From these problems, it is proposed a system that is able to detect estrus in cattle based on cow motion. The system is built using an accelerometer and Arduino microcontroller which is expected to be able to help detect the occurrence. The results of system performance testing using the K-Means algorithm compared to expert results obtained an accuracy of 72.2%. According to experts, Reproductive Veterinarians, these results can be used to help farmers to recognize the emergence of estrus symptoms in Bali cattle, but this system must be developed again to get better results.Keywords : Arduino, Accelerometer, Estrus, Bali CattleABSTRAKDeteksi estrus biasanya dapat dilakukan dengan melihat keadaan vulpa dan tingkah laku ternak. Selain itu terdapat sapi-sapi yang subestrus atau silent heat yang tidak memperlihatkan gejala estrus secara fisik, seperti vulva membengkak, memerah dan keluar cairan bening menggantung dari vulva atau terlihat di pangkal ekor. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan masalah reproduksi dan rendahnya angka kebuntingan pada kelompok ternak sapi disebabkan oleh gagalnya dalam mendeteksi estrus. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa tidak semua peternak mampu mendeteksi estrus hewan dengan baik. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka diusulkan suatu sistem yang mampu mendeteksi estrus pada sapi berdasarkan gerak sapi. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan accelerometer berbasis mikrokontroler arduino yang diharapkan mampu membantu mendeteksi terjadinya. Setelah mengetahui waktu estrus, peternak dapat melakukan langkah yang tepat sehingga keberhasilan kebuntingan dapat terjadi secara lebih optimal. Hasil pengujian unjuk kerja system menggunakan algoritma K-Means yang dibandingkan dengan hasil pakar memperoleh akurasi sebesar 72.2 %. Menurut pakar yaitu Dokter Hewan Bidang Reproduksi, hasil ini telah dapat digunakan membantu peternak untuk mengenali munculnya gejala estrus pada sapi Bali namun sistem ini harus dikembangkan lagi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Accelerometer, Arduino, Estrus, Sapi Bali

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to carry out the optimization of digital document services by using the Cloud File Management System. Digital document services related to accreditation and teaching and learning process activities, especially student practicum modules in the Electrical Engineering Department study program, do not yet have a cloud storage based file management system. Accreditation document storage and practicum modules are files that are often used and called many times for completeness of data and teaching and learning processes, so we need a file management that can be accessed anytime and anywhere without being limited by space and time. The results of the research on Optimizing Digital Document Services By Using the Cloud File Management System can be implemented very well, as evidenced by the system testing process which shows the functions and features run according to the expectations of their users, up to testing through a questionnaire with two indicators, namely Service Quality. and Usability, which obtained an average score of 95% in the assessment of Very Good.Keywords: File Management System, Digitalisasi Document, Cloud Storage.ABSTRAKTujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk melaksanakan Optimalisasi Pelayanan Dokumen Digital dengan Mempergunakan Cloud File Management System. Permasalahan manajemen dokumen digital dialami oleh Jurusan Teknik Elektro Politeknik Negeri Bali. Pelayanan dokumen digital terkait akreditasi dan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar khususnya modul praktikum mahasiswa pada program studi Jurusan Teknik Elektro belum memiliki sistem manajemen file berbasis cloud storage. Penyimpanan dokumen akreditasi dan modul praktikum adalah file yang sering dipergunakan dan dipanggil berkali-kali untuk kelengkapan data dan proses belajar mengajar, sehingga diperlukan sebuah management file yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu. Hasil dari penelitian Optimalisasi Pelayanan Dokumen Digital Dengan Mempergunakan Cloud File Management System dapat diimplementasikan dengan sangat baik, dibuktikan dari proses testing sistem yang menunjukan fungsi dan fitur berjalan sesuai dengan harapan penggunannya, sampai dengan pengujian melalui kuesioner dengan dua indikator yaitu Service Quality (Kualitas Pelayanan) dan Usability (Kebergunaan Sistem) yang memperoleh nilai rata-rata 95% dalam penilaian Sangat Baik.Kata kunci : Sistem Manajemen File, Dokumen Digital, Pelayanan Digital.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTelemedicine can be a tool that can help many people with various health problems. Very many benefits are offered in the use of telemedicine, as well as time, cost and effort effectiveness. Medical image plays an important role in the interests of learning, medical analysis and diagnosis Medical images that have a large size takes time in the process of sending data. The importance of image compression is how a large image can be changed in terms of file size but does not eliminate the important information contained in the image so that the data transmission process can be more effective and not spend a lot of resources. The purpose of this research is membadingkan two methods of image compression that is DCT and DWT where the parameter measured is the compression ratio and compression process time. this research shows that DWT method is better than DCT in x-ray image with ratio compression ratio with average 91,99% for DWT method and 91,96%, for process time method DWT is superior with average 2,45 second and method DCT of 52.62 seconds.Keywords : DCT, DWT, Compression, Telemedicine.ABSTRAKTelemedicine dapat dianggap sebagai alat yang dapat membantu banyak orang yang menderita berbagai masalah kesehatan. Penggunaan telemedicine memiliki banyak keuntungan seperti efisiensi waktu, biaya dan tenaga. Citra medis memegang peranan penting dalam kepentingan pembelajaran, analisa dan diagnosa medis Citra medis yang memiliki ukuran yang besar memerlukan waktu dalam proses pengiriman data. Pentingnya dilakukan kompresi citra adalah bagaimana suatu citra yang besar dapat dirubah dari segi ukuran filenya namun tidak menghilangkan informasi penting yang terdapat pada citra tersebut sehingga proses pengiriman data dapat lebih efektif dan tidak menghabiskan sumber daya yang banyak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membadingkan dua metode kompresi citra yaitu DCT dan DWT dimana parameter yang diukur adalah rasio kompresi dan waktu proses kompresi. penelitian ini bahwa metode DWT lebih baik daripada DCT pada citra x-ray dengan perbandingan rasio kompresi dengan rata – rata 91,99% untuk metode DWT dan 91.96%, untuk waktu proses metode DWT lebih unggul dengan rata-rata 2,45 detik dan metode DCT sebesar 52,62 detik.Kata kunci : DCT, DWT, Kompresi, Telemedicine
