Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 dan fenomena unik pada pertumbuhan UMKM di Indonesia membuat kompetensi wirausaha penting untuk dimiliki. Kompetensi wirausaha dapat mendukungkemandirian ekonomi dan menciptakan wirausahawan yang sukses. Rumah BUMN Bandung sebagai pendamping dan pembimbing UMKM telah menyelenggarakan berbagai pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan UMKM, namun belum pernah melakukan survey terkait kemampuan wirausaha UMKM yang dibinanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuikemampuan UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN Bandung berdasarkan variabel kompetensi wirausaha. Data yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden anggota aktif Rumah BUMN Bandung yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi wirausaha yang dimiliki UMKM binaan termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. Kompetensi tertinggi yang dimiliki adalah kompetensi mengikuti pembelajaran dan kompetensi terendah yaitu kompetensi konseptual. Rumah BUMN Bandung sebaiknya memberikan pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan teknik mengelola dan memimpin organisasi, latihan identifikasi SWOT, pendampingan dalam pembuatan struktur organisasi sederhana, pembuatan dan penyusunan visi misi, serta menciptakan pelatihan konseptual berupa problem-solving, cara berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Rumah BUMN Bandung juga disarankanagar melakukan pendampingan pada setiap pelatihan terkait penerapan secara langsung pada usahaUMKM, serta evaluasi pada setiap pelatihan. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk meningkatkankompetensi wirausaha pada UMKM binaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this research is DANA users who have accessed and made transactions using DANA with a sample of 163 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with the validity and reliability test stages first. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality affects DANA customer satisfaction, e-service quality affects DANA customer loyalty, customer satisfaction affects DANA customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between e-service quality and DANA customer loyalty.

Abstract

PT Matahari Department Store Tbk is a company engaged in selling retail fashion’s apparel. One of the management’s functions performed in Matahari Department Store Bandung Indah Plaza is controlling function. By the area of 5700m2 and a large number of employees, it’s such an obstacle for the supervisor/coordinator to oversee every employee. So many employees are not doing a good job. This issue caused fluctuations in employee productivity from July to December 2013. Therefore, this study aims to determine the level of controlling, employee productivity levels and influence levels between controlling and employee productivity in Matahari Department Store Bandung Indah Plaza. The population in this study consisted of an employee which are permanent employees and suppliers of amount 498 people, with a research sample of 120 employees. In this study, the method of analysis used is descriptive analysis, correlation and simple linear regression. According to this study result, controlling and employee productivity is at a good level. Controlling contribute to affect employee work productivity by 16,5% obtained from the coefficient of determination, while 83.5% were influenced by the contributions of other factors which is not explained in this research. The correlation value of 0.407 indicates a moderate relationship between controlling and employee productivity.

Abstract

The increasing impact of covid-19, especially in the economic sector, has caused the government to impose a new policy called the new normal. This policy is expected to be able to restore business activities, including coffee shop businesses in the Bandung region, Indonesia. It is hoped that this new normal, sooner or later, will re-rotate the wheels of the economy. This current study aims to (1) identify the level of entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage of coffee shop business actors in Bandung in this new normal era, and (2) measure the role of entrepreneurial orientation in building competitive advantage. This research employed the quantitative method. The non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique was used to collect data from 100 respondents who were asked to fill in a questionnaire containing the Likert scale. The data were then processed by SPSS and analyzed using descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, coefficient determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that the entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage of coffee shop business actors in Bandung in this new normal era are at a “high” level, and entrepreneurial orientation has a significant role in building competitive advantage by 51.7%.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the impact of various factors on the profit-sharing level of Mudaraba deposits held by fully-fledged Islamic banks, including profitability level, profitability level, financing risk level, liquidity level, operational efficiency level, and capital adequacy level. A quantitative descriptive method with panel data regression analysis techniques was used in this investigation. The approaches used for data collecting included documentation and literature study. 168 observational data were collected across 7 Full-Fledged Islamic Banks over the course of six years, from 2017 to 2022. The findings demonstrated that the profit-sharing rate of Mudaraba deposits was significantly influenced by the levels of profitability, financing risk, liquidity, operational efficiency, and capital sufficiency at the same time. The amount of profitability, the level of financing risk, and the level of operational efficiency all somewhat influence the profit-sharing rate for Mudaraba deposits in a positive and significant way. The profit-sharing rate of Mudaraba deposits is unaffected by both liquidity and capital adequacy levels.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effectivity of the servicescapes in order to increase the customers’ satisfaction of Wingz O Wingz in Bandung which was tested by distributing the questionnaires to 125 respondens. This research used a descriptive method with a quantitive approach. The result of the test indicates that servicescape layout in Wingz O Wingz is in good category and most of the customer feel satisfied by their services, then the servicescape layout has 61,3% positive impact to increasing customers’ satisfaction. Wingz O Wingz must pay attention to the servicescape layout and provide similar services in every branch.

Abstract

Culture is a pattern of attitude of a group that becomes a habit and is passed down from generation to generation. This is also applied in the organization. Every organization has its own culture which differentiates one organization from another. Big companies like Google and Apple attribute their success to the organizational culture they have. Organizations are formed of three elements, namely people, goals, and structure. In addition to organizational culture which has a role in an organization, people in the organization also contribute to the activity of the organization. Perceptions of people or members of the organization can be used as a benchmark to continue to grow to be even better. The purpose of this study was to determine employee perceptions of organizational culture and the interrelationships of organizational culture dimensions at PT Agro Jabar by using quantitative research methods and data analysis. using descriptive statistical methods. The population is all employees of PT Agro Jabar with a census sampling technique sampling design. The results of the study show that of the six dimensions of organizational culture, three of them, namely outcome orientation, people orientation, and team orientation, fall into the 'very good' category, while the dimensions of adaptability, detail orientation, and integrity fall into the 'good' category.
