Abstract

Nowadays, character education is a necessity for the people of Indonesia, but moral degradation which infects the public even among students. The campus mosque is a strategic quality building forum for the formation of student character. The purpose of this study was to study the management and role of campus mosques in shaping the character of students at the University of PGRI Madiun. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show the role of the mosque campus in shaping the character of students; the first character is based on character education based on student activities; second is community-based character education; fourth as a means of learning intolerance between fellow mosque users; and strengthening character through campus culture. This research is expected to increase knowledge for educational institutions that support the role of mosques as centers of Islamic education.

Abstract

The history of the development of science is inseparable from the history of thedevelopment of the philosophy of science, the philosophy of science referred to here is the truth system of science as a result of radical, systematic and universal thinking. One of the aims of this study on the usefulness of science (axiology) is to provide support for the process of advancing the science of da'wah among other sciences. The research method in this article is qualitative research with library research. Library research through library research based on literature, namely the main source in the form of library data in the form of books, manuscripts, books, and other sources in the form of other documentation. There is no difference or perspective on the axiology of science in the Islamic perspective. The axiology of science in an Islamic perspective is based on the values of the Qur'an and hadith. There are three branches of axiology of science in the Islamic perspective, namely: ethics, aesthetics and morals.

Abstract

Abstract

Paham ekstrimisme dan radikalisme merambah pada dunia pendidikan, Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Umum (PTU) lebih rentan terhadap gerakan radikal dikarenakan cara pandang yang cenderung melihat masalah agama secara hitam putih. Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang ajarkan kepada mahasiswa sebagai mata kuliah dasar, menjadi peluang membentuk sikap moderasi beragama mahasiswa sebagai generasi penerus. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis upaya mata kuliah PAI dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dan membangun sikap moderasi bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya PAI dalam membangun sikap moderasi beragama mahasiswa melalui pemahaman metodologi ajaran Islam, substansi kurikulum PAI diarahkan pada karakter moderat, keteladan dan sikap dosen PAI, adanya ruang diskusi, program BBQ, pendampingan dan pembinaan unit kegiatan mahasiswa, dan adanya evaluasi. Membangun sikap moderasi beragama menjadi sebuah usaha untuk mahasiswa menghormati keberagaman beragama dan membangun kesadaran kolektif mahasiswa PTU.

Abstract

Learning becomes programmed and planned activities in student meetings through professional competence, trustworthiness, social, and pedagogical. Children with special needs have different characteristics from normal children in general so that children with special needs Religious skills in children with special needs as a foundation for the faith. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze Islamic learning planning in children with special needs in kindergartens. This type of descriptive research using qualitative research methods in this study. Data collection uses interviews, collection, and collection. Research data are classified as primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques using data collection analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion collection. PAI in children with special needs is done by adjusting the government curriculum and school specificity, namely character, by involving all components of the school, namely students, learning objectives, learning resources, and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak Konsep Islam tentang pendidikan anak bersifat sistematik, yaitu konsep yang mengandung beberapa komponen pendidikan yang saling terhubung. Tujuan daripada pendidikan anak perempuan adalah untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada pihak yang terlibat dalam mendidik dan mengembangkan anak seperti orangtua dan guru. Dalam mengembangkan potensi anak sejak lahir, pembentukan yang berkualitas dimulai dengan kesiapan optimal diberbagai bidang. Anak perempuan dididik agar meletakkan nilai-nilai dasar manusia sebagai makhluk ciptaan Allah SWT yang khas, unik, memiliki potensi, kepribadian serta minat bakat sehingga masyarakat yang berperadaban tinggi dapat terwujud secara optimal. Proses pengembangan ilmu dan keterampilan oleh anak perempuan dengan cara penanaman nilai-nilai demokrasi, akhlak, keimanan, keadilan, kelembutan, toleransi, egalitarian, menegakkan hak dan kewajiban perempuan dalam masyarakat untuk membangun dan memberdayakan manusia serta masyarakat yang berkualitas yang memiliki kemampuan kompetitif, kreatif, inovatif dan menerima perubahan sehingga pendidikan tersebut dapat mendatangkan kemashlatan dalam kehidupan manusi sehingga pendidikan yang diterima oleh anak perempuan akan memperoleh manfaat besar berupa pengetahuan, kekuatan, harga diri juga persatuan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendampingan pemberantasan buta huruf al-Qur'an pada anak melalui metode iqra bertujuan untuk memberikan pembinaan dan pendampingan anak untuk dapat mengetahui huruf-huruf al Qur’an dan mampu membaca al-Qur’an dengan benar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Sidomulyo, Jawa Timur yang diikuti sebanyak 16 anak dari warga Desa tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi, pembinaan, dan pendampingan. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan setiap dua pekan sekali melalui test baca Qur’an dengan Iqra. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan pemberantasan buta huruf al-Qur'an pada anak berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dan sesuai dengan harapan team pelaksana, seperti; Pertama, anak mampu mengetahui huruf-huruf yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an dengan benar; Kedua, anak mampu membaca al-Qur’an dengan huruf-huruf yang bersambung; ketiga, bertambahnya kesadaran anak akan pentingnya membaca al-Qur’an. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan guna meningkatkan kualitas generasi muda di masa depan yang mencintai al-Qur’an serta memiliki akhlak yang Islami. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 13% anak telah masuk pada jilid 6 dan 13 % pada jilid 5. Sebanyak 19% pada jilid 4, sebanyak 31% pada jilid 3 serta sebanyak 25% jilid 2.Abstract: Community service activities in the form of assistance to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur'an in children through the Iqra method aim to provide guidance and assistance to children to be able to know the letters of the Qur'an and be able to read the Qur'an correctly. The implementation of community service activities is in Sidomulyo Village, East Java which 16 children from the village residents attended. The implementation method is in the form of socialization, coaching, and mentoring. Evaluation of activities is carried out every two weeks through a Qur'an reading test with Iqra. The results showed that the activities of assisting the eradication of illiteracy in the Qur'an in children went as planned and by the expectations of the implementing team, such as; First, the child can know the letters contained in the Qur'an correctly; Second, children can read the Qur'an in continuous letters; third, increasing children's awareness of the importance of reading the Qur'an. This service activity is carried out to improve the quality of future generations of young people who love the Qur'an and have Islamic character. The results show that 13% of children have entered volume 6 and 13% in volume 5. There are 19% in volume 4, as many as 31% in volume 3 and as many as 25% in volume 2.

Abstract

Abstrak: Meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam bekerja merupakan sebuah keharusan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Guru merupakan aktor utama pada peserta didik, sehingga bila guru memiliki motivasi tinggi akan mampu menjadikan guru yang loyal, inovatif dan produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahamana mengenai motivasi guru dalam bekerja dari perspektif Islam. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini guna memahami pandangan dari responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 35 guru yang tersebar di pulau Jawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi guru dalam bekerja perspektif Islam adalah spiritual Islam meliputi iman, taqwa, dan Ihsan serta hadian/penghargaan dan hukuman. Penelitian ini jelas mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi perspektif Islam berbeda dengan motivasi dari sudut pandang barat.Abstract: Increasing teacher motivation at work is a must to improve the quality of education. Teachers are the main actors in students, so if teachers have high motivation, they will make teachers loyal, innovative and productive. This study aims to provide an understanding of teacher motivation in working from an Islamic perspective. A qualitative research approach is used in this study to understand the views of the respondents. Data collection techniques in research using interviews. Respondents in this study were 35 teachers spread across the island of Java. The results showed that the teacher's motivation in working with an Islamic perspective was Islamic spirituality, including faith, taqwa, and Ihsan, and gifts/rewards and punishments. This research reveals that the motivation of the Islamic perspective is different from the motivation from the western point of view.

Abstract

The radicalism movement became increasingly visible when various terror incidents appeared in various parts of the world, including in Indonesia. The emergence of extremism has slightly disturbed diversity in Indonesia. The involvement of children in the family has recently become a series of acts of terrorism, in other words, terrorist acts take advantage of early childhood. The family has a central role in efforts to ward off radicalism in early childhood. Cultivating moderate values in early childhood requires cooperation between husband and wife in tarbiyatul awlad. The purpose of this study is to describe moderate Islamic values that need to be instilled in early childhood as an effort to curb radicalism. The method used is descriptive qualitative by observing the situation and national conditions. The results showed that the attitude of commitment to nationality, nationality, tolerance, humanity, and local wisdom are values that need to be instilled in early childhood in the family as an effort to prevent radicalism. It is hoped that a moderate attitude in religion from an early age will provide a new oasis in religious life today and in the future.
