Abstract

Purpose of this study are (1) the application of learning PjBL with PBL to improve study results students, (2) assessing the domain affective, cognitive, and psychomotor, (3) the difference study results use the PjBL with PBL to improve study results students. The research is research quantitative and including research apparent experiment (quasi eksperiment ) by taking sample class two classes X PM 1 as a class experiment and class X PM 2 as a class control. Research instruments used for data collection namely: (1) tests to pretes and postest used to determine the cognitive assessment, (2) sheets observation affective, (3) sheets of the process for the psychomotor. The trial research instruments use the validity and reabilitas. Analysis techniques data using: (1) test a prerequisite analysis consisting of normality test and the homogeneity (2) T test unpaired which ended with the help of computer programs spss. Based on the result of this research can be concluded that: (1) the application of PjBL (Project Based Learning) and PBL (Problem Based Learning) should be conducted well in accordance syntax learning, (2) assessing the cognitive students have a difference and class experiment having an average higher than class control, (3) assessing the results affective students have a difference and on the application of PjBL is better than PBL.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce a source of learning in the form of electronic book (e-book) with EPUB format for the Product Management Subject, and measuring the effectiveness of the use of e-book as a source for student learning independently. The study was conducted using the development model proposed by Sugiyono. This study used a questionnaire to obtain data validated by an expert. Students are as audience in learning using e-book based EPUB. The average of validation result and trial of effectiveness of EPUB-based e-book used calculation of joint validity which resulted percentage of 86,14% which means very valid and suitable to be used as alternative learning source for the Product Management Subject.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce module of Public Relation and Protocol Administration based on POE for Eleventh Grade Office Administration 2 which has been tested its validity and to know the improvement of student learning outcomes after using this module. This type of research is research and development with using Borg & Gall model. Research indicates that the module of Public Relations and Protocol Administration using POE model have been validated and the result is feasible to be used and the student’s learning outcomes in the experimental class are higher than the control class.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the efforts that need to be done in facing the readiness of the working world for vocational education by developing self-concept and self efficacy. The increasingly intense work competition in the current era makes vocational education graduates should prepare themselves to be better prepared in facing the world of work. This is done by developing self-concept that can be formed through the planting of strong religious values, self-confidence, self-acceptance. The more we have a positive self-concept then success will be as expected. Self-efficacy is a physiological and emotional condition, expected to increase the ability to work and adapt to the work environment more easily, because self efficacy shows the implementation of processes that have been done during the previous learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to know the improvement of learning outcome and learning motivation of students by using Everyone Is Teacher Here learning method. This research was included into Classroom Action Research which conducted on 2 cycles in which each cycle consists of 2 meetings and 4 stages. The12th Grade of Office Administration SMK PGRI 6 Malang for 27 students as research subject. Data of learning outcome obtained from post-test and data of student learning motivation obtained from questionnaire. The research result showed average score of cognitive and affective learning outcome was increase significantly as well as student learning motivation in the category of very satisfying. The research result explained that Everyone Is Teacher Here learning method proven to improve learning outcome and learning motivation of students. It is suggested to the teachers to apply this method, especially to the active learning focuses on student.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the practice of teacher reflection as the basis for the implementation of Sustainable Professionalism (PKB) program based on Permendiknas No. 16/2007 at SMKN 2 Kediri. This research is qualitative with phenomenology design. The informants of this research are principal, productive teacher of marketing, vice principal, teacher and marketing teacher. Technique of data collecting done by in-depth interview and documentation. The validity of the data using technique triangulation and source. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman interactive models, extension of observation, and referential adequacy. The results showed that the reflection was not used as the basis of CLA and the teachers did not implement the CLA planning. Elements of PKB activities have been in accordance with the guidelines of self-development and scientific publications. PKB activities have an impact on teacher groups that discuss research issues, more varied and contextual KBM, and administrative demands for teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) class climate, learning interest, learning discipline, learning motivation, and learning outcomes; (2) the effect of class climate on learning outcomes; (3) the effect of learning interest on learning outcomes; (4) the effect of learning discipline on learning outcomes; (5) the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes; and (6) the dominant effect between class climate, learning interest, learning discipline, and learning motivation on learning outcomes. The population in this study is a tenth grade student that consist of 175 students, a sample of 120 students with used proportionate random sampling technique. The method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) class climate can be classified good, learning interest can be classified good, learning discipline can be classified good, learning motivation can be classified good, and learning outcomes can be classified quite high; (2) there is no positive effect and significant between class climate on learning outcomes; (3) there is no positive effect and significant of learning interest on learning outcomes; (4) there is no positive effect and significant of learning discipline on learning outcomes; (5) there is no positive effect and significant of learning motivation on learning outcomes; and (6) learning motivation is the dominant variable affecting learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce an Adobe Flash-based Android learning media on subjects that have tested the feasibility of the media through validation testing increased students result. This type of research is research and development (R&D). This product is validated by material experts, media experts, and small groups and have been tasted in the experimental class. The results showed the development of Adobe Flash-based learning media Android is a significant improvement of students result.
